Went in around 9:30 on 11/4/21 to get some snacks and was immediately greeted upon arrival by young lady stocking the front shelves. I felt instantly welcomed and she even told me to have a good night as I left. This was the first time experiencing this level of service at this location. I didn’t get her name but I believe she had pink highlights in her hair. You have a rockstar in her!

Went over to the minute clinic for an antibody test. It said they take walk ins. Well they dont. Told me I would have to wait an hour and a half for the next appt. They said they had other apps. No one was there! So much for convenient minute clinic. Will go to quest.

The young woman working the front register named Katelyn was very helpful yesterday.. She asked if I was interested in signing up for a new program, Carepass, that would cost $5 month. Normally, I just say no to stuff like that, but there was something about Katelyn that made me listen to her gentle, non pushy pitch. Decided to sign up. She was very friendly, and very aware and with a subtle sense of humor. Good combo. They are lucky to have her working there. Good energy.

I received my Covid Vaccine at this store and I was very impressed. The store was clean, people were very friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable in the store. The vaccine clinic was very well done. Parking was a little bit of a challenge (I have a truck), but otherwise it was a great experience.

The pharmacist Amy and the overweight pharmacy technician are very condescending and disrespectful. No professionalism or good customer service in this pharmacy and I’ve had more than one bad experience here. Going to Walgreens up the street for now on so that I can be treated with respect.

I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all. It happened twice that this pharmacy refilled an old order for my 7 year old sons prescription, and because they mistakenly filled an old order we would run out of medication too soon, and the refill wouldn’t run through with the insurance because of their mistake it would state “too soon to refill,” and insurance then had to “re-authorize” for approval which takes days for them to do. I was with this pharmacy for over 3 years. But they made this mistake TWICE in the last 6 months on my child’s medication, and it’s a god awful careless mistake that could really screw someone sideways. I brushed it off the first time as human error, but I won’t ever do that again. All they had to do was look at the dates on the order to know which one was the most recent and up to date... That’s all they had to do. Or worst case scenario? Call me, and ask? Instead of playing guessing games? But because they didn’t they played games with my child’s medication that he needs to function through daily life. It caused my son to have to go without a necessary medication for a few days which was totally unfair to him. If it wasn’t for my child’s doctor and clinical care coordinator with the hospital for special care calling them to get on top of them over it? It probably would’ve been even longer. They didn’t care about fixing the mistake at all. It was so disheartening and bottom line disgusting. The pharmacy even acknowledged that they were the ones who screwed up by refilling an old order and they refused to give a couple to few days worth of pills for him while waiting for the re-authorization. After I’ve been a faithful customer for 3 years, and that authorization has gone through in the past, you’re not going to even attempt to fix your own mistake? The authorization went through after a few days like I told them it would, and I immediately had my sons prescriptions transferred to a better pharmacy less than a mile away that wouldn’t make such a careless mistake, not once but twice. Moral of the story... Don’t use this CVS pharmacy. I don’t know if every cvs is like this, I don’t think it is, I hope not. But just know they won’t care when you have a little kid withdrawing off of medication that poses risk for hospitalization because of their incompetence to read doctors orders correctly. My suggestion to this pharmacy or anyone who works specifically in the pharmacy? Don’t work in the pharmaceutical industry if you don’t understand the dangers behind withdrawals on psychiatric medications and the risks it could pose to a 7 year old kid.

Terrible service, families pharmacy staff was very rude, quick no full explanations, found out that they wrote my prescription directions incorrectly. Dr changed the prescription and told me to only ask the doctors about any questions not the CVS pharmacy anymore.

TERRIBLE!!! Was told an hour for my prescription I returned in an hour and a half wasnt ready was told 15 more minutes came back in 25 min and still wasnt ready!!!!! This is every single time I have a script there. Im so over this location! Its the worst! Never answer the phone either!!!

I pleasantly surprised by an associate named Nick. He was extremely pleasant and genuinely concerned about why I was buying a lot of cold medicine. He asked if I was feeling under the the weather. I said no it’s for my wife. When he finished ringing me up he said “ I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I really hope your wife feels better”. Not often do you get that kind of concern from a Cvs employee. Kudos to Nick for going over and beyond what the norm at a chain store.

