Looking for a facial spf that was cruelty free. There were associates that were great at trying to assist me with finding the correct product.

I always get my cosmetics here, but today I tried the spa salon. I look amazing. I love my new color and style. Saki was patient and listened to my ideas and was able to help me create a new look which I love and my husband found sexy. I was treated like a princess, which was what I needed to destress after a long flight the day before my appointment. I cant wait to share my new look with my co-workers and family.

My daughter and I were treated like little queens here the other day. Everyone wants to shop where they are treated like royalty. Kudos for a warm and inviting atmosphere!

Usually a fan of Ulta, but I had the worst experience today. I finished a haircut and lady walking around asked me if I needed help. I told her no, and she randomly pointed me toward another section of the store (clearance section). Um okay. then I am shopping for something else and she comes back and asked if I needed help again. I felt bad so I asked a question about a straighter. She answered my question, but then said I had to have heat protectant and showed me a bottle- fine Ill try it even though I told her I hate heat spray. While I am standing there she asks if I need sunscreen, and if my husband needed a Fathers Day present. Then she wanted me to sign up for a credit card. It was beyond obnoxious so Ill no longer be shopping in store.

After speaking with three different people that all called me to make an appointment after I left a message. One of which included the manager I showed up for my appointment today only to be told there was no appountment! I showed them the three calls to me from that location on my phone And the text confirmation I received that same day! The best they would do is 20% off and I couldn’t get in when I needed! I won’t be back for anything I can shop elsewhere for cosmetics. Might as well cut my card!

Ive visited a few other Ulta locations in Colorado and havent found one like this location, all locations offer top notch products, products I love and trust, but its about customer service and stock as well that also gets my attention.Not trying to bash on the other locations but the customer service overall is much better than others Ive visited. The staff was all very nice and welcoming, I was able to get expert advice on hair and make-up products with the help of their Master Stylist, Heather, who was an absolute doll to work with. She was very welcoming, bubbly, honest and kind. I appreciated that she didnt judge what I needed based on how I looked. Money is never an option for me and sometimes I dont dress to impress so I appreciate not being treated like Im afraid to spend money.I also liked that I was asked by at least 3 other gals, all of whom were doing something while asking if I needed any assistance and all looked ready to jump at the opportunity. All the ladies I talked to knew where the product was, didnt seem bothered by my questions, and were oh so ready to help me out. The store was very clean and organized, and all the ladies working this morning seemed to be in very good moods. I loved how active they were on the floor, most other locations I frequent, its almost impossible to find someone to help you out and when you do they almost always seem annoyed or bothered. So this location won 5 stars for me because of the people the hiring manager decided to hire.Amazing products at competitive prices and quality people!

Staff is friendly and helpful. If there is a product that they no longer have at the store they offer to order it you and have it shipped to your house.

Cat was extremely helpful in assisting me to find the correct shade of the new Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation, and a few other things I needed.

I made an appointment for both my daughter and myself today for hair cuts. I was told the stylist would consult with us on our cuts. Her actual consult was more - how much do you want to spend. As for my cut - I ask for it to be shaped around my face and that it was important my hair was thinned out. - Her shaping was cutting a small amount of hair and I dont even think she knew how to thin out hair. I didnt even have her style my hair. There was no point. My daughter has short hair and I thought surely she can cut a childs hair. Nope. I asked for a cute edgy cut for her. Instead she simply trimmed her entire head. Her hair looked exactly the same. Completely did not understand any hair trends or I even wonder if she even went to a class. If you have different skill sets available then charge accordingly. I honestly believe I could have went to Great Clips - spent way less and got a much better hair cut. I now have to take us both to get our hair fixed. Just honestly - stay away from this salon. I am so upset. I spent close to $100 for nothing. Just a $100 mess and a lesson to never go back.

Maria is the best esthetician. She pays attention to all of your skin concerns and works with you and your budget to build a perfect skin routine. Best facial experience. Highly recommend seeing her.

I like shopping at ulta but this store it doesnt seem like the girls do not pay attention to alot of things. I placed a pick up order this morning and it was only one item and its now a few hours later and it still isnt filled. When I called to see if my order will be ready soon the girl told me there hasnt been any pick up orders that came through, then I was placed on hold and she said my order will be ready soon. Also when I go in to pick up my items the girls are messing around practicing ballet not paying attention to whos coming up to the register.

Maria with Dermalogica does a really good facial! My favorite one is the chemical peel and I notice a huge difference in my skin. She provides great products that work for your skin type and builds relationships with her clients.

What a joke! Deceitful advertising! Youve had Ulta employees out telling everyone about your grand opening today and that the first 100 people get a $100.00 gift card and you give everyone a coupon for $5.00 or $10.00 bucks? Waited 3 + hours for $10.00 off my purchase of $10.00 or more and then you dont honor the 20% off OR the 10% off coupon. I have been a loyal platinum rewards member for years. What a ripoff and total waste of time! I guess I will report this to the DTC and buy on Amazon from now on. I have never seen so many irate people feeling mislead and taken advantage of. Way to go Ulta!

