This place is horrible. How do you not have a list of ice cream flavors on the drive through menu? The last few times weve been through, we had to GUESS what they had, and its never what is shown on line. Im guessing its 31 flavors...but not at the same time.

Service is horrible! Employees had a lot of attitude. I ordered ice cream (had to guess what flavors they had) got to window and employee snatched card from me then aggressively handed it back with my receipt. Handed me 6 count doughnuts and when I tried to tell them I didn’t order that I got what I assume is manager he had a bad attitude as well said we can’t take them back and aggressively handed me the ice cream I ordered.

I decided to get a milkshake so I got in the drive-thru and waited until it was my turn at the speaker box. There were 3 cars between the speaker and the window. I was asked to hold, twice. By the time I was able to place my order there was only the car infront of their window left. I ordered a milkshake and their bagel bites. When I left the speaker box, there was no car at the window.I arrived at the window and received the bites and had to wait a couple of minutes on the shake.The bites were cold on the inside and mostly hot on the outside. I wished it was warm all the way through. The real shame was the shake. By the time I had tasted it, I was already a few minutes away otherwise I would have demanded they remake it. There was way too much milk. Store bought chocolate milk is sweeter than what they gave me. Maybe thicker too.The final blow was that I wanted to fill out the survey about my experience but a wide verticls strip of the receipt didnt print right through part of the code. Completely unreadable.

Dont waste your time at this location.

Lobby closed, drive through only...so if you want something other than a basic flavor, good luck on getting a flavor list, no bananas for a split, will not be returning.

I love BR but will never go to this location again....I pull up to order numerous times and they are out of ice cream flavors that Im ordering. Yesterday, I ordered the 3 creature creations and was told that they didnt have them anymore, but they changed to 3 new ones. I then ordered the 3 new ones and was told that they didnt have those either. Then I was told that they would go and check to see if they had the first ones in the back, which they did. Then I ordered one with strawberry ice cream and I was told that they needed to go and see if they had strawberry ice cream. Smh....it was just horrible. I dont ever have these experiences when I go to Florissant or Ladue. I will not be back. They need to get rid of the staff who was there yesterday around 2:00 pm.

Lobby is closed. Drive thru is supposed to be open until 10, but no one will respond when you talk into the speaker. Pulled up to the window and there’s no one around. Sad.

The flavors were limited but the service was good.

There on Saturday evening, labor day weekend to pick up ice cream for the family. Go to the drive thru and after being shot down on 3 different flavor requests we were informed they had no chocolate based ice cream flavors at all... youre 31 flavors, theres chance there may be someone coming in wanting chocolate ones. It was nowhere near closing time on a holiday weekend.

The workers are lazy and regularly lie about not having flavors and say that they discontinued malts some days and have them on the menu other days

They were out of cookies and brownies. Had to come back and ask me about fudge/caramel topping, ice cream flavor, if their overripe bananas were ok, and to ask me if I wanted some donuts while making the sundae.I left without a spoon to eat the sundae and with no free donuts (even though I said I’d like some).

I would recommend this location their baker lady makes the order in time . Customer service is very great

While it is a drive-thru Baskin Robbins, they really dont have many options, and theyre usually out of several toppings. There isnt a flavor menu on the drive thru sign, so if you look up the menu online and settle for a flavor, youll probably be a little disappointed. Think of the flavors you can buy at Walmart. Those are your options.The staff is nice, and they definitely do their best, but im pretty disappointed overall

This Baskin-Robbins share a store with Dunkin Donuts. I like their ice cream. Just the right creaminess and not complicated

I have been going to this place for 2 months and they never have anything that goes with ice cream. NO FUGDE TOPPING, NO BANANAS FOR SUNDAES, NO BROWNIES, NO COOKIES, they just have ice cream, spoons and bowls. Just throw the whole shop away💯. I will NOT be wasting my time going back again.

I was an Doordash for delivering Baskin-Robbins for Bridgeton MO. I just realized the women who works there was been disrespectful. They completely out of gummy bears, chocolate chip cookie dough, and they failed miserable by having something to put in containers to go. Despite of covid-19/coronavirus hours and procedures they also failed by putting containers for ice cream cones. Once I got to the delivering process mode, the ice cream was melting. I am pleading for the community of Bridgeton MO to hear my complaints and there has to be a proactive action for these types of violation.

I posted about 7 months ago how this was the WORST Baskin Robbins ever. They are under new management now and new teammates. This is now the BEST Baskin-Robbins ever the staff is sooooo sweet and friendly they ALWAYS have whatever I want no matter the day the time or holiday. They have not once told me they are not making shakes. Way to go to Baskin-Robbins. Thank you so much to whoever changed that horrible staff. You DEFINITELY get my business again.

Ive been going there since they opened. The staff is usually very friendly and professional which the 3 rating is for. They dont carry a lot of flavors and my favorite Cherries Jubilee used to be carried out of sight in their big freezer. Now it is NEVER available at this site. Even when its in season. Gotta drive 10 more miles to get it from another BR.

The staff were ride and had an attitude. The inside was closed at 9:11 pm on Saturday when the sign says they close at 10:30pm. When i asked the fork got an attitude telling me they close the inside at 8:30 pm because they had a Robert 2 weeks ago and for the safety of their employs they close early. When i said they should pout a sign up i was told she didnt know they needed to pour a sign up. I told her it would be nice to let your customers know since the dirt is locked and you wont answer the door to tell anyone you just hide. This is my second time going to this location and both times the staff has been rude and the service horrible for the priceyou pay. I think they should fire the staff and hire some good employees.

Drive thru lane was extremely slow. No light on sign so we couldnt see what was offered. Worker was annoyed we couldnt see the sign in the dark. When got to the window we observed the worker spending more time dancing doing tik tok dances than getting the food ready. The ice cream was great when we recieved it though.

The ice cream wasnt the best and the workers lacked patience. Considering I always patronize this location but I order on the inside. With the new way of doing things we can only use the drive thru. I tried to order 2 things and the store was out of 🍌 and waffle cones; she was more bothered than I was. I attempted to order something different and she was completely aggravated. A little confused on why I wasnt mad but they were.

I went there around 7.23 pm. And they already close the door. We were trying to talk with them no one response. I will not suggest you visit this kind of place.

Purchased 2 pints of black walnut ice cream...didnt realized until I reached my home what I actually received was two scoops in each pint. I contacted the manager on duty to complain and was told they weigh each pint size. There is no way these were weighed because as soon as I took them out of the back I noticed how light each container was. Being that you can only go through drive thru you can no longer see what they are doing. Very disappointed customer.

This location is the worst! I ordered through DoorDash today and my order came all wrong and melted. And it was my dashers fault. Im never happy when I order from here. But this time was the worst and the last tim . You picked your job. Be good at or quit.

Received two quarts of praline and ceam ice cream when I ordered BUTTER PECAN, also ordered two scoops in a cup for my daughters only Received one and when I mentioned to the drive thru girl that on my last visit my waffle cone was completely stale she told me well it isnt my fault it was stale
