Exceptionally fast service and the guy who helped us was awesome!

I got my rear window replaced by Safelite. The first time, it wasnt sealed properly, so in a heavy rainstorm, it leaked really bad. I was able to get them to come to my work and replace it a second time and the window placement was perfect...however, the window they took out WAS tinted, and the window they put in was NOT TINTED. They refuse to call me back, even though I made them aware of this situation. I dont want another window, I just want them to pay to make it right and tint my rear window in my truck.

They were fast, kind and fixed my windshield. Was a little stress today but these guys were definitely a bright spot. Thank you.

Unlike Bluefields so called Safelite business, This Safelite was great! The employees were friendly, windshield was done in a timely manner, the windshield tech came and spoke to us while handing us information. The facility was clean, temp and chairs were comfortable if you had to sit entire time. Bristol Safelite Boys, yall saved Safelite Auto Glasss reputation after the unprofessional incompetence of the Bluefield Safelite!

Didnt end up going with safelite, but when u called they got my quote and was real nice and had the info I needed quickly. The call went well.

Windshield leaked

If they had an easier way to schedule appointments i wouldnt have had to buy a windshield it cracked beyond repair before they scheduled the appointment

I paid online. Got my confirmation. They called that morning to give me an estimated time. I left my car out for them and when I came home that evening the car was finished and beautiful and my key was back where I left it with a pamphlet in the front seat. The work was done perfectly. No fingerprints and the seal was right. No leaks.

The guy (john) that came to replace my windshield was super nice and polite. knew what he was doing and easily changed out the glass. i will definitely be using this place again if i never need new glass. i highly recommend them! my glass looks shiny and brand new again!

Our insurance company recommended we use Safelite to replace our windshield, so my husband and I decided to go with them. Our work schedules are weird, so we ended up requesting they come to us. At the last minute I needed them to come to my place of employment since it was a long day for me, and it was not a hassle for them at all. Michael replaced my windshield so quickly and it looks amazing. Im so happy with the work done by him and its a great company!

I needed a windshield repaired - they took me right away. I was prepared to pay for it out of pocket because my insurance deductible is high, but they said most insurance companies waive the deductible for a repair, so they called my insurance company and I got my windshield repaired without having to pay anything. The guys in the shop were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment with Safelite to come to my location while I was at work and replace my windshield. They arrived and began replacing my windshield, only to come in 45 minutes later and tell me that they could not continue due to damaging the new windshield. I was leaving town that night and was able to get an appointment scheduled at my out of town location. The appointment that I was told I had scheduled ended up being rescheduled twice without me being notified. I was then returning home and had to scheduled an appointment at the shop on a Saturday. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes to be greeted by anyone. The waiting room did not have enough chairs for everyone and it was raining so we were unable to utilize the outdoor seating. The waiting room was dirty with crumbs and trash everywhere. My window was replaced everything seemed fine. Later I noticed that a razor and large needle had been left in my car. In the future I will plan to pay more and go to a different business.

They replaced the glass six months ago and it developed a small leak ,barely a tiny bead running down the glass .Did they say well put aLittle caulk on it and it will be fine. No they did not ,they said we will pull the wind shield out and recaulk it again. That is who you want to deal with. Bad to bone!

Not good you call 4 estimated arrival time they wont tell you too much automated system

When having my windshield replaced from hitting a deer the so called “professionals” cut my dashboard when installing the windshield, they didn’t install windshield properly and it now leaks when it rains and they left a piece under my windshield loose. I drive a brand new car and it goes to show you their disrespect and disregard for other people feelings. Take responsibility for your actions and don’t tell me that my car looked like that prior. Train your people right. This place is a disappointment and scam.

Horrible experience. I called the call center and they ordered the glass. I waited a couple of days for the appointment. I drove 30 minutes, so I wouldnt have to pay the fee for someone to drive to me, drove with busted driver window, glass flying everywhere, tried to vacuum it out. When I got at the Bristol, TN place, the guy at the desk said the wrong glass was ordered and they had to reorder the right one. I didnt like it but I was ok with it. My problem was his attitude. It was bad enough I have a crazy neighbor who has cut my brake lines and now busted my car window out because I was trying to cut down a tree on my property that blocked his house, for some reason he didnt want anyone to see his house. I started crying and he completely sruged me off and rolled his eyes. He said it would be a couple of more days. The tech that was going to replace the window called me a few days later and said he didnt know when they were going to get the window. I gave up. I cancelled.

Safelite fix a rear and front windshield on my wifes truck yesterday. The tech that came out to the house was amazing. Brandon took great care of us, was professional and personable. He explained what he was going to be doing, and answered any questions i had. Overall great experience. Would 100% use safelite again for any window repairs.

A technician came to my home and repaired a chip out of my windshield from a rock that had been thrown while I had been on the road in coal country. I was amazed at his professionalism, his knowledge, the time it took, and the outcome. Even though they said that you can still see the spot, I can barely tell where it was now (especially since it broke out the first layer of glass).

