The S belt went on my truck, I got the vehicle towed there and it was done within a few hours. The gentleman stayed open later so I would be able to pick up my truck and get to work. Great price and communication. Best auto repair experience especially during the pandemic. Could not be more grateful.

I was in Carls Corner this morning and noticed I had a huge nail in my left front tire , but it hadnt gone flat yet ! I was a stones throw from the Monroe shop so I quickly motored over to see if they could fix it ? The young man and lady were kind enough to take a look .... yup, if you can wait a few minutes well take care of it REALLY ? !! They took about 5 min. Done ! AND.......? No Charge !! Who does that ? You guys will have all my business . Thank you !

I had a slow leak in one of my truck tires and took it to Monro Auto Service on Pearl Street in Bridgeton. The manager James Brown immediately took my truck inside and discovered the problem. My tire was fixed and back on the truck in fifteen minutes! The staff is very courteous and knowledgable and I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.Bruce H.

I have going to this place because I just got my car from a used car lot dealer. My overall experience with this place the price was not that bad. I was getting a oil change with a tire rotation and a full service inspection. I was in the waiting room watching my car the whole time. They pulled my car in they lifted it on the lift, changed the oil look at the muffler and that was it. They put the car on the ground off the left, they pop the hood pulled the dipstick for the oil. And that was it where did this full-service inspection come out. Because the full service inspection is brakes tires belts fluids all the good stuff that you never think to check. But anyway it was my first time going there Im a give him another chance.

Monroe does an excellent job on oil changes and breaks. They are quick, and take you even without a appointment. Which is great, no Hassel.

Went in for a wheel alignment and oil change. Didn’t get a new sticker for when my next oil change is due. Then they told me I needed new tires in order for me to feel the whee alignment, left the shop got new tires and my wheel alignment still isn’t correct. Guy at desk had good customer service but they other guy that worked on my car was ignorant and unprofessional......overall not happy, bring James back

Been going here for the last 7 plus years and prior when they were located out of Vineland. Always great service at a reasonable price and always reliable.

They saved me from getting a new tire by finding the nail, pulling it out, and plugging the hole. And to top it off, they didnt charge me for the work. Theyve earned future business from me.

The Upper Deerfield Monro Muffler and Brake Shop is Far and Away the best brake shop I have ever had the pleasure of using. The manager is James. I first met him years ago when he managed Monroe Muffler and Brake and tires in Vineland New Jersey at the Cumberland Mall. They changed locations and I followed him without regret. Without exaggeration I can say that 50% of my friends and coworkers Drive the 11 to 15 miles from Vineland because of the excellent service at the Upper Deerfield Monro Muffler Shop. I give James high marks for his honesty, his great customer service, including the extra thence that he goes to to please his customers old and new. I send many of my friends there for automotive service including tires front end work and brakes without hesitation because I know they will be treated incredibly well.

So glad I found this location, quick, friendly, and staff was excellent.
