Great place, helpful staff and pleasant place to buy dollar things

Can I give a zero. I took a broom to cashier. I was charged$1 bristles $1 handle =$2 broom @ one dollar store.I requested the handle, the stick being voided, I wasn’t going to get it. I was told by the cashier he couldn’t do that. Say WHAT? U can’t void anything?after a short disagreement he said that he could finish the transaction and he could do it after. So I said fine do it that way. So he finish the transaction and I said now please take it off. OMG, he now says to me, for me to do that you have to go get something to replace it, I can’t give you the cash back and you have to get at the back of the line! SAY WHAT??! WTH! No. Just, No.there had been abt 9 people in line. No second cashier.I lowered my shocked voice and slowly repliedcall a manager, now.The manager came up, was pleasant, returned the money.There is no way that there is not a void button on that machine. I’ve done cashiering for years. I’ve done Customer Service for decades.Customer Service there used to be great.

I absolutely love to shop the Brigham City Dollar Tree for 3 reasons. Annette, Emily and Lauren. These ladies make my shopping experience great every time. They are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help me in anyway they can. I couldnt imagine a better team of store associates. They work hard and truly take pride in their store.

I guess I have to remember you get what you pay for. I always go here to see if I can find something for a dollar that I would pay more for in a other places. Its pretty good for greeting cards and other small things. My pet peeve though is that they never have more than one checker no matter how many people are waiting in line. The other day I was there and there was at least eight people in line with more getting in line. The cashier called for backup and no one came. You could see two of that workers outside taking their break vaping. I have no objection for workers being able to take a break but they need to have some kind of backup plan. The manager was in her office and I went and asked her if she could come and help and I was informed that she was too busy. They do not have very good customer relations. but like I said I guess you get what you pay for.

Very good customer service experience

The bad part is I went in there just to grab a couple of things and then spent $60. However Im not complaining. The gal at checkout was very friendly, and great to brighten the mood.

This store has a wonderful variety of inexpensive items, and theyre stock is often changing. Good service. Everything costs a dollar!

Empty shelf space. I spend $50.00 a week at the dollar store. I feel like I need to shop at more than 1 location in order to complete my list.Hire people to keep ur shelves fully stocked.

2 stars for the indifferent service and poorly stocked shelves. Completely ignored me while they gossiped. Do your job.1 star wouldve been if they had of been as rude to me as they were to the teens in front of me who were treated to an old lady cussing and lecturing them because days ago some other kids upset her? 🙄0 stars wouldve been if they had of injured and stolen from me.

Good place for things for that new house.

If you are going to make customers wear masks. Please make sure your employees do also. The cashier had a face shield pulled up on her head. Then Took it off. And touched her face then everyones stuff. Not good customer service.

The manager at this Store is so disrespectful. Customer service is horrible. Treats there customers and employees very horrible.

The cashier had a horrible attitude. She was really unhappy to be there, and complaining about how busy they were. She didnt say hi, she didnt say have a good day. The only thing she said to me was its waiting for you to answer a question.

Who doesnt love the dollar tree? Lol

When you need something and anything cheap will do the job. Also some real finds, like Hallmark cards for 50 cents each.

This is one of my favorite Dollar Trees to visit. It is always clean and organized here. It also seems to be a little bit of a larger store so they seem to have more fun stuff. Accessing this store from the main road is the only issue, but obviously there isnt anything that can be done there unless the roads change.

Everytime I go there its stock shelves day, you have to dodge the boxes

I think the mask mandate for the store is ridiculous....especially when their own employees werent wearing them🤔🙄

I love the Brigham city dollar tree! Good selection of everything!

We love dollar tree. They always have fun things that the kids love. And if you are crazy you can create some really cute things.

Its a very nice and very good place to shop. My daughter and I have a good time in there. And the employees there are great. They always greet there customers as soon as they walk through the door.You dont need take my word go check it out for yourself.

I would like if they had freezer section but they nice and friendly

This store has all the classic items you expect to see at a Dollar Tree, but by far the stores best feature is the compliment of smiling, knowledgeable, and helpful employees. They know their inventory, and where to locate any item they have in stock, and they are happy to help with any questions.

I accidentally left a bag at the store. I called back a couple hours later after I realized what I had done. The girl I talked to said that a cashier had mentioned someone left a bag earlier. When she called to ask the cashier where she put the bag, the cashier said the permanent markers that I knew for sure I had bought, made it into the bag. I told the lady on the phone that I had walked out without the bag. She told me that I must have it. I said, I had the balloons in one hand and did not take the bag. I was then told that someone else must have taken it so theres nothing that could be done. I realize its only a few dollars, but Im left with having to go buy them again. A little better customer service could have changed everything.

Love this store. It is clean, everything is 1 dollar. Friendly staff. Great place to shop and has really cute things for gifts.

They didnt have what we were looking for. . They did have a couple things we forgot we needed. And the lady working was very rude

This store is always organized and clean when I come in. The staff are great.

Stood in line waiting to check out and when the person in front of us was done the person working closed the line and walked away and started doing something else. Talk about rude! And we were the last people in line. Youd think she couldve rang up one more person before just walking away. So incredibly rude!!!

This is a well taken care of dollar tree. The employees are always very kind and considerate.

I actually like this store. Although I got a little spoiled in california at the $.99 store. This is a close 2nd. They have a lot of things. And its a great place if you need something like party supplies or some pet supplies and especially for household cleaners. Some of those cleaners work amazingly well. They have a little of everything such as food, cleaners, party supplies, toys, cookware, grooming care, storage and garbage bags, minor automotive, and so much more!

I think their should be more employees on shift to keep the store picked up & a second cashier called when the 1st cashier is waiting on one customer & has one in line. And always right away if that customer their helping has 100 items! This happened & the sevin d cashier was not called until after the fact! Shame on management .

This place was a mess! Empty boxes were everywhere. Shopping Carts full of stuff to go on shelves blocked the aisles. One checker, six people in line.
