Avoid this place under any circumstances they don’t know how to pack the items you buy from them in safe way. They chain I bought from them arrived damaged i called them and they offer no help all what i got from them that the UPS is responsible for the damage, and It will be better if i take it to a local jewelry store the they will fix it for $20 ! Seriously??I end paying $150 to one jeweler and and $550 to Another one to get fix

This place was highly recommended by a good friend, I called the 800 number told them I was looking for 22k 24 about 5mm rope chain the gent sent me a pic of one close to what I wanted. I asked another question and said I would be in this past weekend to pick it up. NEVER heard anything again. Call the number, sent numerous texts, emailed customer service notta. So strange I was easily going to spend over 1000 dollars and even pick it up. Guess some places dont need business.

Bought a bracelet here it was worn once and it broke on two sides. Took back to store to exchange because design is flawed they said they could only fix it not exchange because if they fix it they can’t put it back in the the case to resell. But they did rebuy it at a lower cost I lost $200. So what will they do with it now??? Not put it back in the case to resell ??? Never buying anything from this place again!

I had bad experience with yasini jeweler I purchased earring for my daughter in July 13-2020 in one week the earing broke I went back to them they said they will fix it, but they will charge for that and if they want take it back they going to buy it for $175 i bought it for $ 302. I have jewelry since i was five yrs almost 30 yrs never broke. I never going to buy from this store. Ramalla jewelry offered me $225.

Not going to lie, I really dreaded the idea of having to go into a jewelry store but I really wanted to buy my wife a gift, so I sucked it up. I could not believe how much less of a hassle it was than I first thought. Everyone was so helpful asking me all kinds of questions about what I was looking for and what my wife liked. Eventually we settled on a necklace and I gave it to her the next week. She absolutely loved it!! I really appreciated the help and the excellent service! Bad customer service

Yasini has always been my go to for all my jewelry needs. My grandma who had passed away 2 years ago left behind a necklace that was one of her favorites! Unfortunately, when it was given to me I had received it in two pieces :/ meaning it had broke. I was very saddened until I had taken it to Yasini where they returned it to me looking brand new! It was a very bad experience for me and my family as the staff were rude and not even paying any attention to help us with the price and all. My mother figured out that they were only helping Arabs people and we being non arabs one of their salesman was can you just move i have my customer coming as soon as we turned around it was a arab women walking in. I would never suggest any people specially non arabs to visit the store. So pathetic behaviour with no humanity and etiquette.

You have to be careful here , they give you the lowest price for gram . but when they give you the total it is much higher and that is how they trick in buying. they know what they are doing . shame on them using fraud to persuade customers. I was almost tricked for hundreds of dollars until we did the calculation ourselves.

There was zero pressure to make any decisions during my search for a wedding gift for my sister. They asked lots of questions about what she liked in a set until we found something, like it was made for her. I was surprised how cooperative they were not only communication wise, but also price wise. Thieves! Sold my husband a Tiffany piece. Told him that if I didnt like it I could take it back. Way over charged him and then refused to take it back. Only would give store credit and told me every piece I looked at was more than the one he bought, even thought I was trying to look for something lower price.
