Great experience. I went with my son looking for a good used car. They were not at all pushy and let us take our time looking. When we were ready to ask questions they were very helpful, they listened to us and pointed out things we never considered. Super easy to work with, not pushy at all and very responsive to questions. I bought a high mileage vehicle as-is, and had a minor issue right away with it. They were willing to check out for me without any push back despite the as-is purchase. Turned out it was a quick easy fix in my driveway so I didnt need to bring it in, but I appreciated the willingness to check it out without any argument. It speaks to their customer service and overall a very pleasant experience.

In short, dont buy from them. As of now in the 2 years I have owned the car, besides general maintenance, I have spent 3000 on repairs and parts to get it roadworthy. Also the individual said Dont worry about the rust and now I have a frame that may give in 2 months to 2 years. Also in the first hour of ownership before I got home a hole blew open in the exhaust. They did fix it but not properly so I had to buy a whole exaust system. If they sold me something like this I wouldnt trust them to repair it.

My son just purchased a Chevy truck, had it for 2 weeks before it went in to the shop. He was told verbally there was nothing wrong with the truck, $7k later and Quick Auto will not help with any of the repairs. BEWARE, have your car checked out before purchasing from them! Took advantage of a 19 year old young man, shame on you!

I bought a 2013 Dodge Charger from these people. They worked with me in getting me approved for the loan I gotta say that. 3 days later my car has a massive leak and they had to fix all my control arms and my radiator. A week later I had a issue with my brakes I called them and they said to bring the car down to the shop that Monday. I completely last my brakes that sunday. I called them up after putting in almost $500 into the car in my own money when they were supposed to fix it I called them to see if they can reimburse me because they sold me a car with issues it was basically a lemon. I’m super upset with these guys they told me they will be giving me a call back l but I still have not heard from them in 1 month later I would strongly suggest no one to go there because the lack of communication and they sell cars with major issues

Quick autos car lot put them to shame being a mechanic it was one of the first times Ive ever seen very detailed vehicles safety checked which I take serious with my three kids,rotors changed tires aired up for good prices!! I purchased a white cadillac CTS ran perfect, open the hood oil had been changed great care had been taken I couldnt find a problem thanks Gino for the diamond service my family feels very safe I will tell others and will be back for the wife...

I bought a truck from them. To make a long story short before you sign the sold as is page have your mechanic check it out. I had to put out 1600 dollars and owned it for a month. They helped me out with the small fix the first time I brought it back, the second time I had to put out 600 dollars. Than when the brakes were shot and had to replace pretty much everything and put out 1000 dollars using my mechanic and than texted for any kind of assistance I was totally ignored.

Bought a vehicle from them that didn’t even pass inspection upon purchase. Every single indicator went off immediately - from check engine, to air bags, to tire monitor, to light displays not working. Not long after purchase, a short to ground disabled windows from working and weren’t able to adjust seats any longer. We were told it only had surface rust and incless than a year (more like 7 months) the chassis broke due to RUST (it was only supposed to be surface rust, remember?) and our car was deemed totaled. We lost money on this purchase (which was already priced high above the blue book value) but gained tons of lies about this car. Horrific.

The staff here cares more about being informative than they making a deal! You can’t ask for more! Honesty and integrity will outlast your customer base! Thank you again!

So after purchasing the a 2004 Chevy trailblazer back in April of 2016, the service engine light came on after three days of driving it, the tires were below state minimum tread depth (wire was showing through the tire) the suspension is shot, and the car is a complete rust buck with terrible patch work! They replace two tires that same week with used tires! I had to buy 4 new tires because the both replaced tires popes on me! I took the car through a car was and the patch work for the rust fell off immediately! The rear windshield wiper stop working after a weak! The driver seat always resets its self! When I brought the car back because of the service engine light which displayed two codes on the ecu (car computer) he told me to just drive it should be fine and repair its self! So I had to buy the parts to fix that! Long story short horrible car dealer and dishonest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The salesman was very good and only reason I gave a star! Would never purchase a car there again!