Their extremely knowledgeable of all their products and so friendly, its a treat to go here. Everyone I know that goes here says the same thing. I also get my hair done here. Ive spent a lot more at different salons and the beauticians here absolutely hands down are the best! You wont be disappointed.

This was my first time visiting any Ulta Beauty store. I was looking for one premium product in particular and Leslie was sent over to help me. Theres so much to choose from so it nice having their professional help. She answered many questions I had as she applied the makeup to my face to show me how to do it and get the right shade for my skin. Her skin and makeup were beautiful! She was very helpful and friendly showing me a couple other products I asked about. I was only in the store about a half hour and got exactly what I needed with some instructions. I thoroughly enjoyed my quick visit. I would definitely come back for a makeover they offer or to try other products or brands. Thanks Leslie for great job!!

Lupe is awesome! She did a great job on my make up and helped me pick out the best products for my skin. All of the staff is courteous and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I have gone to this location a few times and they’re always super friendly and welcoming. This last time I went in Lupe went above and beyond and really took the time to color match me and explain different products. She also saved my number and even though I wasn’t able to pick up when she called me, she left me a voicemail just to see how I was doing with the products I bought! If you have any questions I definitely recommend her and I definitely recommend the Lancôme products!

This place is every womans dream. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, they carry everything from skin products for all ages and skin types to hair products for all needs. The staff will help you find exactly what you need. Also I took the chance to change my normal beuticion and have my hair cut there. I have never had anyone listen to what I wanted and help with some ideas the way she did. Since it was so different from any cut I had ever had, she very patiently showed me how to fix it and the correct products to a achieve the look. I will never go anywhere else again. You wont be disappointed.

This is great shop I walked in this town. I love the selections of beauty products and some other stuff. I love the prices here it was affordable.

I can’t say enough good about this location. I am “that” person who comes in with a million questions. When I come here the girls and boys that help me are amazing! Carrie in salon is a great hairstylist. Very thankful for her advice. Lisa, the manager is a wonderful person. Asiana in the MAC section is such a sweetie. Ive been to this location a few times. Im always greeted nicely and offered help, but I also notice that Im approached by staff at every turn or move I make. Im assuming positive intentions but it would be nice to browse without constant interruption.

This Ulta is always clean and organized. The staff is always willing to help and offer suggestions for products. I dont usually have to wait too long in line to pay because the staff is quick.

I have been in this store a total of four times. And each time I was followed by the workers like I was going to steal. I’ve worked in retail so I understand that employees are in charge of protecting the merchandise. However, I should never feel so uncomfortable in a store that I have the urge to leave each time I go in. Especially when my friends who are not African American have no issues. I will never spend another cent at this store.

Wonderful customer service just under staffed & when i applied they took 2 weeks to “hire” me & then once they hired me they told me their was an orientation then 4 days went by & no manager contacted me about anything then supposedly i was rude but i was just extremely interested to work for ulta beauty considering my love for make up & skin care & etc. i just figure that if you are understaffed then once you hire someone to work for the company you try to get them on the floor as soon as possible to help out when is needed so everything gets done on time & in an orderly manner but then again i’m not a manager to say anything just thought my opinion was meant to be heard about this specific location thanks :)

Went to the store last night to buy some products I was out of. Whole at the register my husband seen some products that I use on sale. The sign read an additional 50% off the red ticketed price. I didnt see the sign but the cashier said those are an additional 50% off the price market. I was like score! So I grabbed three of the bottles. When she rang them up the 50% was not coming off. She called up another woman that took a look at the register, looked at me and said, oh no that it is what the price is marked. The price market was not even 50% of the original ticket price. She then proceeded to tell me the sign read that way to grab your attention. WHAT!! THAT IS CALLED FALSE ADVERTISING!

Went in to find some new foundation and concealer. Not one employee approached me or even said hello. They were all to busy chit chatting at the registers. I would have liked some help matching a shade to my skintone. From now on I will only go to Sephora.

Its a good store, but it was a little annoying that there was no one at the counter for over 10 minutes. Even when we went to find someone they were doing other things, even after we asked. Great employees, wonderful service, just under staffed!

I love Ulta in Brighton they are all wonderful here. Literally every single person Ive met. I believe me I have met them all. Im always here buying stuff and when I cant be there Im online lol. The only thing I hate is the taxes in Brighton. They are high as a mf.

Set an eyebrow appointment for two people. Show up and wait around for someone at the brow bar to come by. An associate asked if we needed help and we explained we were there for a brow waxing appointment. She informed us the brow lady didnt show up for work. I asked why I didnt receive a call letting us know our appointment was cancelled to which she responded sorry and walked away. About as unprofessional as it gets. Great job ladies.

I just got my hair done at the salon by Yaneth. She was amazing...really listened to what I wanted. I got bangs and in the past they have been okay but Yaneth cut them perfectly. I wanted wispy bangs and showed her a photo. I got exactly what I wanted! Definitely going back to see her!

