No Stars!!! Stay away. We reserved a throne chair for our baby shower with delivery expected between 10-11 for a party start time of noon, we felt it was close so we asked if we could pick it up the night before but were told we could not. We were assure the chair would be on time. Fast forward to day of, 11:30 and no chair. Called the location and the gentleman who answered the phone seemed completely lost regarding the order.....asked my name several times and delivery time several times. Requested to call me back, when he did it was to tell me the chair was our for delivery and would be on location at 1pm........party starts at noon!!!!! He gave me a bunch of mumbo jumbo about how deliveries arent always guaranteed and can run late occasionally, sort of blaming me..........information they never mentioned upon reservation which would have 100% affected my decision to reserve with them. They did refund the money fairly quickly but if the money were an issue we would not have rented the chair.......the decorations and theme included the throne chair. My wife was not happy to say the least!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. BAD BUSINESS. This review is based on my experience for an event held on June 13, 2021.

Absolutely happy with the service PrimeLux delivered! I called for an event last minute due to some unforseen issues and PrimeLux came through big time at a reasonable price. Very professional and communicative, would definitely use again and recommend! Thanks again.

Once again PrimeLux Events & Party Rentals have outdone themselves. We celebrated our daughters 9th birthday with a glow in the dark theme. Words cannot describe the outcome! PrimeLux Events was able to turn the entire room into a neon glow in the dark party. From the dessert table to the glow in the dark accessories for the kids (and some adults). The DJ was great and played age appropriate songs. The magician kept the kids and adults engaged. There was a 100% crowd participation. Lets not forget the delicious Caribbean food. My guests are still raving about the curry goat! Once again, special thank you to PrimeLux Events and their great and pleasant staff for making my daughters 9th birthday a glowing success.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. PrimeLux Events went above and beyond for my wedding. They took the worry out of planning on a day that is usually stressful. Excellent customer service and superb dining experience for my guest. The décor was way more than I had anticipated. I will definitely have any events that I plan here. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!

The Primelux team was awesome! They were professional and pleasant. I love that it’s a family- owned business. They worked well amongst each other and meshed well with my team of planners and the banquet staff.Booking was easy, set up was fast, and breakdown was smooth. People loved the decor-the grand centerpieces, napkins rings, and card box were amongst the faves.I would highly recommend Primelux and I truly looking forward to utilizing their services here on after.

The decor that I requested for my baby Shower was perfect, excellent customer service.

I worked directly with Sanita and I found her to be very patient and responsive to what I wanted for my event. I can get easily flustered when planning events and Sanita very calmly helped to bring my scattered ideas to fruition while offering great suggestions. I found her to be very organized and she followed through on everything that was expected of her. I would definitely work with her again and refer her to my friends.

Prime Lux did an amazing job hosting my reception party at their Venue. Sanita and her staff exceeded my expectations and everything was perfect from the food to the decorations. I am so glad that I found Sanita and the Prime Lux crew!

Nothing short of AMAZING!!!! This past May (5/18/2019) I celebrated my 30th Birthday and I wouldn’t have had it at any other place! Primelux (IG: @Prime33NY) has been treating my family like royalty for 3 YEARS now with their extravagant decor and party space. So when it was my turn, I didn’t expect anything less. My theme was an 80s/90s Birthday Bash. My party was planned so smoothly and I got everything that I asked for, ranging from the beautiful backdrop to the flashing table stands. My request that everything glowed in the dark was fulfilled; my open bar request was granted, with an amazing bartender to go with it; my centerpieces were on point; ALL the colors were everything I wanted, NEON GALORE; EVERYTHING WAS SO WELL PUT TOGETHER!!! My guests were AMAZED of how much effort was put into everything. I still have guests inquiring about this party space AND my backdrop (WHICH THEY SO KINDLY DESIGNED FOR ME)!!!! I’m getting so excited all over again just speaking about it! And it ALL would not have been possible without the help of Ms. Aneise! She helped to guide me through EVERYTHING and made sure all of my requests were granted, without hesitation or questions. She was there to answer my questions whenever I needed her and all the way until the day of the party and then some was she there to cater to my every need. She overly-accommodated me and I will be forever grateful for her. She has been one of the big reasons why my family and I keep coming back (in which I’m sure we’ll be back soon).If you are sitting right now wondering if this is the place to have your special occasion, I, without a doubt HIGHYLY recommend this place! This Place is beyond amazing. Excellent customer service, beautiful furnitures, the ambiance is A1. Ive had 3 events there and thats the only place I will be having all my parties, evertime its a different experience, the food is to die for omg! Keep up the excellent work primelux.
