I have used All Points for several years, including buying a dock from them. The crew that puts the docks in and out were outstanding over the years however the office and staff were unprofessional, no calls returned or even answered. Never show up when promised. This year, the day before the docks were to be put in for the summer, I got a letter saying they could not service our dock this year. No explanation or reason. Now I have to scramble to find someone to install our dock before rentals start. In my opinion dealing with these people is not fun and it is also my opinion you should not count of them or use them
