I spoke to this very pleasant gentleman named Matthew, who talked me through it, told me what to do and it worked perfectly. Saved me the cost of a tow and service call. I had my car towed to this facility because I was told by the owner he was going to get the work done the same day. Not only took him 3 days to finish but he also charged me almost $200 more than what we agreed on the phone for the exact same work. Im very disappointed and will be reporting him

My grandpa had had these guys servicing his car since he bought it and they always overcharged him and took advantage of him, cuz he knew no better and knew nothing about cars unnecessary checks/services performed on an older car as if it were a new car. And he kept bringing it back and getting the run around and new charges occur👎

Pretty sure they broke my car worse than when I brought it in. The part they replaced broke under 24 hours causing catastrophic failure to my transfer case.Old guy who runs the counter has a bit of an attitude.