Did not like the inability to speak to a human at the local shop. Almost went to another service. You must use 800 line with robot, or Internet to make appointment. But actual service and repair was great

I recently had my windshield replaced on my 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The product itself is great; however I pointed out to the technician a microphone for my hands-free cell phone that connects through my radio and asked him to be careful during installation. The rearview mirror is placed higher on the windshield than the previous one and my microphone was out of position and the wiring was exposed in some places. I now have to speak louder during phone calls because the directional microphone cannot be pointed directly toward the driver and any adjustment needed to the rear view mirror effects my hands-free cell. This is somewhat disconcerting for me, but I guess I will adjust in time.

The service was terrible, I was driving in interstate all of a sudden the side panel start to flap , had to drive slow to reach to next exit to get some tape to hold on to it. Found out they lost the snap button of side panel and didn’t tell me ; contact them but had to wait a month to order the new panel from Japan , after that, one of their technician tried to replace the panel and accidentally broke the glass ...second time changing and still I hear the wind sound when I’m driving.. to my surprise they saying that I’m wrong.

Had to have my windshield installed twice, so far. The first tech seemed to do a good job, until it rained. The second tech cut my tint strip and got the black glue all over my passenager door and fender. I hope it doesnt leak this time, I do not want to return.

I hope that everyone will use SafeLite AutoGlass. You will not come out void if you do. My recommendation is if you want a great job done in little time, Please call Safelite AutoGlass. You wont come out disappointed.

These guys were great they got my window in everything was great service was great only thing I didnt like was their price was different for me than it was for my cousin and he had the exact same vehicle and it wouldnt be this month later and I paid about $100 more and when they give you the price and end up being different than the price they gave me

Only reason is because I stopped by to see if a crack in my windshield could be fixed or not. It was about 4:45, 15 minutes until closing and it looked as if they were closed but I walked to the door and the guy working came out to look at it. I felt that I was being rushed off due to the time and was told it had to have a new windshield, it couldnt be repaired. The guy asked for the year, make, and model and gave me a card with a quote. There wasnt an explanation in regards to the windshield replacement and whether it would be just a basic windshield(w/o tint), tinted, solar/solar tinted, etc. IMO...it didnt seem like a big deal to them(the salesperson) at the time, which was frustrating to me.

Took them 5 weeks and 4 trips to replace my windshield on my 06 Solara convertible. They wanted to use a trim that didnt fit and trim it down. Then didnt bother to tell me that they wouldnt remove my inspection sticker from my old windshield. When I was stopped for not having a sticker,I called them and was told its not our responsibility. I had more than 7 months left on the old sticker and had to pay for another one. Emailed the main office.....no response. Poor customer service!

Definitely not the best customer service you will ever experience. Im sure the majority of work done in this area is done by Safelite, but they sure dont try to make you feel special. I was actually surprised there werent any reviews on here due to the size of the business. You almost get the feeling that they have more business than they can handle...so take a number, get in line, theyll get to you when they can.

I am at this point very happy with the work performed on my 1990 Classic Corvette. I have no complaints about time length....it takes time to do a good job!

Kind of a long wait if you have to stick around and wait but they do an awesome job and the prices cant be beat.

Left work early so I could arrive on time for appointment. Checked in. 45 minutes later I had to ask clerk about the delay after seeing another customer come in 15 minutes after me and get service immediately. Stated that guy assigned to my vehicle was slower. 10 minutes later I was asked for my keys. Almost 90 minutes later the job was done. Not quite the speedy service advertised. Very poor customer care in store.

Two weeks in a row I have had an appointment to replace my windshield on my 2019 Odyssey. Upon arrival I have been told they do not have the windshield. They Also would not be able to perform the calibration on the safety systems because they did not have the correct software. I will not be returning to their shop in the future. I will rely on my Honda dealer to perform the work.Not a happy customer!

Rock to the windshield....? Somehow remembering the Safelite TV commercials.... I just wasnt going to let that fracturing line that was expanding across the glass ruin my visit with my daughter in Nashville. The company was true to its claims. The representative said they would come out to my car or I could bring it in. I chose to take it to their location and had an appointment the very next day!!! Very professional, very efficient as I could watch them from the waiting area. This is my second windshield from them (had one installed on my truck several years ago) I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your auto glass replacement needs.

My technician Brandon was a great worker with excellent customer service skills. With that being said I drove from Jonesborough to Bristol, got there ten minutes early after my 12 hour shift to get my windshield repaired. They pulled my car in, I sat for 15 minutes thinking my car was gonna be repaired. I was then informed that the replacement windshield was chipped or cracked and now they cannot repair the windshield. The only thing they offered to do was send a technician out and waive the charge, I know that is a nice gesture. But I had to reschudle my window tint, and everything else I had planned around that day. Not only that they said they could have the replacement on Monday but there would be no technicians available because they are booked up. So I have to wait until my next off day on saturday. Im sorry to be that guy but give me someones spot and make them reschedule. I have already had to wait, it wasnt my fault yall broke my windshield, and yall ruined my whole week off of one reschedule. I appreciate companies that go above and beyond. Not this. I am never going to this company again and I will never recommend. I guess you get what you pay for.
