I am 76 years old and a 1967 UB graduate. In all my years I have never had a better retail experience. The Customer Service provided by Mr. Hebert goes far beyond courteous and professional. Do not lose this man, he is one in a million. I am blown away by how well I was treated.

Amazing staff! They were so helpful and polite. I got my textbooks quick and easy. The bookstore was very clean and organized extremely well. Such a great bookstore with a great staff! Thank you!

Great experience, amazing customer service and I had a great conversation with the employees. There is a wide variety of books to choose from and it is kept clean.

I love the school, but have never liked the bookstore. Always overpriced with long lines. Tuition included the cost of books this year as an automatic $300 increase per class to rent a book for that class. The most expensive textbooks are up to $200 new to buy, so its excessive. The only students it helps are the ones who get aid with tuition, but wouldnt otherwise receive aid for books since now financial aid will see it as tuition instead of book fare.

The University of Bridgeport provides amazing service! The management is top notch, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this bookstore!The manager Richard goes above and beyond to accommodate the students and address any issues.

Great place to buy UB stuff. Buying books here is alright. I still prefer getting them online, but the convenience of buying with cash is here.
