The people working here are fantastic. They really make me feel like I am the customer and my needs come first.

I could not be any more happy with my experience at GTS Plumbing. We made multiple trips to this store in one day where they provided excellent customer service and knowledge. Audrey went above and beyond to try and find a matching flange to my matte black stainless steel sink. We were unsuccessful in finding one online to order, however she offered a great solution to match the color in which it was an almost perfect match, that even my OCD self could hardly notice. I appreciate the effort and knowledge she provided us. We will definitely be back for any plumbing needs in the future!

The first visit here when I needed some duct items the guy couldnt have been better. He was knowledgeable about his products and he helped me with different ideas. I made a purchase of most of what I needed. I even meet the manager and she offered me a water. I thought this was a great company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Truly the best GTS in the state. Terry G and every employee is always willing to help, very knowledgeable, and very fast. Perfect for work, quick home projects and major home projects. This location also very rarely doesnt have what I need.Thank you everyone at GTS 726 baseline place, for making my job easier. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. The employees were incredibly rude. They were snatching products out of my boyfriends hands, insulted us both then proceeded to try and over charge us by at least triple on every product. Obviously we left with nothing. This is the only negative review I have ever given, but this company deserves it. Please dont shop here!!! Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!!!!

They had exactly what I needed. I made a phone call and the sales lady said the valves would put in will call for pick up.

My good friend bought a cracked furnace starter, and tried to return it. He was turned down because of a policy. Maybe the store clerks should be trained to check continuity before a faulty part is sold, or maybe the proprietors and employees are just throwing parts around willy nilly knowing full on that they are gonna sell it all eventually (working order or not). You have not only lost the business of one customer, but infact the potential business of quite a few. I understand that there is stiff competition with the big guy, but trying to save a buck just lost you two or more.

GTS Brighton is the best when comes to heating and plumbing supplies. As a DYI home improvement and repair person, I have been able to complete all of my projects requiring parts from this store. From the help given by; Tracy, Terry, Alex, Audrey, and everyone else that I’ve asked questions of, the experience has been the best; and they All have been very helpful. I highly recommend the Brighton store and hope this recommendation is helpful!!!

As a plumbing contractor it is great to have a supply house with a knowledgeable staff. The manager, Audrey Tanner really knows the plumbing industry and keeps the store running very smoothly.
