Advance Auto is the best auto parts store I hadnt been there for a long while but I could just recall years back when I had an issue went to another auto parts store and needed help and they did not provide good customer service decided to go to advance Auto and the staff literally stayed out there and help me until they fixed the problem with my car. I choose advance Auto over the other auto parts store near me

Do your self a favor to to AutoZone they order a part for you tell you it will be in tomorrow two days later tell you they no longer make that part can you come in for a refund like my time is free

Had everything I needed in stock. Polite service, but understaffed. When i get my axels done in 2 weeks or so Ill see if the line is the same due to only 2 employees (especially on holiday) 1 on break at that. The line was about 6 or 7 people by the time the man reached me. They did know my parts, good stock, knew what i was asking for great hours! Reasonably priced as well! Ill return, but 5 stars if they have at least 1 more person to work when busy

Lol they dont want you in the store, but will help you if you nag them aggressively. Maybe it was just a bad employee. Tons of inventory though

They opened a couple minutes early when I took my friend there for her flat tire. Had everything we needed! Day saved!

Bought a battery almost 3 years ago. I paid$137 for it. The last few weeks the car didnt want to start when it became chilly at night. I took it to Advance Auto where I purchased the battery from.I had them check the battery and alternator to see which one was bad. The battery was rated to have 700 cranks and it was at 437 cranks. Reading good, but on its way out. The stores sales associate took the battery out and replaced it with a new one. Free! Under the existing warranty. Not only did it save me a whole bunch of money. I didnt even have to take it out or reinstall it. No hassle. They were very nice and quick about it!

In my town, there is a choice between here, and autozone. This is always my choice. The staff is always helpful, I can usually find what I actually need, and when I explain what I need, they usually understand without having to look it up. A little knowledge can go a long way.

The staff are very familiar with their products. I need to replace my windshield wipers in the future. However, the salesman told me I wont need to buy any soon. He told me to clean them. As a matter a fact; he took the time to look at them.

The have a decent selection and a pretty good warehouse stock. The store is clean and the staff are pretty knowledgeable. The wait is long due to a sufficient amount of staffing at any given time.

Bought a grease gun. Selection was limited. Price was competitive. No problems.
