Bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 from Lauren and couldn’t have been any happier. She got us into the car we wanted and got us better financing than we were expecting! There was nothing pushy about them and they were more than accommodating to everything we asked for!

Beware of this place. Make sure you get a carfax for any vehicle you are thinking of buying here. Print out your own if they do not give you one. I thought we were dealing with honest people. I cant speak about Chris he didnt handle our transaction. But Lauren she tried being dishonest about a vehicle that my brother was about to purchase. He asked for a carfax and she said she didnt have one. The vehicle was a Ford Edge that had low miles, the interior was perfect and it drove nicely. The price was good and we left a deposit on it and was going to have it checked , when my brother got a carfax and found out it had frame damage from a previous accident with air bags deployed. Lauren never divulged this info. She claimed to have no knowledge of it and that she was going to take it back to the auction because it wasnt reported to her before she bought it. I find this hard to believe. Just like my brother got a carfax, her being the owner and the one buying cars from an auction of course she checked this out before she bought the vehicle. She gave back the deposit and promised to find another vehicle for my brother. News flash she never contacted my brother again. Shes sorry she got caught trying to resell a salvaged vehicle without disclosing it. Oh by the way red flag when she said she was waiting on the title. So sad when people try to take advantage of people. Please do your homework before you buy.

Lauren isn’t your typical sketchy car salesperson. I saw which car I wanted online and went to see if I could look at in person. She gave me the keys and let me do my own thing. She wasn’t following me around she waited back which made me feel very comfortable.I took the car for a test ride and was approved for financing the next day. She asked questions about me and my fiancée getting to know us and if I had any issues she was just a phone call away.I have been to plenty of used car dealerships where I was so sketched out I just wanted to go home and shower. Lauren truly is a welcoming difference in buying a car. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a car without worrying about being harassed by the dealer and wants a good, reliable car.

So, my engine of my old car died suddenly and I must have visited ten-fifteen other dealerships looking for a decent car with a pretty small budget. Last week, i was lucky enough to find my way to the garage. Frank and Lauren are the most genuine and honest individuals in the industry I met out of all the dealerships I went to. Frank in particular was just so helpful and honest. I stopped by the lot on the way to look at another car at another shop down the street from the garage, and Frank gave me his card and told me not to hesitate to ask him any questions even if I bought a car at another shop just to help me out. I ended up trying the car, hating it, then driving right back to Frank who helped me into a perfect Subaru that was in fantastic shape and gave me a deal to come in just about right on budget. No car payments for me which was amazing, as a recent college grad about to go back for my masters I was really satisfied.They are respectful, not pushy (which I found at most other dealerships), and willing to negotiate as much as they can to get you into a car you deserve. I have to say after a week of driving the car its my favorite car Ive ever owned, and I am a seriously satisfied customer. I really just love the car and the experience was just as great as my new wheels. I highly recommend if you need a new ride to go talk to Frank and Lauren, they are the bees knees!

Bought an audi not to long ago this year, then sun roof broke soon after they didnt care pushed me away saying they had no one to fix it, soon after my turbo failed and I have multiple check engine lights. They are by far one of the worst dealerships in bridgewater ma. I over paid 16k for my car just for it to fall apart. The woman who runs the place has the worst customer service I had ever received from a car dealer ship. She never called me back the whole time Ive owned this car

I purchased a ford escape 2011 and alongside it came with her word (her name is lauren by the way), her honesty, her professionalism and her care for the customer ( she even paid for my inspection which Im so thankful for!). I bought a jeep from here in July of 2019. Had an awesome experience! There was a chip in the windshield and a check engine light on but was fixed before i drove it off the lot! Ive had the jeep for 7 months now and i couldnt be happier with it. I also didnt have the best credit when i got approved for my jeep and they worked with me! Would highly recommend them!

I want to thank Lauren at the Garage in Bridgewater for her excellent customer service. I purchased a Toyota Corolla there three months ago. The car had issues with the brakes recently and I called Lauren and she made sure it was taken care of immediately. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. Obviously this happens with any car especially at ten years old but when the dealer helps you out in the manner Lauren did working hard to make sure it was corrected thats a great business owner who cares about her customers. I would recommend the garage and I would purchase there again.

I honestly wish there was a way I could give this dealership 10 gold stars!!! I reside in NH and stumbled upon this GEM of a dealership through Car Gurus. I was looking for a new/used Lincoln MKZ, to replace my older MKZ. I was so excited to find EXACTLY what I was looking for, at this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren. I THOUGHT it was going to be difficult, since I found this vehicle during the current COVID19 outbreak, as the MA Governor had just issued the stay at home order. I reached out to the dealership, via email through their website. Lauren reached back out to me within the hour, while they were closed! I explained to her the vehicle I was interested in, the vehicle I wanted to trade, and my financial background. Within a week, I was in my new MKZ!!! The process was incredibly SMOOTH, there was NO pressure AND Lauren handled EVERYTHING promptly and with such ease. I have NEVER had such a wonderful car buying experience, than the one I had with Lauren and The Garage! During the purchasing of my new vehicle, my NH Governor also issued a stay at home order. I work at a hospital and all employees were informed that if they travel out of state, that we must self quarantine for 14 days before we could return to work. The Garage had my dream car, after I had been searching forever. When I called, Ray was willing to hold the car for 24 hrs until I could get there to see it. Lauren also helped me out, walking out to the lot (in winter) to eyeball the car & answer my questions over the phone. Their pricing was very fair, considering the unknowns in the cars service history. The expected issues did arise later, but the work the car eventually needed had been baked in to the original price. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car there; they were honest, decent, & customer friendly!

I visited the car mile on Route 1 only to find shady cars overpriced due to Carfax monopoly pricing tools.Tried to run by some ma’n’pa shops in the area and stumbled upon The Garage.They have an eclectic yet practical inventory. With smaller size and knowing the clientele in the area they don’t stock up on 10 ford accords for high school graduation. They see a deal, a car that can be flipped with good ROI and go with it. They may have a 1999 Toyota next to 3 year old loaded Mercedes SUV. Visit the website and visit the location as well. Not everything is online!I dealt with Frank for the main haul (very patient fellow) and Lauren took care of me for paperwork and service. You better know what you need because Frank will sell you what you ask for!The customer service in general was exactly what I look for, respectful, to the point and without that tired smile of an Applebee’s waitress from the mall.I bought a Hyundai Elantra for a fair price. And drove it the next day. Financing was painless and paperwork work was snappy. Chris, who does a lot of footwork, definitely kept my interests in mind when I screwed up ordering an additional key and explained some of my car questions (I am an engineer, but not a car guy. Only learning about a car I have at the time).After a month I noticed few safety issues (breaks and rear lights) and was still covered by the seller’s warranty. Lauren got me in a shop the next day and had it fixed within 2. They even noted leaky CV boots and fixed that too. All for a deductible. Speechless.What can I say...salt of the earth people. Frank, Lauren, Chris, young Nick...I am very glad I found you and hopefully won’t need you for another 100k miles or so. When I do, I am coming straight to The Garage.

Found a perfect car and made a down payment with contract signed. the weekend left no opportunity to get the insurance stamp or registration filled out. after work on monday was going to insurance and bank and was told the car was sold with no communication whatsoever when in contact with dealer since the day we made the downpayment. EXTREMELY dissapointed and dissatisfied to say the least. not even a phone call and when im communication it was through text. highly unreccommended
