When I lived here, the employees were incredibly rude. Not sure why...something in Bristols drinking water?There was a old-ish looking woman who snapped at me because I nicely asked where something was. I dont KNOW, did you LOOK? yes I did, thats why I am asking.Its not anyone elses fault youre 80 years old and a cashier, Sharon.

Called with a question to fill a prescription, not sure why I was made to hold for Pharmacist, couldnt understand what she was saying, and she apparently didnt have a clue because she asked me what kind of prescription what its on? its on paper with a Dr signature, um, bring a translator with you.

Insanely rude pharmacy technicians in the back, who were literally mumbling insults to each other about customers so we could all hear them... the most unprofessional experience I have ever had, and these “adults” are supposed to be working in healthCARE? Even after confronting them that I can hear every word they said, they fell silent. I will NEVER, EVER come here or shop at any Walgreens again, even after being a consumer for 15 years here. Stay far away from this pharmacy, there are about 15 other pharmacies on Farmington Ave that are wayyyyyyy better than this one. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Manager Jason was so helpful when I was looking for a pool float. He sold out of them but he ask me to allow him to call a few stores and see if they had any floats. He even ask if he took my number and and would a a few minutes.This is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!👏 BRAVO 👏Then 30 minutes later Jason called me found 1 float and was waiting for a few other stores to get back with him. Kept his word and got the job done.Thank you 😊

Pharmacy staff are rude and dont care if a person 8s suffering from health issues they care only about their lunch break instead of sparing 3 extra minutes too help a customer.

Walked into store, manger had a additude and yelled at me. Walked out and will never do business here

I normally love this pharmacy and recommend it to everyone, but this mor ing had a not so great experience I walked up to the door, not realizing it was 7:58 am and had two minutes until they opened, but didnt have to realize this because I was greeted by a store associate in his middle aged lighting a cigarette telling me they dont open yet still have to wait. Now I smoke cigarettes so I get it, but that was the most unproffesional thing Ive seen in a while. You do not smoke in your uniform standing in front of the door of the business you work for. Thats at least what I was taught at every job I work for. I think he needs to be reminded that its a luxury to be able to take a break and smoke and you do so out if the view and smell of customers. Rude and ignorant.
