Biggest scam artists & thieves DO NOT BUY here. Anyone else who had this problem just report it to the better business bureau it’s time they stop scamming and lying to people! If I could give this place negative 5 stars I will!!!!! Wasted $1,000 on a ‘brand new’ iPhone that was suppose have one year warranty it did not have any warranty & the phone was used.

The technicians are respectful and helpful but that does not really solve the problem. The owner is the worst. I have worked with them previously for years in their last store however this is the first time to visit this store. When I came to this store, I paid more than Apple imagine! Iphone 11 for $800 when it is only around $680 in Apple. I thought Ill get a better price but not at all like I used to get before. Be aware of them. They claimed they gave me the screen, cover, and transfer of information fee for FREE but when confronted they said these fees were included. Really? Now? Wow... Not coming back EVER. As other people said no returns or refunds. Very very disappointed especially that I am an Arab like them. Thieves. In summary, DO NOT GO THERE!

Mahmoud (the skinny Palestinian guy) is a big thief, I buy an iPad charger from his store from another guy, within 30 min, I tried to return because I found another charger at home, he told me no. No customer service whatsoever, he spoke so rude to me and didn’t care if I would be his customer or no. Those guys rip you off and don’t care about customer service

Great people they fixed my phone really quick and professional job with a reasonable price. When I was there there was a customer there that tried to return a charger even though they had 5 printed papers that say “no returns” the employee told her if there’s anything wrong with the charger I’ll exchange it for you but she refused and made a scene. I think people are taking advantage of them for how nice and polite they are. God bless you Imobile and you guys have my business.

I had a amazing experience there. Matt took care of me started cellphone service 4 lines for $100. i always buy my accessories from there and they always last long and never brake. i recommend this store for everyone and always ask for matt.

They are thieves ,(( Mahmoud)) sold me a Samsung charger and it didnt work more than 2 days . I came back to get better one and pay the difference but he reject switching it at all . He is hungry money . I dont recommend this store at all . And I will keep telling people about this scammers and thieves all the time . So bad owners, they dont respect the policy of 14 days refund. Big respect to all the people working there. They are so patient with the customers. A story happened today when i was at the store where there was a lady going off on the emplyees and they still managed to be so calm and patient with her even tho she and her boyfriend were racist on them! They helped her and did everything could possibly do to satisfy her. Yet she wanted to get her service for free so she called the police to threat them. And still her boyfriend once again shouted a racist slurp while the police were in there! Crazy.. and after the police heard all the story they kicked them out of the store and asked them to never come back! I cant believe how crazy people are nowadays.. this store and these employees are amazing with all that word has in meanings! Strongly recommend

I literally asked the sales man Mahmood to only sell me originals chargers and aux, he said of course and if anything you have a month bring it back, so they didnt work i went back there was another guy there he called Mahmood and hey said they cant return or exchange because what should i expect from stuff that arent originals?? Theres no warranty on such items!!!!So anyway the only reason i went to this store because it was on my way driving and i have a child with brittle bones disease so i really dont have the time in my life driving around to storesAnd thats why i told the guy i dont care the price i only want good itemsSo i even keft the stuff for them and they didnt even want to exchange with anything

I cannot belive how patient they are, they had a very bad customer (A very loud lady) in there shouting racist slurs and they were sooo patient with her, all i heard was how they did everything to please her yet she wasnt satisfied and she wanted the service to be free. She called the police on themAnd they were still so polite but she even cursed at the police and they told her to leave. She kept on shouting racist slurs and left with her laptop.. i bow my head to them with awsome customer service and great patience
