I am still in awe about the honesty and level of hard work this team gave to help me. East Hartford Kia didnt care at all.I first reached out to Kia Crowley in Bristol for fact finding after being shut down abruptly at East Hartford Kia, so I could assess my options to replace my car which was not yet totaled or repaired. It took nearly 2 months for ALLSTATE the worst hands people to do the job I paid a lot of money for them to do and they were costing me a lot of money in the terrible state of their processes. Rocco was so understanding and supportive and he did everything he could do to assist but everything rested in the bad hands of ALLSTATE. Rocco would regularly check in on the status of my claim and this was probably the single most important factor in me following through to work with them. Rocco then referred me to another kind heart which was Will Johnson who spent A LOT of time being patient and coaching me through technology that I needed to learn.I was not sure that I would or could qualify after my car was totaled, but Rob Boyle a true ambassador for the good of all figured out how they could set me up for success. They informed me that the vehicle I chose to purchase unfortunately was not suitable on the day I was going to pick it up and they immediately found me a better deal all around. I honestly would have accepted the worst car because I was so grateful that I qualified for financing and they didnt have to be honest about that car but they chose to be and that alone has earned my trust without reservation. They were in a position to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and put me in an unsafe situation personally and professionally but they chose to protect me.i very much appreciate all the hours they spent figuring out how to help me be able to keep my businesses going. Personal transportation is not an option for me it is an absolute necessity. I plan to get my next car from these guys as well. Also Daniel Flansbury in service was amazing at ensuring the safety of my car before I was on my way.I will always look for these guys to work with so may their careers be at least as long as my next car! Put a deposit down on a car to hold so they would not show the car. I was told once I decided on what to do with the car the deposit would be refunded. This was just to hold the car and to not allow anyone else to see it. I have documentation saying all this and I am still fighting them to give back the money. Its been 3 months of they holding $500.00. I DID NOT EVEN BUY THE CAR. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY, WITH NO RETURN DATE. So for them to hold the car I had to make that deposit that day and 3 months later they still have my money.. THIEVES are all that are found here.

The worst experience ever! I am supposed to be a happy person who buys a new car, but thanks to Kalani Lopa this exiting event was completely ruined. At the very last minute he changed the price admitting that he just wants to earn more :) and was rude!!! Seriously?..thats not the way you treat your customers and its not going to help your business & reputation.

Walked in to Crowley KIA and inquire about anything else than purchasing a vehicle. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Ted Kramarz and Chris Rosario would not give me any information about what I came for I just want an oil change and maintenance they told me to call and that its closed with a smile on their face. Wipe that dumb smile off your face Take down my name and phone number and have me called but at this location as soon as you buy a car its over then its just making money of doing excessive maintenance. Highly not recommend for any young people to buy a vehicle there or anyone who has any financial literacy and wants to be treated like a person. They never pick up the phone. When I had a safety recall for my Stinger it was so hard to make an appointment I had to call Kia USA so they will assign me the appointment because Crowley never picks up its phone. I brought the issue up Kia USA. I experience ageism and prejudice whenever I go in there. I have been at this location four times. The only person that I have had a positive experience is Scott Patterson. Highly dis recommend. I have never been to a worse car dealership in my life. DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE

Brian Beaudry was very helpful. He got me in on time and explained what he would be doing to my car. He told me how long it would take and asked if I would need anything else. When my car was ready he walked me to the garage and told me what he had done and what to expect. I come from over an hour away and am sometimes worried if it is worth the drive but thanks to Brian and his team I am never disappointed! He is very friendly and knows what he’s talking about.

I’m really feeling the need to share with everyone about the exceptional warm welcome we received while shopping for our new Kia Sportage at you about Crowley Kia and how they deliver right from the very start Luke Capelli was at the top of his game he came right up to us to greet and find out what it was we were looking for in a vehicle. Talk about scoring high points, I would give Luke 10 gold stars because he went beyond anything we ever expected even helped us when things and paperwork were not correct by paperwork I mean registration the numbers were not matching (on the registration) we’re not correctly transferred look when ahead and took care of everything. Very exceptional salesmanship knew everything off the top without hesitation pointedly answered all of our questions precisely when we pick up our vehicle it was picture perfect. With a full Car Detail a full tank of gas, this is the first time we ever received a full thing of gas upon driving off a parking lot it was unbelievable! I cannot speak highly enough of this Crowley Kia dealership and a blue Capelli I wish them both all of the success which they deserve thank you. Furthermore I must mention Vicky finance manager another first! To come out after finance smiling, you know Crowley Kia dealership is a place to go for honest friendly and trusting service. Wonderful experience!

