Had some lighting issues with my 5 series, and brought the car to BMW of Bridgeport for diagnosis/repair. It took longer than hoped to receive the final diagnosis, but the service manager Tony was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Any BMW dealership will be expensive, but having somebody watching over your car and providing information throughout the repair process is very reassuring. Most friendly/accommodating BMW dealership Ive been to so far.

I had the optimal buying experience with Mike, Dexter and the entire BMW of Bridgeport family. Mike C was very courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and an awesome test drive sidekick! BMW of Bridgeport has some of the nicest and most helpful people working there. The service they provided me and my car was so unbelievable great that I had to brag about it. The service dept sent me a video explaining the overall health of my car and then a detail print out of what is being recommended and why. I worked with Stephanie F who was truly amazing, helpful, understanding and on top of it.

Had to reschedule a service due to limited supply of loaner vehicles but everything went smoothly on the rescheduled date. The service department was very efficient and send a nice video outlining what they did with the car during the service. Pick up was equally as efficient and I was on my way. Great service other than the initial loaner (or lack of loaner) issue.

German Efficiency and American Courtesy, provided for a professional in and out service. Only suggestion is retailers should par more inspection to remove wax residue…

Unfortunately, I severely damaged the right side view mirror on my relatively new BMW X3. It ruined my day.I called my salesman, Kelly, as soon as office hours permitted He was very sympathetic and helpful. He immediately contacted Chris at the service department. He had me come in right away. He reviewed the damage and suggested a fix that would be less expensive than opening up the whole door panel and replacing with all new parts. He worked for two hours making sure the fix he recommended would work out.Both Kelly and Chris were well above and beyond the call of duty.

Always superb service. Carlos Hernandez is simply the best service rep Ive ever dealt with (Ive owned well over 100 cars, including 5 BMWs). Hes friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and accommodating. There are several BMW dealerships near my home, but Carlos, and the rest of the staff, is the reason I use BMW of Bridgeport.

For the most part the service was great. The greeting at the front desk was pleasant, Anthony was very helpful showing me the car at the beginning and making sure it was the one for me. The advisor on the other hand needs some work with his people skills. But that didn’t effect my experience. Chris was amazing showing me all the features in the car. Great service for many years but you cant trust anything coming out of their email system. They use a bot and trick you into believing you are talking to a person. Its like automated bait and switch. Not sure why the would do that but I will never be back.

Best car shopping experience I’ve ever had! I started the process online and sent the car that I was interested in to them via their website. When I walked in I was greeted immediately. Kelly helped me right away. He was awesome and very thorough from start to finish. I test drove the car and was in love. After completing the application I was called back in to sign the docs with a better rate than the other dealership that I went to and a more comfortable payment. After receiving a note from BMW that I could trade in my leased vehicle early and set up a new lease, I met with Kelly Garvin and drove the updated 2021 model of the same car i had. Good news, bad news. My experiences at BMW of Bridgeport were dismal and disappointing. If it were not for the customer service exhibited by my second sales person, my experience would have been a complete disaster! My first salesperson never returned any of my phone calls and never communicated any acceptance or rejection of my offer on a car advertised on the internet. I was finally told that there were multiple buyers interested in the car and that they would call me if they all fell thru. After several days, I called in and was connected with Armel who informed me that the car was still for sale. I made a full price offer which was accepted. After finalizing the paperwork, I ask if the dealership would pick me up at the airport that was 45 minutes from the dealership. My answer was no and the reason was that they didnt want to put that many miles on their car! A $70,000 used car and this is their answer to good customer service?? Let the buyer beware!!!

The receptionists were very cordial. The service dept left a bit to be desired, though we appreciated the video-inspection explaining the car’s immediate problems. I was unpleasantly surprised though that the crew let me drive out of there, after a Bill of $5900 , a quart-low of oil. Not cool.

Let’s face it, car buying these days can feel like it’s as stressful as giving birth! I had a great experience at BMW of Bridgeport. I went in for a oil change and left with something else fixed in my car for free and was also given a free loaner car for the day.
