Do not trust their “ GLUTEN FREE” products. If you have celiac or a gluten allergy take this place off of your eating list. The night shift is a complete mess and can’t answer questions at all. They did at least tell me they don’t clean the grill between gluten free and non gluten free.

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had. Staff is not friendly and we waited in the drive thru line for over an hour for 2 burgers and 2 shakes. I love to support small family owned business but this one is definitely a pass. Food was not worth the wait or the price. Dont waste your time and money on this place. Visit PEACH CITY instead!!

EXCELLENT Shakes!!! Employees are personable, friendly, and professional. Shakes have locally sourced ice cream (Farrs), and local fruit. Had blackberry peach shake, and it was amazing!

The food here is great. The service is a bit slow due to staffing shortages and new hires. As someone who works in fast food I completely understand. What people dont understand is most days it gets super busy here and the workers have a hard enough time already making sure everyones orders are right.

Never have I ever waited so long for a fast food order! We ordered very simple soft serve shakes. We waited in line for more than 20 minutes. When we got to the window we realized how unorganized the staff is. Teenagers walking around with no clue what’s going on. And the ice cream wasn’t great.

Just passing through, wanted a burger and strawberry shake. Saw this place and pulled in. Small mom and pop. Best burger I’ve had in years and the shake was awesome as well. Nice people! Is on my list for places to go back to!

I loved the quality of the food, however the service was quite slow. It took over 25 minutes to get our 4 shakes.

This “dining” experience was almost funny but not quite. To start with we had to repeat our order several times, because the girl was too busy talking and not spending any time listening. Then when we got up to the window we had to repeat it again, and they had to change several things in the order because they had it wrong. We knew we were in trouble when they gave us a root beer when we had ordered Dr Pepper. Things rapidly went downhill from there. When they handed us our order they ask if we got everything before we even opened the bag. When I said I don’t know I haven’t looked yet she looked very confused. When we did check out our order we found the onion rings look like they were cooked yesterday and left in the grease overnight. They gave us the wrong burger, the fries were not edible, the grilled ham and cheese was two pieces of dried out bread a little slice of cheese and a tiny bit of ham. Even the drink was watered down. We ended up throwing the entire order away. I would recommend not wasting your time or your money at this place.

This place is a hidden gem. The ice cream is great! I cant speak to the food as we didnt get anything but weve gone back multiple times for ice cream as it is pretty awesome. The staff are friendly and there is a home-town feel when were there.

Ordered a shake and fries in the drive thru. One person ahead of us took a while to get their order. When we finally got to the window and paid, they gave us the shake and then shut the window and disappeared. I figured they were making the fries. Didnt see anyone for 10 minutes. 3 other cars piled up in the drive thru behind us. After about 15-18 minutes, they came to the window and asked if we already paid. I said we were waiting for our fries. They apologized and went back to get them. Disappointed at how slow and inattentive the staff was. There were at least 3 workers inside as well.

I would prefer if I could get my order without waiting my entire lifespan.

Love this little mom/pops place. Made to order so if you want speedy service, do yourself a favor and find some patience - its worth it. Try the Philly Burger but be careful if youre eating it in the car. They had fresh peach shakes that were amazing, big chunks of juicy peach. Shocked that they would offer this in Brigham City ;)

Great staff and even greater food!

The food here is great but it took forever for them to take our order (4 people) and it also took a long time for them to bring us our food.

The food is amazing if you get everything you order in the drive thru! These kids need a chaperone they always say it should be in the bag instead of making sure everything is in the bag...its our 3rd time through the drive with something missing so now we check before we drive off and also since when do they not bag your food? This is why I say they need a chaperone because they can be lazy and not wanting to fully do their job...other thank that love the burgers!

