They are not open till 7:30 on Monday and Tuesday. They close at 5! Not sure how they expect the regular hour people to buy carpet since they arent open on Saturdays either.

They are okay to do business with and theyre right next to Wellmont Medical Center exit 7 and the medical center also has an urgent care if you have to go after hours which is a lot cheaper than well emergency room at the hospital I get you a quick!! But about Bristol flooring theyve been there for August twenty years or so that I know of and they do a pretty good job when they come out and do it. Their prices are pretty competitive then they have a pretty good Selection of carpet and also tile flooring I, also pretty nice hardwood flooring! But I found them to be pretty short stuff most of the time thats a negative! Joyce Clark

Got tired of dealing with nonexistent or slow service from Lowes and have decided to only deal with local companies. They answer the phone promptly and are very knowledgeable about their product and installation services. Communciation was crystal clear. Was very impressed with Bristol Flooring and will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Good selection and grest staff. Wonderful selection and wide variety of coverings. Had an issue with some flooring we bought and had to go back to the store, the manager was quick to fix our problem and we left very happy. Great customer service and I would highly reccomend checking them out. Will come back soon to finish flooring project.

I thought the owner and staff were wonderful people. I would never go to Lowes or Home Depot before Bristol Flooring. Their quality of flooring is superior. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I have visited the store several times regarding buying carpet for my entire upstars in a 4,800 sq foot home. I called the store to try and set up a time for someone to measure my house and was told that was impossible, that I would have to come to the store first. I doubt the manager knows this is how his employees treat customers.

Aquabar sells for $125 a roll at Bristol flooring. I pay an average cost of $25 a roll from my suppliers.
