An excellent Company!We had Pro Billiards move a Old classic table from one house to another. Juston did an excellent job of informing me of the details and scheduling. I felt very confident with the company, and was not disappointed. Kenny and Collin did an outstanding job with the move and the re-felting. Their cheerful nature really made it a pleasure to work with them! The final result was beautiful. The real test of a good company is what they do when something goes wrong. Had a problem with a ball hanging up intermittently. The guys came right back out and fixed the problem. Havent played pool in years, never owned a stick of my own until recently and turns out I was handed down a pretty rare cue! Juston came in personally from home when I called asking for a new tip to be installed, appraised it and made a fair standing offer. He gave me some good information about my specific cue and what sets it apart from other cues from the same maker. It was great to be around someone so passionate about their craft. Certainly no costs being cut in their craftsmanship, and after overhearing about their install and transportation services, I wouldnt hesitate to choose them first, especially when dealing with high end equipment. They have an eye for detail and passion for what they do, hard to come by in todays workforce.

I received my grandfathers 100+ year old pool table from my mother. The crew from Pro Billiards carefully dismantled it at my moms and transported it to my house. They professionally and efficiently reassembled it, even fixing a few of the fragile pieces they noticed needed a little TLC. The crew was friendly (didnt mind my dogs) and knowledgeable; answering my questions and giving good advice, particularly about placement of the table. We are VERY happy with the care taken with this family heirloom.

Just had a pool table moved by pro billiards to our youth facility for our church, Juston was very knowledgeable and professional on the phone and His crew that moved the table were fast very friendly and very professional. We even ran into a little snag of hallways being too tight to get the table out and his crew very quickly figured out a solution took the table apart a little farther and got the job done. Start to finish maybe took an hour, it was an amazing thing to watch. We will be doing business with them again in the near future as we need another pool table moved fairly soon.

He hooked me up with some great navy blue felt, the wax I needed for the seams, two cue sticks and he even threw in a some freebies. The prices were great, the quality of the tables were fantastic!!! Set up crew great, however Took me pretty much hounding Justin to get on the schedule, then last min reschedule, didn’t bring everything that was suppose to come with said pool table and poker table, tried to change the design of our poker table top the day of delivery because they couldn’t figure out how to change the top to what we were promised. My husband had talked to Justin about getting a special cue price didn’t matter just surprise him, I asked for price for everything including surprise cue, Justin gave a price but never got said cue and after waiting 2 months for it, Justin decided we wouldn’t be getting it even though it says it in text and on paper ..

Wow! I can not say enough good things about this company. My son saved his money for months to have pro billiards refelt a hand me down pool table. The day the company came out and started the job they realized the table was a wood top instead of slate and were honest in advising it would not be a good investment for the amount of money it would cost. We called the owner and explained our situation (nothing worse than a devastated 11 yr old). The owner was incredibly amazing and was able to find us a comparable pool table in his warehouse for the same price it would have cost to refelt the other one. And can you believe it was brought over and set up that same day! The workers that set it up were careful bringing it into the house and made sure we were satisfied with its location and set up. I am still in awe at how kind the owner was and how he was so willing to help us out. We were not a big client, we did not have a lot of money to spend, we were not buying an expensive pool table from him, but he still treated us like we were his most important customer ever. We were having our basement remodeled and needed to disassemble and store our pool, air hockey, and foosball tables during renovation. Afterwards they needed to be reassembled. Pro Billiards was flexible, timely and prompt as well as delivering quality service. Team members were polite, hard working, and very good at their jobs.

After going to several different big-box stores yesterday, we ended up at Pro Billiards. Juston took the time to meet with us right at closing. He helped identify and give me some very interesting pointers on my vintage Viking cue. He helped us pick out 2 other cues and was extremely helpful and personal. I used this company to move my vintage Fischer Empire VIII table. The table originally belonged to my late grandfather and is quite sentimental to me. Its built like a tank and is extremely heavy even by pool table standards with a one piece marble playing surface. To say this table is a difficult one to disassemble and one of the worst to move would be a gross understatement.When I called Pro Billiards the owner (Juston) was so knowledgeable about tables he was able to describe it to me as if he was standing in the same room looking at it and I knew it would be in good hands.The moving crew arrived on time and were able to quickly disassemble the table and have it loaded on the truck. The trouble arrived when we got to my new house and the crew saw how tight of a turn and fit it would be getting the table into my basement and told me to start thinking of a backup plan on what to do with it. The crew managed to disassemble the table base and cabinet even smaller and just barely get it in the basement for reassembly but Im happy to say my grandfathers table will live on.Moving a pool table certainly isnt cheap but these guys are professionals and I wouldnt hire anyone else for the job. I have no experience with their storefront but based on the table moving experience I had Im sure its top notch as well.

Pro Billards is great! Juston gave us several options and was very patient and helpful while we found our perfect table within our budget. The delivery guys are very friendly and professional. We did have some debris under our felt that we noticed after set up, but they came back out to or home and fixed it, no questions asked. Excellent company, excellent customer service!

Juston and his team did a fantastic job moving, storing and recovering my vintage non-slate AMF table. This was my grandfathers table and means the world to me. Pro Billiards moved a table into my home in the summer of 2013, and I was very impressed with the service and professional staff. Recently, we had a house fire and the insurance was going to have a company disassemble and store our table. In 2016 I spoke w/ Juston Markell, owner of Pro Billiards, about purchasing a pool table. It quickly became apparent that Juston was the right person to speak with regarding a table. Like Juston, Eddie possesses a great deal of table knowledge (as well as overall billiard knowledge). After completing the set up, Eddie and Jimmy did a thorough job of cleaning their work area up.Quality pool tables are not cheap. If cheap is your main concern, check out one of those fine pressboard models sold in the big-box stores. But if you want a professional-grade pool table and a professional to educate you about what it is youre wanting to purchase then speak with Juston Markell. Best customer service experience Ive had in some time. Juston and his team know their business and exceeded my expectations from the first contact. Justons knowledge and passion for his work helped prevent me from making an uninformed decision. I bought my used table from him and had them deliver, assemble and set up the table.
