I took my car for an oil change and an emission test, 2 and a half hour wait, despite me coming in at 7.00.am. The manager brings my car back damaged, i told him, this happen here, he denied it. I called him up and ask if there were cameras he told me no cameras in the shop. Awful service, will never go to any Firestone again. I also told the company that i work for that has a fleet, not to do business there anymore. I am also reporting them to the better business bureau

Dropped off at 11 AM. I was told it would be ready in one hour. When I returned. 50 minutes later I was told they could not find wheel lock. I gave them wheel lock that was in the trunk. Car was not ready for another hour plus. Why did they not call when they could not find the wheel lock?Ok...not a major problem but.... could have been better service.Thanks for listening.😷👍🏿

Nice staff and got me in during and emergency. Just the wait time was very long was there from 10am to 3pm just to get tires put on.

If I could give 6 stars to the Awesome Service advisor, Eddie, I would. His service and genuine concern for my safety was amazing. My breaks were done a few months go and were good, but just didn’t feel right. Went back in October for an oil change and asked them to look at the breaks.... “they” said they were fine. Today. November 9. Edward asked several detailed questions and knew right away what the problem was. Even though they were booked full for the day “he” still promised to take of the problem and have me in and out on a busy Saturday. The five stars are for ⭐️Eddie⭐️ and how well he worked under the pressure of my frustration. The Parker family has a long history with firestone and trusted them all the time when my uncle was a GM. But since they laid him off and cut certain budgets the quality of work (under the car) has gone down. This particular location is very good clean and comfortable but just check and double check the service and make sure they actually do what you want. (Like who does a break job and does bleed the line). FYI: Air in a break line can make it feel like u didn’t even get ur breaks done $500 later.

This place is pricey although the Customer Service is great. The team went above and beyond to find me the best deals and automatically apply the best coupons so my purchase was more affordable. Supreme service here. Although $120 an hour for labor is crazy.

If you are unable to service aCustomer just say so. Dont give advise in areas thats not your expertise. Several tire manufacturers make Run Flat Tires Bridgestone is not the only one that makes them...seriously you just dont sell them from other manufacturers. The salesman rather give me wrong information than tell me he isnt sure. The prices are inflated , like everything else in bridgeport.

Nice staff. I got sucked in to a lifetime warranty thinking it was my life but it is just for the tires I have on this car. Even for minor service I recommend to drop off car instead of waiting it can take a while.

I went for a retesting of my suv and second time was no disappointment. Very fast service polite gentlemen, and explain everything. My new to go place. No appointments necessary for a emission test, and barely any wait.

They were transparent and consistent with communications to me, and they kept me up to date with everything going on. My car now works great again. This is the best experience I have had in auto-care and I will make sure to always come back to this location for any work I need done on my car. It is located in a safe area of bridgeport and the parking lot and office are immaculately clean. The pricing is incredibly fair and at no point did I feel overcharged or taken advantage of. If you are looking for a place to get work done on your car, this is the best place you can pick.

They are TOO expensive. Went to do oil change. Was quoted one price. They told me to do engine flush. I asked how much everything would come to. Gave me one price. When job was finished found out I have to fork out $132 more. Was told its a mistake. Deceptive and dishonest. DONT GO THERE!

I got my car inspection test done there. They are so good and professional. They were so friendly and I got my car inspected in almost 20 minutes. I am very satisfied with them. A parking is available there. Highly recommended

A bit of a tough place to get to as its in a roundabout. Parking is tight pretty much any time afternoon. Employees were helpful and informative and didnt make it seem like I was getting ripped off too much. Worst part of the experience was Fox News blasting in the waiting area.

I have been very pleasantly surprised by this place. Front desk personnel are knowledgeable and professional, the work is always completed error-free and fairly quickly, the costs seem reasonable and the front desk associates always make me aware of deals or discounts on things Im already buying. MUCH better than deal with the overpriced car dealers that cant schedule you within 2 weeks. At this place, bring your car in early and they will get to it that day, usually that morning (assuming no major repairs are needed).I have work done on all my 3 cars here now.

