Grand Slam Towing is awesome! I needed a disabled car transported from my old house to my new house. Grand Slam came on time and did the job quickly and very professionally. They really care about your vehicle to and were very careful loading and unloading my car. Their equipment is top notch as they continually reinvest in their equipment, it looked like a brand new, shiny truck, it was honestly pretty impressive to look at. The truck had airbags and was able to lower itself to get my low to the ground car on easily. The cost was more than fair for the service they provided and I would not hesitate to call on them again for any future needs.

We cant express in words how compassionate and professional this company was in handling a wreck one of our family members was involved in. Extremely bad wreck and only the good Lord saved his life. However Grand Slam was there to help us recover the personal items along with ensuring no one except family was allowed to take pictures of the vehicle. My daughter and son in law will always hold a special place in our hearts for their kind words and actions during this time. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They have went above and beyond with their professionalism and their honesty. They kept us informed the entire time our customers vehicle was with their company. Very nice and mature, although unfounded, statements made. I am the titled and registered owner of this vehicle and was the titled owner at the time of the incident. I purchased this vehicle while Knox countys tag offices were closed due to COVID-19. The vehicle was sent to have body work done on it. The individual doing the body work was the driver in the incident. The moment I was notified, which wasn’t immediately, I contacted Sullivan County Sheriffs Dpt. who had no knowledge of the accident. I called every tow yard in the area including yours and was not able to locate my vehicle. I am not able to speak further due to possible litigation, but bravo great response.

I desperately needed my car off the street and they told me it would be 4 hrs. The police showed up and called a wrecker and it costed $125.

He was so unbelievably kind and friendly, even being called out late at night. He got there very quickly and towed us at a very reasonable price. Seriously, if you’re having a bad day and need to be towed, THIS IS WHO YOU WANT TO CALL!

Amazing service! VERY reasonable prices, respectful and friendly owner, took care of us after hours with no hesitation. We called him at 10pm...he got to our location, loaded our car onto the truck, had us our receipt, and we were heading home less than 30 minutes after we called. Recommend 100%!
