Excellent customer service and a beautifully stocked store. An office product lovers dream.

Customer service by manager, Jason, is above and beyond any other person I think I have ever encountered. I was at this store over a year ago and he approached us to see what we needed and walked us through the aisles. I was there today and I remembered his style of assistance. He was helpful without being overbearing, informative, concise, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about my shopping experience. Thank you Jason if you are reading this. I will always head to your store if I need anything office related or a good suggestion:)

I went to this store looking for a small desk . They had 1 I liked when I took the purchase slip and went to the register to purchase I was informed that this product was on back order .. So why would you even display something on back order or even out of stock.I tell you why pure laziness of employees and management ..Ill never shop at this store or any other office depot

I needed to copy a 17-1/2X33 stained glass pattern so it would be usable in the future. These folk had a large format printer and I purchased 2 copies with a fifteen minutes wait for less than $10. Pleased.

Beware the manager Brandon is out of control!!! The price of a product kept ringing up wrong and i merely asked why they can not figure it out and he got huffy and puffy and accused me of insulting his staff because I asked what the issue is? I left the item there and will never go back to that store.The guy is not a very good problem solver and customer service is way beyond him. I do not understand how anyone can make him a manager. He has a very short temper and can not possibly be an asset to the company. When i asked for his name and explained that it is because of his attitude that i will not be buying the product he seemed to get even more aggressive and did not care 1 bit that i was walking out! I hope his company sees this and fixes the problem. Be weary when you go in there... Managers are supposed to solve problems not create more!

Me and my wife was getting help from an associate after waiting 15min and she claimed she didnt see us standing there and completely forgot when we made eye contact while we were waiting and she was well aware of us being there. After finally getting help she left in the middle of helping us to help another family had us waiting for about 25min and then after she helped the other family finally came back and with the most apathetic tone of voice asked if that was it. Would never recommend to anyone.

This is the best Office Depot with the best service. This time Brian in the printing office went above and beyond getting me the exact printing result. I travel a lot and print a lot of photos and I always try to get my printing done in Bristol, Va. GinnyH.

About two weeks ago we purchased a phone case for an i phone 6plus. When we got home the item in the box was different from what was pictured . We took the item back and after negotiations with the manager they finally took it back. The catch is we had to take a gift card. Way to have great customer service. The next issue was when we called their customer service department we were told that we were wasting her time. Staples here we come or maybe someone local.

Im so tired of careless sales help. Sales associate told me we give $2 rebate on used ink cartridges. He gives me $0.01 each. If you go here, check carefully advertised info against what they tell you verbally.

Most needed items are in stock but hard to find what you need in the store sometimes. Needs better signage for aisles.

Courteous service with the expected Office Supply offerings. I usually conduct business at the service desk with FedEx & UPS Shipments, but service is always prompt, albeit the shopping traffic is always thin.

Store is not laid out very well in my opinion. It is older snd could use an update. Prices are on par. They never seem to have enough cashiers so waiting to check out is sometimes a problem.

Great customer service, but the furniture products they sell are trash. I’ve spent FIVE DAYS trying to put my desk together. Every evening for the past week I have gotten home from work and began working on this rediculous DIY project only to find it stressful, annoying, and generally the most hellish experience possible given the circumstances. The instructions are worthless. If you follow the book exactly as it says, which is hard to begin with considering there are no words - just pictures, the you will invariably break your new furniture and find yourself wishing you could return the item and forget about the whole mess.... until you realize that your study is now filled with random pieces of particle board and little baggies of screws - the process is so complicated they have to break up the hardware into step by step bags - so returning isn’t an option. I’m honestly so tired that I am going to eventually finish the project and stick the finished product in my bedroom and buy an actual, real piece of furniture for my study. If the cashier hadn’t been so nice, this would have been a firm 1-star.

The shipping center would not accept my USPS package because I had wrote “fragile” on the outside of the box. I said what if I mark out the word, nope still wouldn’t accept it. Said they do not accept any fragile packages. Might as well just get out of the shipping business then.