Worst service Ive ever encountered. I called ahead of time to see if I needed to make an appointment for a car inspection and they said no, yoy just come in. So I arrived 25 after they opened for them to tell me I needed to drop my car off and they may not get to it that day and that I shouldve made an appointment. Then I tell them Ill come in the next day, can I make an appointment and he said no. So i told him how they said that before so I rather make an appointment. He again stated I didnt need to. So I told them I would come in as soon as they opened, could they take care of me asap and he stated how they had 2 early morning appointments! After he told me 2 times I didnt need an appointment. Idk if it was family or friends that wrote positive reviews but my experience was horrible and Ill never go back to the bpt location again or recommend it to anyone. For the price they charge it is not worth the horrible service.

Im an automobile engineer and trust me , these guys have the best knowledge regarding cars and safety. The way they explained whats wrong with my car really surprised me. If they feel what you would be spending is over the budget, they will let you know and suggest some really good alternatives. You can trust them blindly.

It was a pleasure talking to him and he was very polite. 4 stars just because the issue happened in the first place but the service afterwards was impeccable.How are they still in business????I went there to mount a tire. I had a 10am, appointment but I arrived there at 9:45 thinking that they would maybe take my car in early... I was horribly wrong... I waited until 11:45 and thats not all... THEY SCRATCHED MY RIM!!!!! I seriously cant believe that they are still in business.. Ill never ever go there again and Ill warn everybody that I know that they scratched my rim!!! Unbelievable....

To xpensive I when to check my car air conditioning i ended expended $200 and not solve the problem. Updated I bought my car to different plase i spend 40$ my AC feels like new its was a leak on a valve no the compressor i feel like Firestone still my money never going back

Been to several places for alignments and even other Firestone’s. Really like this place seem honest straightforward and get the work done on the time they tell you. Two of our cars been here for alignments.

Great service Nice employees!

Not too happy with them. My mother who is 92 took her car there about 7 months ago for noises. They diagnosed timing chain, which was correct but when she got it back it was still making noises. They claimed the belts needed to be tightened. They tightened the belts and said the belts would stretch and to bring the car back if there was any more noise. The belts only made noise when it was a cold start, so there wasnt a problem all summer. Well summer is over and the power steering was leaking, the belts made noise that morning. We took in they diagnosed power steering return hose. They gave us the price, mom said fix it. I told them fix it. I didnt know what the break down price for parts or labor but when I looked at the cost of the part on the invoice and what I could find on the internet they charged $150 more than the most expensive and $200 more than the least. I know most places have an upcharge but that is a gouge and the belts still make noise.

Brought in an 03 Civic that was purchased several months before with a blown engine. I cannot describe the angst that we were going through trying to work with the dealer to fix the lemon they were willing to sell us. Our best decision was coming here and working with the team at Firestone. We explained the troubles we had been having (with both the car and the dealer), the limitations (our budget, obviously) and figured out a plan together. Mike, the mgr, counseled us on what each decision meant for the car long-term, and the impact it would have on our budget. When we were finally able to get the monies needed for the repair, the team was able to complete it within a week - meeting a last-minute deadline they (or i) did not anticipate. Thank you Mike, Pat, the lead-tech who came in on his day off and the rest of the team @ Firestone in Bridgeport for your service and compassion.