Solid 4 star rating. Kindly go to this cvs to get direct experience.Been using this particular cvs for the past 12 years (since 2006). Rarely came across any non friendly staff/inefficient operations. Sometimes wait times at the pharmacy line can be up to 10 minutes, but they are friendly for most part. Was shocked to find 1 star ratings, a dozen of them in the past few months. Having been there at least 100 times in the past few years, i disagree with a 1 star rating. Kindly try them out. Dont want to ruin a business just because the staff messed up a few times.I will give this cvs a solid 4 star rating, based on my 2015 to 2018 experiences alone.

Just horrible. I tried to reach the pharmacy and the automated line hung up on me SIX tines. Finally, I called the front desk and was put on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever picked up. Incredible

The pharmacy is horrible they don’t know how to do their job I ALWAYS have to wait for medication & I was put on hold for 20 minutes just to simply speak to the head pharmacist. Not to mention the manager is down right rude. Absolutely no help! I will be switching to Beacon Pharmacy.

Exactly what everyone sais. Never answeres the phone, wait an hour or so for prescriptions EVERY SINGLE TIME, no cashiers at front registers...it’s a broken record of complaints. It’s almost like they intentionally wait an hour for each prescription. You sit in the chairs just watching them walk around doing nothing talking and laughing but we’re all waiting for meds.

I have had nothing but problem with this Pharmacy... I have moved many times and always stay with CVS. Each one is different, but this one is by far the very worst. Even when I predict what the problem may be and call ahead, I am told everything is all set. Then I go to pick up prescriptions and get told that EXACT problem is what is happening. I get a brush off and excuses EVERY TIME. I have been only living in Bristol for 6 months and without fail there has been a problem EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Never been more unhappy with a CVS!!

Curveside what a joke on CVS express, guys do your research before you offer such a service, I order 8/17 at 7 PM associate are clueless about the order , give them until the next day to find out I should cancel my order and give the sales to another retailer that actually knows what there doing , by the way your phone operator need training.

Had me wait on the phone for 15 mins I had one simple question is my prescription ready .!!! answers phone - hold please giggling click hold for 15 mins with 4 kids at home and a fever and they finally answer giggling maybe if they werent screwing around I wouldnt have waited for no reason besides the pharmacy is not even busy when I shower up Im putting in a complaint to corporate that was so incredibly disrespectful hope you jerks dont do this to everyone and start taking your job seriously. I will no longer get my scripts at any CVS!!!

Horrible everytime I have to pick up a script for anything they never have it ready. They send calls out to me for pick up and they are never ready for pick up . I would suggest another pharmacy I am switching mine for any next prescription.

The manager lauren was EXTREMELY RUDE and completely disrespectful towards me using my rainchecks from black Friday. She acted like i should not be getting items free. She refused to take two of my rain checks,.so I said I will.just return those items. She actually snatched out of my hand my rain checkI said you didnt accept that it is mine. Who does.that? This Place Is a Retail Utopia! The Building is an Architectural marvel on its own. The manager Just gave me 100$ like here kid, heres 100$ I like whatever it is that you got. The prices are beyond fair if not too low. The cashier was so Kind and caring I let her cristen my youngest. Every time I walk in it smells of Rich Mohogany and elderberrys, a smell that pleases the nostrils as whel as calms me after a long day. Good Job CVS I dare say you hold a special place in this average consumers heart.

This is a good pharmacy during the day but at night there is a very rude pharmacist that doesnt answer the phone, From my personal experiences dealing with this guy is a very stressful situation and at one visit he had the flu and wouldnt fill anyones scripts and was so sick he should have not been there which goes to show how much he cares about anyone elses well bein. He could have gotten others sick who cant afford to get sick because of possible problems with there immune systems and they would be walking into a death trap which there is no reason for this. If you dont have to go there overnight you are better off waiting till 9am when the next shift comes in. If anyone else has been in a similar situation please tell your story to warn others of this about how you were treated to try and send a message that you deserve to be respected and treated like you should be. Not enough cashiers in pharmacy. Pharmacist did not acknowledge me being in the pharmacy at all. Person at drop off did not help while there were 5 people in line nor did the tech at production. Poor customer service.
