Frank and Toby are wonderful! They are professional and really know their business from computers to anything electronic. This little gem, help me with my iPads, so if you need anything as far as phones anything electronics this is THE GO place. Wonderful people, great prices I can’t say enough good things about them.

Excellent customer service. My phone had a smashed screen, and back plate. I brought my note 9 in, and they swapped the parts out for me in a reasonable and timely manner. Phone is fully functioning and just like new! I brought my own complete set of parts as well, so Toby didnt have to wait on ordering parts. The store also has a very comprehensive collection of original press records, of which we bought two. An original ACDC Back in Black, and Fleetwood Macs Rumours. I had never broken a phone screen in my life, so when I dropped my Galaxy S20 plus and the screen shattered instantly, I had no idea what to do. Everyone I asked said go to Frank at Recell because hell do you right and he did! Hes super professional and very knowledgeable. He got the item I needed and repaired my phone within a couple days. I could not be happier with the service or the results!

We have been going to Frank at the recell shop for years. He is always great to deal with when an issue arises. He fixed my sons Playstation 4. And my cell phone just yesterday. He is fast and reasonable. Will always make a drive to have Frank do our repairs. Such a hard thing to have fixed but Frank is always the one I go to.

I just wanna say I have given these guys business a couple times now and they have always been straight with me and honest. I mean they have been awesomely prompt and always let me know how much stuff was gonna be before they did anything. I will keep doing my business here with these guys even if there is someone who does the work cheaper. Ive read all the reviews about pricing and and store clutter but honestly its a small business tech repair shop. If you want perfection go to best buy and get ripped off or something.

Tried to charge me over $100, even though the place at the pinnacle is TEN TIMES BETTER and only cost me 60& some change, for an amazing job well done. Glad I did some homework, because I about got ripped off. You pay for what you get, I understand that. But, when the job is well done & with great staff and service for $40+ its worth the risk.

Disappointed last time there. I took 2 devices in for repair had them a long time didnt fix either and when I picked them up he didnt even give me back the charging cord for the kids tablet.

Almost twice as expensive for the same repairs as the place at the Pinnacle. Plus the shop looks like a total junkyard. I wouldnt trust a place like this with my phone if it was the only repair shop this side of the Mississippi River. Seriously just go to the Pinnacle, the place there is clean and the staff seems awesome. They fixed my iPhone in less than 20 minutes for half the price and i wasnt worried about catching a disease from walking in. Its definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive.

They are wonderful! My phone would not charge and they replaced the usb port in 1 hour without breaking my screen and costing me more money. Other places I had called stated they would most likely break the screen and I would have to pay another $125 to replace it too. Great job! Thank you!

Frank and the two guys working there are A #1. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my electronics, especially the stuff that has my personal information on it. I am glad we have recall. This area is fortunate to have it.So for you people that arent happy with Frank, go and tell him. He will make it right with you.Or go and get a prostate exam from best buy and the others.

Came by store to have screen replaced and was telling them how i had just had a battery put in the phone and was told by technician working that the battery was not authentic apple product and i needed it replaced immediately or my phone could fry itself out. I took the phone back to where i had the battery put in (MyPhone repair in pinnacle) and told them what they had said and the technician opened the phone in front of me and showed me the battery which had apple logo and everything! Will not be back to recell, highly disappointed technician lied to me to try to make me have repair done.

I am soooo happy with the service I got from ReCell! My LG G4 had completely stopped working. The AT&T store told me that there was nothing they could do but file an insurance claim if I wanted to go that route, but my biggest concern was losing all my pictures of my son from the last 17 months (his 1st and 2nd birthdays). I had called another local phone repair store first and they were not very positive about any possibilities and they wanted to charge a diagnostic charge even if they couldnt fix it. ReCell was not only able to save my pics and my contacts (on an external SD) but they were able to get the phone to function again. This was all done in just a couple short hours! What a blessing this shop was to me in my time of need!!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future IF I have any phone issues. Thanks guys for your great work!

Fixed a galaxy s7 camera glass in 15 minutes. The repairman said there might be a problem with the lense underneath, and told me the pricing and such for it. Turns out the only problem was the protective glass. He was being cautious. Perfect amount of time to scratch the shop dog behind the ears.

After going to the Pinaccle to have a port fixed in my iPad that they claimed would cost over $130 and the screen would need replaced. I had to try one more place before going to purchase another iPad which was suggested by the store at the Pinaccle. His words “you should just buy another one this one isn’t worth fixing”.Much to my surprise it after a quote of $80 from ReCell which I was more than willing to pay he was able to fix my iPad for $20!!! Highly recommend. Not to mention eye contact and great customer service