I ran over a piece of metal on my way to work and immediately got a flat. I took my flat tire to this location because it was less than a mile away. I work in the tire industry and knew the tire was repairable upon inspecting it (there was no damage on or near the sidewall).I brought my tire in and told them it could be patched (I did not inform them that I work in the tire industry). A little while later, the location told me the tire could not be patched due to internal damage. Knowing this to be untrue, I took my tire to a local family owned tire dealer who repaired my tire, no questions asked.I am extremely disappointed in this location and I believe they may have told me that my tire couldnt be repaired because I am a female in my late 20s and they assumed I wouldnt know one way or the other (if it werent for the fact that I work in the tire industry Im sure I wouldnt have).I would advise everyone to be careful when bringing in tires that have no damage to the sidewall. If you think the tire can be repaired and this location tells you it cant, I recommend getting a second opinion.

Worst experience ever. I visited this firestone 3 times in a week and a half because of a flat tire and window wipers. I ran over a nail that I took to get fixed and within 24hrs after bringing it home and parking....it was FLAT. Due to the flat I had to call AAA to come put a spare on which costed me money! The same day I went to firestone with my tire in the trunk and waited 2 hours for them to replace my tire again! While there I always order new wipers and was told it’ll be here in a day or two. I set up an appt for 2 days after and when I arrived they took my car instantly no issues. The only issue with this is that I waited 90 mins to be told that they ordered the wrong pair and that they called someone to bring another pair that would be correct and long behold another hour it WASNT! I wasted my entire evening at this firestone because they bought the wrong whippers twice! To sum up this story...while in the process of them trying to force wrong wipers on my car they tore the paint off to the metal! I spoke to the manager and he told me he would give me a call within a week to have someone paint over it and since then I haven’t heard anything! I WANT THIS RESOLVED! I spend my hard working money here to only get my car damaged and time wasted at firestone!

Slowest service I have ever had for an oil change. It took about an hour and a half and there was one person waiting in the lobby with me.The people were leaving the car sit for the majority of the time and that doesn’t include draining the oil.

Brought my car in because it was leaking transmission fluid, I get a call from the service manager asking if I had recently had a new radiator put in. I answered yes but what does that have to do with the leak, he said that they didnt find a leak anywhere and that it could be residual fluid and that I should take it back to whoever installed the radiator. Feeling brushed off because I didnt have Firestone install the radiator, I was looking underneath the car and saw a serious leak again, this time pure water, but Im crazy right? Could have spent more time finding the leak since I paid for the safety check, right? I will try once more with them and if no positive result, or if they try to convince me that I need a more expensive repair, I am taking my business elsewhere!!

I went to Firestone because I believed they were a reputable brand, and also as a female I tend to be an easy mark, I thought it would be different with firestone. Come to find out, they can screw you over the same as any other mechanic. Every time I send my car in, Ive had to return because the job wasnt done right, or possibly not done. Considering the amount they charge, this is frustrating. Im unsure whether the problem is with this particular branch or maybe the Franchise as a whole. But if you have a choice, I wouldnt advise coming here, unless you are willing to come back again and again for the same thing. And dont get me started on their surly attitudes.

Becareful of the services you get here. Had tires put on, scruffed my wheels and lost 4 of my lugnuts and replaced them with something else.. did not even bother to notify me of the lugnuts.

This place conducts false advertisements and does not honor coupons. The promotional $14.95 battery installation was switched to $80+ by Brian at Firestone on 11/22/2013. This was very low as he knew we could not go anywhere with a dead battery. The overall conduct of this individual was unacceptable and offensive. Also they dont seem to charge batteries ahead of time and drive your car around for 30 minutes to charge from running engine.Stay away from this bite and switch place!

I had a good experience at Firestone. They were quick and I am happy they found out what was wrong with my vehicle.

I came to this Firestone a few times and had OK experiences. But the last time i went to have my car looked at, I went down there, they said they could not look at it today and i needed to make an appointment so i did. I came back the next day at 2:30 for my appointment, they told me they couldnt look at the car today. I told them i have a 2:30 appointment, where the guy behind the desk got annoyed. He went to the back and mumbled something to another guy and came back and told me i had to leave it for a few hours or wait. Its really going to take a few hours to look at my car? The biggest problem was the rude attitude. I will not be going back there again.
