Been to the dealership twice, first time I was hesitant on pulling the trigger on a bike. Second time around I had a trade in. Wilkins motorsports had zero problems accepting the trade in. Communication was excellent. Responded to all my questions, emails and calls. Everyone was very polite to me, Reggie and Jacob are some of the employees I interacted with, helped me through the purchasing process. They were very patient, allowed me to look at different options. Ultimately, I chose a very clean, well maintained, beautiful bike to say the least. The 2013 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 is great, has to be one of the best bikes Ive ever had. Im so happy, shes a beast. I found Wilkins online thru cycle trader. The large inventory and prices attracted my interest. I live in Ma and took the hour and half ride to NY to check out the inventory. Not only was the website up to date, the bikes descriptions were spot on. I worked with Chris discussing several bikes and left owning a new Harley. I have never bought an ATV from a dealer before, nor have I bought something new, so I was somewhat nervous going through with a purchase like this. Everyone working at this dealer made me immediately forget any apprehension I had as soon as I pulled up the driveway. Frank and Dave both came out to greet me as they were helping another satisfied customer load a childs first quad into their vehicle. It was already close to closing, but they actually made room in the shop so I could see my future purchase away from the cold. I came across a small issue and before anything else was said there were three people with jumper packs and multimeters trying to diagnose and fix the problem. A few minutes and a 20A fuse later, the culprit was found and they promised theyd mail me the switch as soon as they got it in. Now only a couple days after, a Priority Express Overnight package found its way to me with everything I needed to make the newest member to my collection everything I wanted and more! Thanks again!

I had my ATV serviced here with no issues. Everything seemed so organized.However, the main reason for this review (yes it sounds bizarre) is to say how nice and clean the ladies bathroom was. That never happens anymore I always get so grossed out in public.

Ive been on and off bike hunting for some time now. I have had a lot of questionable or iffy experiences inquiring about motorcycles for sale (both individual and at places of this variety)-- I happened upon THE PERFECT bike and sent an inquiry. Their staff was prompt, effective, and informative - They answered all of my questions and offered solutions to things I had yet to ask. I was able to see the options for financing, make educated choices - without pressure or judgement. The bike was right - the seller (these guys) were right - the time was wrong and my number crunching told me I had to wait for a bit more in the savings before purchasing. I was soooooooo close to getting and they made is SEAMLESS. will be my first query when Im better situated. 1,000 times over.

When you walk into Wilkins Motorsports, you are struck by the impression that it is a new motorcycle dealership. The place is beautiful, immaculate and every bike in there looks brand new. Wilkins motorsports is an amazing dealership with great bike selections. The best I’ve seen anywhere in the Hudson valley. They really helped me out on finding my first bike. I worked with Jacob for about a week discussing details and a partial loan etc. He always got back to me as soon as he could and never left me in the dust about anything. Decent prices. Not very good communication. Bought a bike from them that was fully serviced later to find all they did was change the engine oil and nothing else. Brake fluid, coolant and air filter were all very dirty. Also the battery to my bike lasted about a week.

Just bought my cbr250 from Wilkins Motorsports and the experience was excellent! These guys are extremely knowledgeable and treat you like an actual person and not just a sale for them. Reggie was extremely helpful and made everything personable which made the whole process not only quick, but less stressful as well. I rode my bike home and everything was great. They were completely honest about everything and the bike was in awesome condition. The only thing I noticed, which i probably should have before riding , was that there was little to no rear brake fluid in the reservoir.
