I used the dog wash and spent 10 bucks just getting her wet and, soapy and rinsing I ran out of money so I had a soapy, soaking wet dog to get in my vehicle. Very disappointed. Poor water pressure someone else said to bring own soap so I did cause theres doesnt actually soap up the dog. Also difficult for dog to get into tub. If water pressure were better id have saved money and had time to do the rest.

The person working this morning was very rude and yelled at my daughter that the dog wash wasnt open yet. He could have said it in a more professional way other than yelling its not open yet when the door was open. We tried to use pet wash service. Now you will not get any of our business and we have a lot of vehicles. Its worth your drive to Pi ney Flats for a good e experience for your dog wash needs.

The water pressure was ridiculous. There was little to no warm water. My 9yr old Aussie almost hurt herself trying to go up the ramp because its definitely NOT slip free! Worst dog wash I have been to. Will not be going back!

I pulled up to the dog wash and since it was my first time I walked up to the building to look at it and see how it worked and when I walked up to the building, the door was open so I peaked in and then a guy starts yelling at me “it’s not open! It’s not open yet! It’ll be a minute!” Definitely not a welcoming experience or a place I want to support. Very disappointing since it is the closest self serve dog wash near my house.

Ray did a great job prepping our car for the Soft Touch car wash. Very thorough and professional. Will use Triton again. Note: the Touch-Free side is cash-only, but the Soft Touch side takes a card. Bring a little extra cash for a tip!

I wish I could remember the man’s name who washed my truck. I was there on September 27, around 4pm. He was super helpful, and did an amazing job on my truck. I could not be happier. You have gained a lifetime customer!

I went to do a full car clean but while i was in the middle of cleaning the interior of the car the manager came over demanding to know how much i was planning to spend at his business or was i just wasting his time his services are only for well paying customers only so i took my business elsewhere

The best place in Bristol to waste of $8. Took my pickup here and got the worst automatic wash ever. Folded my mirrors in as posted and the Soft brushes folded them back all the way forward and I had to realign the mirror viewing angles to see traffic behind me once done. Those soft brushes beat on my truck so bad that I checked for dents as soon as I pulled out the bay. Plus the upper brush that is supposed to wash the top portion of your vehicle only did the top of the cab. Totally missed the hood and bed rails. Which might have been a good thing or I might have lost my wipers from those soft brushes. Of course there is the obligatory Not Responsible for Damages signs. If using this place, do it yourself.

BEWARE! I took my dog to the dog wash today. I used the tear-free shampoo. When I got home her eyes were red and swollen. I ended up having to take her to the Vet 2 hours later and she had chemical burns in both eyes.So my $10 dog wash ended up costing me a $202 Vet bill.

Hadnt been here in awhile since my last review of this place. But they have improved on cleanliness & fixing sprayer & other things that were tore up but water still gets in floor bad due to their drainage. But overall good pet wash. Glad we have one in the area. Helpful when you have a new rescue Great Pyrenees thats covered in dirt & fleas. Wish music was playing though like it use to be. It helps relax the pets & makes time pass better. Overall satisfied & would recommend to a friend.

Its a shame to go to the pet wash only to put 10.00 in the machine to wash a large dog and there is absolutely no shampoo or conditioner or anything else...i could have hosed my dog off at home. Total waste of time!!

I hate giving bad reviews, but I am giving 2 stars for the friendliness of the attendant on duty. He was helpful and courteous and jumped right in an began washing my car tires. He then advised me to flip my side view mirrors in, which I did.However, once the car wash started, I was seriously concerned the spinning brushes would rip the mirrors off the car. They are made of either cloth or rubber, I couldnt tell, but they nearly beat my car to death. I was seriously concerned that my car would be damaged in the process.Sorry, but I wont go back. I recommend finding a touchless car wash.

Very poor water pressure and little hot/warm water to use. It’s a nice thought but definitely needs some improvement.

As I was going through the car wash I heard a crash then when I got out I realized that the back wind sheild wiper was completely ripped off. I wish I could give this car was a 0 star. Do not go here. Not only did it rip off parts of my car it didnt clean it either.

Paid for the super deluxe most expensive car was and ended up with whatever dirt that was already on my car just smeared. No one to talk to. No one to answer. Like the saying goes, if you want it done correctly you just gotta wash it yourselves.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to out 4 dollars in the meter and I got wetter than my truck because of the busted wand and the two bays beside me were no better one was pulsating so bad the guy could barely use it and I suppose the next one had a leak as well as it was hammering like hell. Bobby Griffey would have never let this place get the way it is I mean busted brick where trash cans are supposed to be trash everywhere. You tell the difference between owners that take pride in their business and the owners who are just there to make money. Wish I could have not gave any stars.

As of about 30 minutes ago I wasted $5 on an automatic carwash never ever again.

I generally dont go to automated car washes, but when I am washing a car in which I dont sweat the paint as much, this is a fine Car-Wash that is conveniently located with touch & touchless options.
