The sales person was less than forthcoming. He claimed that I needed to spend a minimum of $1,100 to qualify for a free adjustable frame. A week after receiving my bed, I went online and confirmed that he lied. This was my third and last king size bed purchase from them in the past 5 years. Consumers deserve better.

Johnny was the only employee in the store, and he jumped in with my transaction with the utmost enthusiasm. He was diligent, caring, and extremely helpful during this new process. I highly recommend checking them out. I will def be referring and coming back to Mattress Firm.

The young lady greeted us as we entered the store. She was very pleasant and proceeded to show us mattresses to see what we would like. Tajah is her name and she also gave us pillows to use with a cover. She was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. We found a matress that suited both of us and purchased it. I even purchased 2 pillows, because I liked them very much. We got the cooling ones.

Truthfully my experience on getting a bed here was horrible. I was disrespected by the salesperson badly for wanting to cancel my order in Bridgeport Mattress Firm. There was no professionalism with the salesperson that was supposed to help me. I was told I would receive my mattress in a day then was told that they are not sure when it would be delivered. I called to cancel the mattress I ordered due to much uncertainty of when I will have received my mattress and when it will be delivered. I am very disappointed on how I was being treated, no salesperson is supposed to yell and give a negative attitude for wanting to cancel a order you are not satisfied with. The salesperson I came in contact with even told me I couldn’t cancel my order, when I specifically apologized for the inconvenience and said I want to cancel my order and get my refund, since nothing has yet been delivered. For people excited to look for a new bed I would highly recommend to not come here and to look someplace else and to not waste time buying a mattress here.

Very rude young girl who seemed more concerned about coloring her spiral black and white project. She didnt want to help us at all after we told her how much money we wanted to spend. She didnt know any prices and had to keep interrupting the guy who was helping someone else. When I saw a mattress that I wanted, I confirmed with the girl that the price of the queen is for the twin, right? She said yes, and I asked her why she didnt show us that one and she replied that she didnt notice....after that we didnt want to spend any money there. So we went to the black rock store and got royal treatment and left with a great mattress at a great price!

Not happy with them at all. The Sales Agent could have been a lot more attentive then he was. I had and still have issues with my items and the gentleman that assisted with the sale has yet to call. It is my understanding the Mattress Firm has filed for bankruptcy. Maybe this is why the sale agent doesnt care. However one of the other sales agent attempt to resolve my issues to no avail.
