We had an extremely pleasant experience with Royal Home Flooring for our flooring needs. We had a really bad flood in our basement after a large rainstorm and contacted this company along with a couple others, however we decided to continue with our purchase with this company because of their excellent customer service, the pricing, and your quick turnaround time and installation. They answered all of our questions and concerns and we ended up choosing a high quality carpet and padding for our basement needs, after seeing samples and talking to the experts during our initial consult. Sal and the team were really great and I must say, the install and our entire experience was excellent! The team informed us when they were heading over, arrived punctual, prepped the floor, did the install, and even cleaned up after themselves. I have pictures included of the final look! I am one to shop at high end stores and I always look for quality in anything I bring into my home, and this company will not let you down. Trust me, I have done my homework and research before investing in new flooring. If you are looking for that personal touch, look no further. These large big box stores and huge national companies are in it for the numbers and can care less about the customers satisfaction and to the customers specific needs. Royal Home Flooring is the place to go, and they offer so much more than just carpet. Thank you so much, I will definitely be returning for any more flooring needs!

I had my floors downs and upstairs replaced and had my stairs done with in Oak to match the Vinyl Plank. I am very happy with the color match and how fast they go the work done, but wish they would have to into account the size difference in floor from before and now because of gaps and base boards being lowered. Also on the stairs there are wood side rails that were not replaced and now need to be restrained from the removal of old stairs. Thanks again with working with me.

Love the finished look! The new luxury vinyl flooring definitely gave my 100+ year old condo a more modern look and feel. The installers were great! Very personable, friendly, and respectful. They were communicative and informative. The only reason I am giving Royal Flooring a 4-star rating over a 5 was due to a miscommunication around the amount of time it would take to complete the job. I was quoted 1-day. Ended up taking 2 but that had not been communicated to me prior to my installation day. I was able to adjust my schedule, but I would have expected a larger company like Royal Flooring to have a more accurate and effective communication policy and process. Still, highly recommended. Just double check all installation details before day of installation.

Great experience with Royal Home Flooring. My floor looks great! The technician was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant attitude. He answered ALL my hubbys questions and was very humble. He paid much attention to the details and made sure he cleaned up every work area. I am so pleased with this company, that I have decided to have them replace the carpet in a couple of rooms. Getting the quote was very easy, thorough, and everyone was on time!! Tim was the flooring sales consultant who was very knowledgeable and presented many options. He had no problem with admitting he did not know an answer, but made every effort to get the answer. The day the installation happened the installer was by himself as the partner didnt show up so it took the majority of the day. No big deal. The installer, I believe his name was Guillermo, was very efficient and impressive. He stayed in contact with updates regarding the status. Seemed like he truly cared about the work he was doing. My kitchen/foyer/closet flooring is beautiful! Money well spent ! Will definitely keep this company in mind for the future!

Could not be happier with Royal Home Flooring. We recently purchased a 1888 American foursquare and needed to carpet the 2nd floor before we could move into our bedrooms. We originally went with Luna flooring after they promised to have the job done in 3 days since we were desperate to get it done ASAP. Needless the say Luna lied to us in order to get our business and gave is the worst customer service experience of our lives. After fighting with Luna for over a month we were able to get out of our contract amd went to Royal Home Flooring. They were professional, honest, punctual and a joy to work with. With Luna we couldnt get a competent customer service representative to save our lives. With Royal, the vice president called us directly and worked with us to meet all our needs. Arthur and Pat were a joy to work with. The prices were more than fair and the service was top notch. I cannot recommend Royal Home Flooring enough.

Arthur Jones was great to work with to get our carpeting installed. We had several installation date changes and he was very accommodating for our needs. The 2-man crew that came to do the installation was fast, quiet, and friendly. The process from start to finish (from sales person coming to our home to install) was easy. We will be contacting them again soon to hopefully do our 2 staircases next.

I had my vinyl floors installed on July 27th, 2021...The floors are absolutely beautiful...makes the rooms look so much nicer. Unfortunately, after the guys were done they were moving my furniture back into place, and, one of them dragged my table on the floor while his partner had his end picked up. Mind you, I was standing right there watching, as he dragged the table I see the legs bending. I stopped him and said to him did you just break my table? when I said that to him, he pushed the leg back straight with his foot as if I couldnt see what he did. My adult son was sitting on the next room asking me what happened. As I was telling him what was going on, the person who dragged my table was told something in Spanish and he left out and never came back in. His partner finished up the cleaning and they left. Not thinking of this before they left, I had my son turn the table sideways to see because I was livid at this point. I immediately called the office to let them know. The installers hadnt been gone 10 minutes from my house when I made the call.The person I spoke with told me to send him the pictures. He gave me a number to text them to and I sent them. He assured me he would handle the situation. The next day I get a call telling me that the installers denied everything and said I never said anything. I was told the manager would contact me. Havent been contacted yet. I have been calling to speak with the manager for the last few days and I am being put on hold for long periods of time as if they think Ill just give up and hang up...I love the floors, but, I gave a 3 star review not for the floors, but the unprofessional handling of my situation. I feel like I am being blown off as if Im just going to go away. Thats fine. The installers didnt exercise ANY integrity. I would suggest to anyone to watch closely how your furniture is handled...I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