The food was good, but that is about it. The dirty little store was simply that. Filthy. 10-15 flies were everywhere flying around inside. In the tables, chairs, napkins. It was disgusting. To top it off, the teenage kids running this place (I dont understand how this is a good idea with no adult who actually knows how to run a store being present) were literally fighting and yelling at each other pretty much the whole time we were there. Not one was cleaning up or doing anything to help. Its really a shame. This place really could be a cute fun place to eat. I think the owners need to shut it down for a few days and get that place in better order and clean up!!! Hope theyre reading.

Got a shake for me and my husband. His had almost no ice cream and mine was hard at the bottom with “mix ins” super disappointed.

Disappointed in the ham and Swiss sandwich. Overloaded with mayo. Preferred mustard. No mustard at all. Was on a hoagie, not bread.

Ordered 2 of the single meals for 6.50 was ask what fries we wanted was not notified of an up charge for any choice, was asked if we wanted fry sauce was not advised that it cost .50 per container and they chose how many you got which paying for something it should have my choice. 18.00 later the determination was made that it doesnt matter how good the food is with a business ethic of ripping the customer off it will be out of desperation to ever eat there again.

Yummy ice cream and fries!

The overall experience was quite disappointing. We went through the drive thru and waited quite a long time, which I would have been fine with if the food was worth it. The burger patties were super thin, like it would take 2 just to maybe equal the thickness of a single McDonalds or Wendys pattie. We were charged $1 for two tiny cups of manufactured fry sauce. If youre going to charge for fry sauce (which you shouldnt by the way) then it should at least be a large cup of handmade sauce. It really just felt like theyre cutting corners everywhere they can.

Slow to take our order, then took a half hour to bring us 3 limp pizza pockets (we had ordered 4 plus ice cream). The ice cream eventually came too, but the final pizza pocket never did. We finally just left after 50 minutes.

Best sandwiches around. Loved it!

My husband, son and I are new to Brigham City. Weve been here about a month now or so, we were super excited that there was an ice cream/burger shop down around the corner from our new house! We are huge milkshake people! But we were super disappointed with the ice cream there, my son got a chocolate shake, I got a strawberry and my husband got a cookie dough. It tasted like they poured a whole salt shaker right over the top of the ice cream! It was absolutely terrible. Not only that, but we were waiting there for a whole half hour it seemed! And then they had sat the shakes on the counter for a good 10 minutes while they melted. A literal waste of 15$. Id like to give their burgers a whirl, I was just super disappointed with the shakes!

Hugely disappointed! Waited in line in drive thru for 30 minutes. When saw the price for an farrs icecream cone thought it would be a large scoop. I was terribly mistaken. First, they didnt have the flavors on their menu. Second, They gave me a icecream cone that barely went over the sugar cone. Third, charged additional $.50 for each sugar cone. I bought 7 ice cream cones. All were about the same. The icecream was melting when they were giving it to me. Nothing special about the ice cream. Should have gone to Walmart and bought me farrs icecream in the carton and cone would have got same quality for $20 cheeper. Wanted to support local business however not impressed. Didnt try there burgers so will only reason didnt give one star.

The French dip sammich was delicious. Great Maui wowi ice cream as well. Everything weve had here was good. Keep it up 👍

I went there the other day to get ice cream for me and my sister. I went through the drive way and waited 15-20 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me. Then once I got my ice cream they were extremely small scoops. Ive been their before and I know they do them bigger. I told her that the scoops were small and she looked at me annoyed and said everyone does there scoop sizes different here, and didnt do anything about. It took me less than 5 minutes to eat my little ice cream. Not worth your money or time. Extremely dissatisfied.

Very good quality sandwiches and burgers. I got the toast beef and aju sauce and my husband got the philly cheese. Burger. They were both so good! They are not as fast as McDonalds but they mske everything fresh so it is worth it. Also great icecream. We got a rootbeer float and wish ee had gotten a bigger size. Good service too!

We went to get dinner and ended up waiting for 40 minutes for just two sandwiches. We got our food and got home and our French dip had no au juice for it. You can have a French dip without that. And the philly cheese stake was still cold in the center. Wouldnt recommend
