Excellent, cant wait until the rest of the Halloween stuff goes up

I used to manage a frame shop in a Michaels. Ive been to any of them,and this one was right in the middle somewhere. The store was clean and well organized, but the associates seemed to go out of their way to be scarce. Also, this is the only Michaels Ive ever been to that did not have a selection of standard sized mirrors to be framed. It makes no sense for a store with a frame shop to not have mirrors. They had an assortment of decor mirrors, but they didnt have any that were frame sizes.

They Always have what I need for my crafting

A very very uncomfortable shopping experience....i will never go back. When i first walked in i went to the very last aisle in the store cause thats where the paint was. As i walked around the corner the manager Jacob was coming out of the bathroom and looked at me like i was there to rob him. He looked at my purse then asked if there was anything he could help me find. I said no this is what i was looking for. He walked away and no longer than 2 min later he was back going to the bathroom again he then proceeded to do his rounds as he calls them.... down every single aisle i went down. And when i did need his help and asked him about using double coupons he said i dont know. Try it and see what happens...he made my shopping so uncomfortable so bad that i wasnt even done and had to leave the store. I paid for my stuff and left the store but as i got to my truck i decided i needed to go back and speak to him about how he made me feel..so i found him and started to explain that he made me so uncomfortable..of course he denied it sayin he doesnt know what Im talking about he was just doing his rounds...no apology or anything.je just walked away.

Was not able to buy all the items I had on my list. Caron Simply Soft yarn was only available in 3 different colors. None of which I needed. Did have a very nice conversation with Tina as she tried to find 2 plastic rings for me. Very pleasant person and knowledgeable.

Most everything you need for craft supplies, frames, etc.Clean stores and nice staff.And who doesnt love having a little fun while shopping??? Lol

Little pricey but good stuff. I made my daughter her own little work station since this BS covid has her doing home school.

Store bright and full of awesome stuff. Staff were friendly. Everyone was respecting public health measures.

If I could give this place a zero Stars, I would. We were visiting the Brighton Colorado store from out of state and Im not quite sure what exactly it was that made the store manager target us and incessantly follow us through the entire store not only making insanely obvious he was watching us but also making comments to his employees as well as other customers. Jacob was not quiet at all about getting paid hourly and doing this all day if he had to. My boyfriend actually purchased about $50 worth of stuff from the store and I absolutely refused to give even a penny. I attempted to purchase a set of paint markers that were $40 and he actually refused. Im waiting for corporate to contact me I have never been so offended in my life.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Doing some organizing to the cubbies in our RV and these baskets worked out really well. I searched for coupons and got 30% off !

I can get lost in this place!. Love how inspired i am to create when i walk in. Anyone with high anxiety and high stress can find something to do to help eliminate some of it during such as messed up time. Plus theres always some kind of sale. The Black History Section was pretty awesome too, although it was almost depleted. Will definitely return!

Always a wide variety of hobby and fun stuff! Fun to walk around and get ideas for projects! Great staff.

3 out of 5...I love the essence of the store. Great selections, and reasonable prices. However, the young cashier was very impatient and came across very rude. It was not appreciated and hence lost the other 2 stars.

Cashier was the best. She went above and beyond. Also found a great frame for my picture.

They had curbside pickup but not staffed regularly. No employees working during a week day and tons running around with nothing to do on the weekend and hiding out in the back.

D-19 times: Glad theyre open. Low staff proportionately. Found what I needed. Store has a bunch of things considering the size. Check out guy was not engaging and needs customer nicety protocol. May not be his strong suit. This would have garnered a 5-star.Shop here for sure!

Friendly polite staff very pleasant

I was shopping in your store for over 20 minutes and headed to checkout when a male employee with a snarky attitude asked where my mask was. I had noticed several other people in the store without a mask and shopping without a problem. If this is yourstore requirement I am fine with that, but there should be clearly posted signs stating that. I will not return to your store..ever!

Typical pricing for bbq places but the food is outstanding. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Ill definitely be back for more, thank you very much!

I saw their ad for an art set for $29, normally 85, so I went and saw it was for Thursday only and it was Friday but the sign was still up so I wasnt going to get it. The clerk ask if he could help me and I explained what I was there for and since the sign was still up he said they would honer that price, its great customer service, that will keep me coming back. The only downside to Michaels is their regular items are a little pricey.

I love their curbside pickup service. It has been so handy, since I have little kids in tow all the time, and has made my family feel safe.

Little bit of a smaller Michaels located beside Target - but selection was still good and the store was clean and organized. Large photo/framing selection near the front. Cashier was very friendly and my Canadian Michaels account was usable which was unexpected but nice.

Amazing store, everything was clean and such a wide variety of so many things. The staff is amazing as well. Hallie although young and seemingly new was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. This store was great right down to the very patient checkout lady. Five stars!!!

I purchased 4 pictures frames and when I looked in my bag I realized there was only 3, so I called the store and was told I have to drive all the way back

Lots of veriety, but small enough scale that it was fairly easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. And they were having some really good sales on items I was looking for. Also, very clean and well lit.

I love this place, they always have exactly what Im looking for and they have great ideas! The staff is nice and and and knowledgeable, not to mention patient. The prices beat any craft store Ive compared to. I wouldnt shop any place else. The only thing Id change is the classes are only 1 day. I wish they were at least 2.

Went in to do a Make Break crafting event, turns out they had moved it to the day before without telling anyone. Pretty upset I wasted a trip out here.The store itself is on the small side, but it is usually stocked well. If you need help with anything, expect to go hunting for an employee. There regular prices are high, but they do have great sales sometimes.

I visited this store looking for a spool of adhesive felt about one inch wide, maybe three or four feet long. Im not even sure if anyone makes this product. I didnt find it here, at any rate, but I did find a sheet of adhesive felt, about the size of printer paper, and was able to cut that into one inch strips to complete my project. While we were at the store, my daughter needed to use the restroom, which was very clean. I would come here again.

Good deals when deals are offered. Otherwise Michaels in general is an overpriced store.Getting rid of Liquitex paint markers and ink/paints was a piss poor move on their part.But they still have cool stuff i guess

Watch the prices, they might be wrong and if theyre too much of a difference they wont honor them. I had a 50% off coupon that expired today so I went in to get a marker set that I eyed last week for 40$. Its not out on display though, its a card that hangs on a hanger to represent the product and the cashier will have to get it and bring it to the register. So she brought it up and Im expecting it to ring io at 40$. She rings it up at $300. I explained it was 40$ where I pulled it off. She spoke to the manager and they said it was too big of a difference to honor. So I went to the back and met the manager back there and she verified there were multiple of those cards on there and in the wrong location. But she couldnt ho or the price. She said best she could do was 50% and I explained I already had a 50% coupon I wanted to use but wasnt expecting to pay $150 today. A lot of other places no matter the price difference honor the price, its their mistake not mine. I had been in there 2 times previously and they were in the same spot for weeks. I was expecting to come home and use them today, but I guess not today. You cant go in there expecting anything I guess is the lesson, your expectations can burst at the check out line.

Plenty of staff walking the floor to help if you have questions. Plenty of products and hobby related items. My only complaint are the prices. This is a rather expensive place. Unfortunately, I have not been to other hobby places so, I have no real comparisons, sorry. I just feel the prices are a bit on the high end.