Goran was on time and very informative about the product when he came in for my in-home estimate. He gave us some handy online tools to use to actually see what the flooring would look like in my space, which was super helpful in making a decision. He gave me 3 different quotes on LVP based on differing values of product, so I could compare well across the board. He was very pleasant, efficient, and worked with me on a tight timeline. Excellent customer service. When it came to installation, Royal was able to squeeze me in, which I was beyond thankful for and made a big difference in my decision as well. The installers, Miguel and Raul, were on time and when we developed a hiccup when tearing up the old flooring, I was able to work with many people at Royal to accommodate appropriately. Miguel and Raul were very kind and efficient! I am extremely pleased with my new flooring as well as how everyone worked together quickly to make this happen!

We love how our new floors look! The crew showed up on time, were respectful and hard-working, and got the job done in a day instead of the 2 days they had initially thought it would take. My only complaint was that they moved some of our furniture outside and didnt bring it back in when it rained, so we were really nervous that our expensive litter robot would be ruined (so far, so good, thankfully!) Otherwise - we had a great experience and would definitely use them again, especially on a sunny day! :)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE. We had our floors refinished by this company. We had a salesman who charged us more for a water base color stain stating that it was better for our family, that we wouldn’t have to leave the home, and they could complete it in two days time.What a lie. They start the work and after sanding inform us we need to leave the house for the stain. Turns out they should have never sold us water base stain cause oil base is what is to be used on a floor and the two day time frame turned into seven and even after seven days we could smell the stain or top coat.The Vice President of the company just kept saying the salesman was misinformed, he had been punished. We spent weeks back and forth with him via phone call and email trying to get them to own their breach of contract trying to work with them and still be fair. He then became unresponsive after I stated they broke contract which clearly stated water base color and water base top coat. It was pretty clear to us they have done this before and gotten away with it!This is wrong! You don’t sell one thing and give another and then LIE LIE LIE to the customer.Update: they just called us to chew us out for our review threatening to sue us for defamation. But don’t be worried to post the truth when you know what you’re saying is right. Maybe they should be more worried about doing the right thing then covering their butts after.

I had hardwood floors refinished by Royal Flooring. I can’t stop looking at them. This company was beyond amazing. The service was excellent from the beginning. The service representative who came to my home Darrin was very friendly, informative and followed up to see if I was indeed satisfied with my experience. I LOVE MY ROYAL FLOORING!! Should have done this years ago. Had carpeting all throughout my second floor - hated it. Finally got quotes and Paul from Royal was so easy to deal with and upfront about cost, time, etc. Other quotes didnt compare to Royal. Installation day came and Juan and Sergio were the best!! I was in disbelieve that they finished the job in one day!! I had three bedrooms done, closets and the hallway. They did a fantastic job! They even made me laugh at times when I would hear them singing upstairs!! Anyway, the flooring I picked is beautiful! I will definitely use Royal when I replace my carpeting on my main floor!!

Royal Home Flooring did a great job! I bought a condo with very beat up hardwood floors throughout, so I wanted to get them refinished. RHF made it easy to book an estimate and make an appointment. They were on time and very quick. I was able to view a few different stain options in order to pick the one I liked best. The floors look beautiful. Im very happy I had them done. I have included some before and after pictures as well.

