I’ve heard too many horror stories and my friends car broke down and was undriveable literally within the week after buying. She then brought it in and they “fixed it” and literally the next day she had the exact same issue. She brought it in a second time and THE EXACT SAME ISSUE HAPPENED 2 days after. The owner now says he will do nothing to fix the car since she now lives in South Carolina and she isn’t in Tennessee. Tell me HOW CAN SHE BRING A BROKEN DOWN CAR TO TENNESSEE? Horrible place. *Response to Owner* looks like I’ll have to put the truth out there myself she has been in contact with you from the very beginning. Andy was able to get me into a car despite shaky credit history!! I like chance to support fellow vets. Only 4 stars because I had to travel pretty far.

I bought a car here in March/April and have been told repeatedly since I got it that they would have the title in 2 weeks and still haven’t received it or heard anything back. It’s November now. They haven’t called or let us know anything and we’ve called numerous times and still have no title. The car broke down a little over 2 months after buying it. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here.