I dodged a bullet.I viewed a Subaru Forester, an 08 model. Looked great, signed the forms, then I took it to a garage to have it checked out before handing over the money. Turns out there was a thick coating of grease on the undercarriage that hid rusting, including the back mounts which were almost rusted through. The headgasket was starting to leak as well.

The service here was fast and reliable. Employees here go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. If parts are needed, they order them on the spot.

Went to purchase a Subaru Forester from this place. The car looked good, although the tires were low enough that the tire pressure light was on, and the heat shield was rattling.The car seemed appropriate for my price range, so I went to take it to a local mechanic, and Im very glad I did.When the mechanic put it up on a lift, it was clear that not only were the head gaskets leaking, but the entire bottom of the car was rusted out and was sprayed over with a rattle can of spray rubber. The frame was so rusty that the lift alone put a substantial hole in it. It wouldnt have even passed Massachusetts state inspection.I didnt check out any of the other cars, so Im not sure how the others look, but I think the fact that a car with a rusted out frame was sitting on the lot says that they dont take good care of their cars and in turn their customers.

I went to quick auto based on the good reviews and it was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I commute a lot between school and work and was hoping to get a reliable vehicle to last me through my last year in college. I bought a 2006 Volkswagen Passat with approximately 96k miles. The mechanic right off of the back told me the car would be louder without the engine cover. I figured he had a point. I was also told the only aftermarket part was the air intake. Ive done my fair share of work on vehicles, but trusted the dealership. Not even a week of owning the vehicle it began to experience valve stroking from a bad cam shaft. The mechanic told me the noises were normal because there was no engine cover. Again, I took their word and asked for a second opinion. Mechanics at Lincoln Tech told me that the noises were a defect recognized by Volkswagen and the noises were not normal. I sent a video of the valve stroking noises to the associate who sold me the car and went without a response. I tried communicating with him several times and never got a response. On my way to the airport a short time later the engine ceased and again, I called and reached out to my associate asking what I should do. No response. I was out of the country for two weeks and never got an acknowledgement from the dealer so I was forced to tow the vehicle to another person to work on it. The mechanic taking the car apart told me without even taking anything apart, that he saw numerous red flags. I drove to the dealership to confront them personally and the owner was very sympathetic and said he wish I contacted HIM and they wouldve towed it, etc. this is why I didnt give a 1 star review. He felt very poorly that I was ignored and misled and offered me a way to help. He said he would take me to the auction and I could buy a car at auction price. However, I know what auction vehicles are like and just need to run for showcasing. They could have numerous issues that may not be immediately known. I was told to sue for a variety of reasons. Especially because spending $6000 I was hoping the car would last more a few months. Now the engine is blown and I cant even trade the vehicle for anything. The owner is great, and I really hope this was just a freak thing...still pursuing future action against them with my attorney.

Bought a 13 yrs old truck about 6 weeks ago. I knew exactly what i was looking for. I was very thorough with checking over vehicle. It had been bought at auction from out of state. At first the sale experience was fair .ones we show him the 15,000 dollars cash thats when everything went from fair to great .. owner right there makes you feel so comfortable once he sees that money in hand he will tell you ill fix everything if anything happens you come to me no problem ill fix it ..those were his words. .. so 1 week after our ltz tahoe started clunking axles were bad ,fuel pump was leaking,brake pads worn out ,water pump ,I mean I can keep going .. we took it for a diagnostic at the Chevy dealer and they have us a huge list of things that needs to be done .so we took it back to the mechanic at quick auto and he fix a few things but guess what I been in an out this dealer more than 10 times in less than 2 months ..they are unprofessional i ask the mechanic if hes certified to be a mechanic and he said yes so i ask him why isnt his permit up on the wall he said lady your asking to much questions about my personal life and hung up on my face . . The reason I ask is because since he assumed to fix the truck it keeps getting messed up and what a coincidence that is the same parts he fix before .... i will be making a report to small claims and also DMV consumers and taking this to court and also find out if his mechanic are certified to work there .. i hate when business like this take advantage of people... do not buy a car from this business ...