There was an issue with scheduling but that was more of system error they had called me to move my appointment up but when they didnt show up on the new appointment date they moved things around to get me the next day available - the installers arrived both days on time and I was actually told this would take 3 days but they got it done in 2 let me tell you these guys WORKED they were never just sitting around doing nothing they were both always in the middle of something and I appreciated how they explained things to my mom clearly since I couldnt be there in person on what they were doing every step of the process they kept her informed - I put in before and after pictures and you can clearly see our floors were rough and they turned out beautifully ! I loved how when we still hadnt made up our mind on color they left color swatches on the floor for us to choose

SchedulingWe were looking for a company that would do the best job for our old carpet. Scheduling online was easy. Ken King who was our flooring specialist was prompt. He was very professional and very friendly. You can really tell if a person is just SELLING or HELPING your needs. Not mention my kids love him. He was very patient explaining us about the process and what to expect. We also showed him some samples we liked. Unfortunately, it was discontinued but Ken recommended some other good options. After giving us a good price and quality of carpets we decided to go with Royal Home Flooring. We also asked if we can have our carpet installed ASAP and he told us a week vs the other carpet company which is 3-4 weeks.PricingBudget is they key.. You will get what you really want. I believed we picked the right carpet and for the right pricing. I read a lot of reviews and I did some comparison from the other company that we spoke to. We picked the SOFT carpet not that plasticky feeling.So ask and do some work on your end. The carpet that they installed also was made in the USA so I think we made the right choice.Installation/Installer.After talking to a flooring specialist and if you are going with Royal Home Flooring. MAKE SURE you ask for Javier to install your carpet. If you its not Javier dont do it. THANK ME LATER.WHY?1. He was very polite and on schedule.2. They are following the COVID guidelines which an A+I do some easy DIY work here at home and I use the social media like tiktok and youtube to show the process. I will let the professional at ROYAL HOME FLOORING do it. Saves you time and headache.OPTIONS / DISCOUNTS/THINGS I DID NOT LIKE/I hope the company will give a discount if some one will rip the carpet in advance. I took the carpet out in our masters bedroom and hall way because the old home owner had pets and you can really tell especially during summer. The carpets smells bad and I have to clean it and deodorize the floor. One company gave us a discount but he over priced us with a cheap carpet.I felt like I did not get the $150off discount when I scheduled online. Last time I remember we did get the special offer pricing or maybe a mis communication on the fine print? maybe next time include that on the purchase order?Javiers worked was stalled a bit because the carpet we ordered was LATE. There was a delivery hiccup and the guy who supposed to deliver was late about 1-2 hours. So that put the whole installation behind schedule.Lets see how long this carpet will hold because it was promised it has a 10 year warranty :D

Great experience overall. From the sales rep to the installers, everyone was super professional. The installation for my carpeting was completed in a short morning just a week after I received a quote. So far everything looks great and I am happy with my experience. The only reason I wouldn’t give them a complete 5 star is because they left quite a few staples and carpet trimmings behind. Other than that, everything was awesome.

This is the second time we have used Royal Flooring for our floors. We were very happy when they did our main floor a few years ago, so we had them come back to install our whole upstairs and the stair treads as well. They did a great job and we are very happy with the finished product! Would definitely recommend them!

Did my stairs in oak to match my vinyl plank floors. They look beautiful. Just wish the would have took into account my sides that were also wood and figured them into the cost or made them look finished so I dont have to go back and restain them myself. Doesnt look complete.

The sale was low pressure, showing me what I wanted while being honest about prices and such. Wasnt as cheap as Luna (by a little amount), but appreciated it was local and had much better reviews on different sites. Installers were great. The edges of the carpet needed some trimming to eliminate the risk of fibers getting snagged on something and pulling loose.And there were a couple little snags of fibers that pulled out. Otherwise, happy with the purchase and experience.

If this company could get 6 stars I’d give it in a heart beat. Being in the home remodeling industry myself I know how stressful it is to pick the right company. Sal (owner) and his team knocked it out the park. Everything from checking out the showroom, measuring, communication all the way through, and service was top notch. Had new carpet put in my mothers house and the installers were very respectful towards her and our belongings, not to mention they even went out of their way to put some finishing touches in the house. They made sure furniture was moved safely without damaging anything, install was quick and easy and I couldn’t even notice that they were even there because the clean up was impeccable. To top it off my mom has brand new carpet that’s been way overdue and she couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be using Royal for the upstairs and hardwood in the kitchen. If you need any flooring and want the highest level of customer service and the best value give them a call!

Very good experience with royal flooring. We wanted to redo the entire house. Carpet in the bedrooms and either hardwood or vinyl on the rest of the house. After talking with the rep we decided vinyl was the best option for us based on your needs. He was not pushy and gave us a very good quote.The contractors that installed the carpet were very professional and worked super fast! I love my new carpet.The contractors that installed the vinyl were incredibly fast! They finished my whole house in 1 day (it was supposed to take 2-3 days) except for the stairs. They will be back to do the stairs today.Overall I am pleased with the quality of work being done on my new home.I will add before and after photos once stairs are done!