They charged me 220+ for a problem they did not fix and now they’re trying to charge me 800 more for a problem they couldn’t solve for the past days. While my car was sitting in their lot for more than a week for the past few weeks I was told I would receive a loaner vehicle for the time being, I did not receive a loaner vehicle AT ALL. Which also had me miss days and days of work Including today. They are not reliable, They take way too long to give you any real Service I do NOT recommend their service to anyone And will No longer bring My car in for any type of work Again!.

Do NOT EVER GO HERE. EVER THE REVIEWS AND RESPONSES SPEAK VOLUMES .. Its always. No answer. Or contact management. Scott Patterson is the SERVICE MANAGER.. HE IS MANAGEMENT. He responds to contact who?? Ken Crowley?? We tried. . Our car sat there for 4 months no engine. No answers nothing. Was told by our lawyer due to lack of maintenance the engine blew at 69000 miles. . Had to spend $4700. To pay for engine. On. A KIA. That has 500000 recalls for engine issues. And after $4700 amd 4 months the car came back like it sat in a field for 4 months. THEY DIDNT EVEN WASH IT!! it had grease on the inside. I called another dealer yes WATERTOWN. Now i have never talked to them ever... He goes where did you go. I said Crowley. He goes oh boy. Im sorry .. Didnt even know my name and said. Just come here we will take care of you. Crowley cant even answer the phones there. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. AND STILL WAITING ON A MISSING PART 3 WEEKS NOW missing inside the car was suppose to be mailed and was ordered. ... I waited until the car was back because I didnt want to upset my girlfriend to post this. But do not ever go to Crowley

Completely wasted my time after driving an hour to come to them for the Costco program they advertise they participate in. Would only sell me the car at a higher price than advertised and refused to participate in the program after advertising they do. Luke ran me in circles telling me they would sell me a car through the program after being told they would not and only upon calling Luke to follow up on a previously scheduled appointment was I told from him that they changed their mind and again would not sell me the car. This is super unprofessional and this is by far the worst experience ive ever had with a car dealership.

My SUV came in for routine scheduled service. I was given an appointment within two days. I also had a problem with the drivers side door closure. Service was completed and problem solved. Dan Flansbury the service agent greeted me at the door when i arrived. When the sevice was complete ,he explained fully what the problem was with the door. He thanked me for using Crowley service. This young man is a gentleman. His appearance and manners are impeccable. Thank you.

I called the dealership and told them that I already looked and drive a Kia Sportage and am about to buy it. I also mentioned if they can give a final price if it beats the other dealer I will buy it from Crowley Kia, his response was to give me the other dealers price so I will beat it. I said it’s not fair if I give you his price then I will give him your price and he will beat it which is not fair. I had the same conversation with chris (in sales) and then with his manager Andrew. He was insisting on me driving to the location and present my quote from the other dealer which I didn’t agree, his last sentence before putting the phone down was “I am not doing any extra work for you” and hanged up.To my understanding it’s rude and probably unethical for me to present one person quote to another and ask them to beat it.Amjad R

We purchased our new car from Crowley Kia. With only 10k miles on our tires we developed a thumping noise. Took it into Crowley and was told was due to a slipped steel belt...which was probably a manufacturing defect. Crowley would not replace them, even though admittedly a manufacturing defect, which were the tires that came on the car they sold us.

My engine had blown due to a recall on the engine, it took two months to get my car back I get it back I start it in the parking lot of Crowley Kia and my boyfriend said when you started it something didn’t sound right I think I was just so happy to have my car back I didnt know what he was talking about.. now not even a week later my car won’t start after getting the whole new engine in.. and I Never even got reimbursed for the first tow and now I’m gonna have to pay again for another tow. This just isn’t right.

I brought my Sorento in for a recall that required I leave it over a week for testing and repairs. The service manager Dan provided regular communication throughout, as well as a new Sorento to drive during the process. I received Excellent service, communication and repairs. Highly recommend this service department and Crowley Kia.
