We called the day of Mt daughters birthday....5 hrs before her party and they not only had great prices, but they got my order done on time and the custom work was perfect. We normally have leftovers when it comes to cake, cupcakes, ect. But not with this cookie cake....it was delicious and everyone wanted more!

Not once but twice now, we have ordered two cookie cakes. They were for our daughters birthday party. The first one was a sunflower cake they LITETALLY HAD IT IN THE DISPLAY. My daughter said make it just like that. Pick it up nothing like the display. Called complained they replaced it. Second incident. I showed them a picture of a crecent moon taking up one side of cake. With Happy 13th birthday Taylor. The skills of the cake decorator are beyond disappointing and she needs to be trained. I literally asked if the picture could be done. Was informed oh yes. Ill post pictures. Though I didnt expect the blue at all. I just wanted the moon to look like the picture. Youll see what we got. I was so disappointed😭 you have lost our business.

Bob who runs and owns PawPaws Fishing pad always leaves these cookies as a welcome present.. today we found out from Bob that his son owns these shops ! AMAZING COOKIES !Our favorite are the chocolate chip cookies. 😋After a long day on the river we look forward to these pastry’s!Can’t wait to go to the shop this week to buy more !

Absolutely awful. Made an order online through their website and upon pick up the store was closed despite me arriving at the pickup time and the stores hours listing it as open. No offer to refund. Took my money and hid. An absolute disgrace. Furthermore, they have refused to answer or respond when Ive contacted customer service on their online ordering site.If you actually want to get what you paid for dont go to or buy from Great American Cookies.EDIT: Note that while the online sites customer service phone and email still has not even acknowledged my call/email the store was able to refund the purchase. The online ordering really shouldnt be selling things that the stores cant deliver. Upgraded to two stars since it isnt necessarily the locations fault.

Cookies are my favorite dessert so I usually stop and get a cookie form here whenever I shop at the pinnacle. I have to say I’m pretty disappointed by this store specifically because they have such a limited variety while being more expensive and not the best taste. Honestly would have preferred a one dollar bag of cookies form Walmart; way tastier and cheaper.

They are very strict on COVID precautions right now and I love that! They created a last minute cookie cake for me in about 15 minutes that looked absolutely gorgeous and I cant wait to go here again.

If you havent already tried the Blueberry Muffin cookie you dont know what you are missing!!

Great food and service

There are no prices listed for the items (with the exception of some of their specialty cookie cakes). The employees sing and practically scream as they work. Eating inside is difficult because between the screaming, singing employees and a machine sound that I think might be their oven, it is very hard to hear anyone else talking. The cookies can be stale at times. If you do ask about the prices for their cookies and drinks they act rude as if there is no reason why you should even ask for the price, like it doesnt even matter (which kind of seems like a ploy to shame you into buying their over-priced cookies).(Their cookies are about 1.50 a piece by the way). They push you to be a rewards member and to download their app which shows that their location isnt apart of the rewards program. They also refill unwashed refill cups that people bring in which is a health code violation. They have accepted refill cups that people have washed in the bathroom, meaning with a little bit of toilet paper still attached to it ( I think thats how the customer wiped it off). This location is noisy, inconsistent and unclean. Its also overpriced. I would not recommend going here.

Most amazing experience of my life. I went in for a cookie and left with a friend. The girl with half her head shaved, I think it was ashley? Was so sweet and helped me so much. I wanted a giant cookie for my company and wasnt sure what kind to get and she helped me with the type of cookie and the wording. 5 star rating, this place is awesome!!

Anytime I have been in there the service has been amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful as soon as I walk thru the door. The cookies are delicious and very pretty. Ive bit had a bad experience there. Ashley, Kassie, Alyson, Jordan, Emily, Hannah, Angela and Mackenzie are fantastic.

Wonderful experience! We called late on a Saturday for a last minute cake. We asked for our churchs denomination symbol. After we hung up we laughed and agreed we were a little vague and not everyone would know what that looked like & just hoped it turned out ok! We were pleasantly surprised--they did awesome and we picked it up within 15 minutes!

I had the limited time only pumpkin cheesecake brownie and my wife selected her favorite, the M&M Doozie. The service was quick and pleasant and the cookies were fresh and delicious. They have cherry cola here, and I recommend the chewy pecan supreme cookie.

Yuuuh this place is so poppin, it’s REAL good looove their cookies. kinda expensive, maybe should lower their prices a bit, but this place is REAL GOOD.

I went in there yesterday with my Girlfriend and my sister, and their service was horse radish. We walk in, and they greet us as normal, so my sister goes and orders her stuff and they get it to her no problem. I order mine, and the same thing happens. But when my Girlfriend goes to order her drink, the blonde woman with the half shaved head asked for her order then walks away and serves another customer, leaving her standing there. She proceeds to call for the woman to take her order, but she ignores her each time. After being ignored several time, she walks up to the register after I had payed for mine asking for her drink, and still being ignored. Their service is awful and that woman is rude and should not be working there.

Horrible experience ... management is horrible , and when the cake for the surprise party was open they spelled TREASURE terasure I have never seen anyone so rude and disrespectful and employee who dont even know how to spell treasure ... and then you tell them and its still wrong when it arrives at the party ... I will never buy an event cake from here ever again ...