The one problem we had was when the sales person came to our house on June 12th we were told our installation would be on June 28th. We got a call on June 14th and was told our flooring was on back order until the end of August. I truly believe the sales person would have to have known that. I think he should have been up front on date. But that said floors look great and the two installers Leo and his partner were awesome, very professional, answered all my questions and they moved all furniture back and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Royal Flooring.

Great experience all the way through the process. I wasnt sure what to expect when we scheduled a free estimate but salesman was punctual and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and set up install for the date that worked best for us. Installation happened yesterday. 2 guys came out and were here right on time. They did amazing work. They didnt rush the install and provided options when it came to seaming the carpet. They were very knowledgeable and I would certainly request they come next time. I didnt get their names but really appreciated their time and attentifon doing the work. A++ all around!

This is a great company.The salesman was friendly but real, not overly-friendly as if he was just trying to make a sale. The carpet I had installed is an American product which is always great and the pricing is the least expensive I could find. Very reasonable pricing. The installation is was easy and fast and looks really good. They were honest about the fact that they wouldnt recommend installing vinyl or laminate over my existing but damaged hardwood floor because of the extreme uneven texture. Other companies told me they would cover it for much more money. They gave me a quote for installing a brand new hardwood floor which was beyond reasonable, but I dont plan on staying in this house very long so I didnt want to spend any extra money that wasnt necessary.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when the installers arrived, they didnt know which room they were installing. Its not a big deal but made me a little uneasy as if maybe theres a lack of communication between the managers and the installers. Also, my window for the installers arriving was between 8-10am, so I planned my whole week around 8am at the earliest. Day of installation, I get a call (which was very nice, thank you for the heads-up) from the installers at 7:10am, telling me they would arrive in 15 minutes. I told them to please wait until 8am and they sounded confused as if this was the first time they were hearing about a time frame. Im very grateful they were not late but 35 minutes early is much too early. I think overall, there just needs to be more communication with the installers.However, they fixed some loose tiling in my bathroom for free without being asked which was not part of the deal so Im very grateful for that.I would recommend Royal Home Flooring.

They arrive 30 min early ready to work! Double check measurement . Ask permission to move furniture confirm my color and went to work ! You can tell they love what they do! A job well done!

This was a very smooth, and pleasant experience. I contacted Royal Flooring with no prior knowledge of this company, however they were fantastic! From the initial phone call and subsequent text communication, to the sales person who patiently explained the differences with the types of flooring to choose from, to the exceptionally professional and FAST installation process, I couldn’t be more pleased! I choose Royal flooring because of their rating on google. I am not disappointed. The salesman showed me a picture of my flooring with my furniture. I was so pleased to be able to see the flooring in the setting of my home. However I I was not sure about lighting and if it would really look like the picture.My floor was finished yesterday and I am so very pleased that it does look like the picture. I am so thankful that I choose Royal. Every person I talked with were very easy to deal with.In summary I love my new floor and could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend them to you.

I had my kitchen floors done close to a year ago. At that time I was very pleased. If you ask now, I am so upset with Royal Home Flooring. I have a issue(s) with the floor. I set up an appointment which took a large time investment on my part. When the appointment was finally confirmed someone did come out and evaluated and took pictures. He stated another appointment would be scheduled and my issue(s) would be resolved.Can you believe that was over 6 months ago! The issue remains the same and I have not been able to enjoy the new flooring since it was installed nearly a year ago. I am still trying my best to follow up with Royal Home Flooring. I truly feel compensation should be warranted in this situation. I am currently paying for a product that is not being able to present to others.I was asked for feedback and here it is. Wow…..thanks!Note: Sunny is wonderful and this would not be her fault it is Royal Home Flooring’s lack of customer service and follow up that is the concern.

I first contacted Empire to install flooring to our kitchen. I had a nightmare experience with Empire. We did a contract however we were never contacted after promise date to install. My husband and I then turned to Royal Home Flooring who sent out a great sales agent and then followed up a little less than a week later with great installers! Excellent company to work with! Was given an approximate time of installation between 10 & 1:00. They arrived 10am on the dot and finished a quality install by 1:00pm. The installers also put the furniture all back in a slightly better arrangement than we had it! These guys actually care.

The carpet is gorgeous and feels so luxurious under foot. The installers had great work ethic and I was very impressed at the care they took. They went above and beyond to ensure that the mistakes of past installers were fixed. We had tile installed by a different company. The tile was laid poorly, so Royal Home Flooring could not bump the carpet up to the tile (as would normally be done, were the tile straight). Royal Home Flooring sent a hard floor specialist, to work his magic, and he installed beautiful matching transitions to hide the crooked tile. Thank you!!! I highly recommend Royal Home Flooring!