Oh my oh my... I got a service from Annie and I cannot to begin to describe that experience. First of all, she talked sh#%t about Ulta, then she became negative and complained about random things, then when she was doing my bangs I almost threw up. Her breath was debilitating me. It smelled like a dumpster that has been just sitting there for years.To add insult to an injury her service was more expensive than anyone else’s.If I could give zero stars then I would. It used be my go to place but now I will tell everyone to avoid this place and especially Annie.

I went in to get my tattoo covered with a product I already bought. The woman had no idea what she was doing she couldnt cover my tattoo for anything, I sat in the chair for an hour and 20 minutes for her to wipe it off three times. My boyfriend did a better job at makeup then these idiots. And when I told the manager that I had a bad experience she didnt try to correct it or anything. Never go here

I have been in this particular location a handfull of times, hoping for a different feeling/outcome. Im a resident and had looked forward to this store opening for a long time. Im not sure what it is about the staff at this Brighton location, but EVERY SINGLE time Ive gone in there I feel unwelcomed and judged. For some reason, going to this location feels like going into a crowd of mean girls. Im a paying customer, who rarely seeks advise or information. however, if I needed something I wouldnt feel comfortable to any of the girls working as they are unapproachable. Sad that this location is local, but Ill continue taking my business to the Orchard town center.

I came into this store and the store is a disgusting mess, I needed to make a return and I went to the cash registers, the cashier rolled her eyes asked me for a receipt and my “number” so after 5 minutes of her checking her phone she helped me and need a manager because my return was a higher amount, she called on her phone to a manager and the manager said “shut up” the manager comes up her name is Melissa she tells me, she finished my return and didn’t give me a receipt so I asked for one and she was taking to all the other employees up there about drinking after work and I had to get her attention she acted like I was bothering her, I will probably not come back here, the morning employees are so sweet and helpful but I come in at night and it’s the same awful girls in there, whoever management is you need to pay better attention.

I just had a conditioning treatment and haircut by Yaneth at the Salon inside of ULTA and I could not be happier! My hair is super soft and silky and the haircut is exactly what I wanted 😄 I highly recommend Yaneth. She listened to what I wanted and gave me her professional advise to get the results that I was looking for. Amazing service all around! I already have my next appointment scheduled and cant wait to come back 😄

Came in for a brow service at the Benefit Bar - when I called before coming in I was told no appointment would be needed. Luckily, there was a fantastic esthetician working in the salon because no one was scheduled to work the brow bar for the day. Got a quick wax and grabbed a few other products. When I went to check out my email coupons wouldn’t pull up and the cashier wouldn’t honor the coupon I was showing her. All she could say was “yeah, we have horrible service here.” Make sure to print out your coupons before hand or have them saved to your phone.The only reason why this review got 3 stars is because of the esthetician working in the salon. I was not greeted when walking in and never asked if I needed help while looking at other products. Employees seemed more interested in talking to each other.

Have been at this store location about 6 times. They do not seem to have enough inventory in stock. Everytime they want to have it shipped to me because they are out. This does not work when you need it to travel. Very frustrating.

Stood in line still after waiting 15 minutes of extra shopping while I saw one lady checking out a line of customers and I kept my eye open for when it moved before standing there ... With bp issues associated with Lupus, it is not good for me to stand still for long periods, or it causes fainting. It has happened. So I keep my legs moving while waiting and watching floor sales just wander around pretending they did not see the line of customers waiting. I finally got in line and waited another 15 minutes behind the same girl I was behind when I decided to move my legs a bit. Thats right. She hadnt moved an inch. Customers talking to the only checker were not helping her out, Im sure. She was the ONLY worker I saw actually working. I absolutely felt bad for her. Finally a second lady (who pretended to be surprised, or maybe she was, since all workers were just messing around in the store gabbing with each other, so maybe she was geniunely surprised to see there was an actual line and no extra checkers. She offered to check me out, and I thanked her because she was the only one to offer to help the initial checker. The fact that they were the only store in Brighton to carry eyebrow shaper as well as ONE highlight kit, I had no choice but to wait it out which I am fairly patient but that was completely avoidable to not have a 30 minute wait with what I counted as 4 employees doing nothing while 2 checked customers out, one coming a half an hour into the wait. I wish customer service still existed. Sadly its a thing of the past. I like Ulta but the employees seem like they do not care about your time or your comfort in the insanely lengthy lines.Edited to add: I agree with other customer reviews about them following you around. It feels like being stalked. I dont know if its a steal thing like some have considered, but like they make commission or something and just harrass you. Today, I did not have that issue on the floor as they were busy yapping gossip with each other. Which Id rather them gossip than harass me while I shop. But its funny that they give so much attention on the floor and then completely ignore you in the checkout lines.

I have been in this store 4 or 5 times because I am a resident and live close but each time I walk in I would be followed and constantly watched like I am a thief or something.... I know its there job to keep a eye out but not to make us as customers feel uncomfortable...

When I went here, the store was very unorganized and the staff seemed inattentive. Everything was in the wrong shelf and it was hard to find the products I wanted, though this couldve been a bad day for the store. I will go back to see how my next visit is but for now the memory of a mess is in my head for this location.

Dont bother making an appointment here. They will just cancel or wait until you show up to tell you the person you are scheduled with isnt there.
