Very bad service I was waiting for 15 min for someone from photo to attend me, an employee saw that I was there and I told her that if she could attend me and she tells me that she is coming now I see what has a good time and the brunette does not arrive. Well, I come back and find her, I saw her, I asked her again to attend to me and she told me in a very bad way that she had to let the front staff know that they would find someone to help me !!! For me it is not service to the client what this lady accrues me but the truth is that I had a very bad experience of this Walgreens

Went for my Covid vaccination and have to admit I was totally terrified because of my fear of needles and injections from when I was small. Mike, the person administering the shot, was amazingly compassionate and caring and did an fantastic job giving the injection. He said that it would only feel like a mosquito bite. He was exaggerating. It was even less painful than that. I am actually looking forward to going back for my second shot. He was awesome! Such a nice guy! If the rest of the store is like Mike, dont hesitate to give it a try!

Not the best Walgreens ive been to, there are a few around here, better off with another location

The worst place ever!! The lead pharmacists was rude and not willing to work with customer. She did not honor covid appointments and turned people away when questions needed answered! Be advised that this is not a place you should go.

This walgreens is good. sometimes its the outsiders that can make it bad, and leave trash around outside. Also do not give any money to an old lady outside asking for money shes not a good person.

This is the location i go to the most in Bridgeport bc of proximity. Pros, always stocked with what I need. I love walking the seasonal aisles. Good prices on TP and paper towels. Love my points. Cons, always homeless outside door asking for money. The garbage bins outside are constantly overflowing. Parking lot is always full and not easy to get into or out, especially the main street entrance. Today I walked in and the garbage was INSIDE! like an explosion of garbage. And staff seemed unbothered by it. Disgusting. I mentioned it to a guy I GUESS was the manager (I asked him if there was a manager in, and he just said, yes can I help you), but when I left it was still a mess. I might have to start using the one further up on main.

I guess Im the one in a million. I figured most pharmacies had identical issues, its the proverbial nature of the beast I thought, so I never expect anything other than to have to wait. I guess it helps that I use the site for my refills nowadays. I havent been treated with anything but respect 🤞🤞🤞. If youre expecting red carpet treatment at a pharmacy...

Called ahead to check stock availability of an item. Was told they had plenty of the item. When I get there, they had nothing. I dont think they even looked when I called and the item is stocked right near the registers where they were talking on the phone to me. And, its true what is said about the beggars out front too.

Absolutely The worst walgreens I have ever been into, the pharmacy is slow and they have attitudes and are very rude to customers. The service in this General location are Horrendous and working in HR.Id recommend a full clean sweep of staff.PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!

The worst Walgreens to wait on a prescription. I called to make sure prescription was received the girl assured me it was received and will be ready by 2:45pm I gave them an extra hour. I get there and she proceeds to tell me the prescription isn’t ready and I can wait inside it will be another 15 minutes. RIDICULOUS! I never have issues at the Walgreens on Barnum ave even though this one is closer I will never come back. Forwarding all further refills to Barnum ave.

This is the worst pharmacy. They tell you that your prescription will be ready in an hour and when you come back to pick it up they make you wait another hour, claiming that they’re too busy. I’m definitely not coming here again.

The wait at the druve thryindow is a diagrace ..this is mt second time and is as slow as the growing line inside!

I wish there was a option to enter less than 1 star. Very unprofessional and dont stand behind what they sell. On 2 separate occasions they sold me nasal spray that had been opened and used. I showed them it had been tampered with and refused to give me another 1 or my money back and just recently I bought a calling card for 10 bucks and was defected. The pin number came off as soon as my father scratched the back to unveil the pin. They did not want to know nothing and where very rude at the same time as for the security guard too. Now Im out 18 bucks and did not want to give me a new calling card. This store is the worst and the management is even worst. Never will I shop there again!!

Literally spent almost an hour in line trying to buy something from the pharmacy. Plus the staff’s not as friendly. And they give you attitude.

That one star is being generous. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy department is a disgrace. Every one there is so rude .You wait at the drive thru, you wait on line , and you wait on the phone. They actually pick up the phone and put you back on hold. Have done this to me 3 times in the time it took me to write this. I will be contacting the corp office to file a formal complaint.

OMG, so SLOW. One person at counter and 15 people in line. Store is dirty. Definitely a place to avoid. Go to another Walgreens, ANY OTHER ONE

Worst pharmacy ever after purchasing for a whole year syringes for insulin with prescription thru the drive thru today they told me that is always been the policy to come inside to purchase because I have to sign when I have always sign at the drive thru sucks get everyone on the same page

The only pharmacy open 24 hours this side of Bridgeport. Great spot if your looking for snacks or light groceries late night. However sometimes its dirty and after 10PM theres always people asking for money by the door. Theres also always an armed guard on premises.

I cant believe the service i received at the drive thru !...dropped of script and she tells me 2 hours to get eye drops... i told her that was unacceptable than she goes and gets sarcastic and asks were we open on christmas NO so we have scripts to fill ! and i asked her for the complaint number and she said if you want your script in 15 min you will have to come inside...with me being sick and with a sprain ankle at that i had to walk in and get that script because she felt she had to get her way ! Never again will i fill any kind of script in that store with the attitude of those employees never and its also dirty !!!!!

That other user is crazy. there has been a walgreens here for as long as i can remember! its the corner of main street and north ave in bridgeport, ct. its gotten a lot better, just the line is RIDICULOUS! :/

This pharmacy drive thru f***king sucks, they see you and respond to someone else at the window before you and then laugh after they realized I waited 15 minutes.. I think theyre so freaking unprofessional..

Always an issue picking up meds.

In this pharmacy they will find the worst customer service and the worst waiting time to receive the medicine, the pharmacists in this headquarters are incompetent, they never have the medicine on time you have to go up to 5 times to receive the prescription and when the Can pick up your medications are incomplete and do not answer for anything, there is never a manager who controls and supervises this staff.
