We were dubious about Showcase because of some of the reviews. However, Matt Ball made our experience choosing a home easy, and his team came through in getting our home set up in record time. Shoutout to Dave, Nick, and Fred for the excellent service— they are awesome!!! The crew that delivered the house was fun, kind, and efficient. We are EXTREMELY happy we chose Showcase Homes!Please remember that people often think to write a review when they have a negative experience, but not when they have a positive one. I have met many people who have had great experiences with Showcase. Thank you for the excellent service!

I do not recommend Showcase Homes. They were paid in full at closing, however, we didnt get the full product at closing. We should have walked away. Shame on us.It took repeated calls and emails to get things finished. Last of which was the groundwork. Finally got it done after harassing them for the last two months. Looks like my 14 year old grandson did the work. Unprofessional to say the least.I recommend getting EVERYTHING in writing. Thankfully we communicated mainly through email because they came in handy when they didnt honor the agreements made.If we only knew then what we know now...

I have been to many places throughout the state, and they have some of the better homes we have looked at ! We have walked close to 50 and I think we will be back here for our future home! Big thanks to Showcase for being responsive online and being accommodating through a pandemic

I do not recommend buying anything from this place.

Way over priced Quoted me $340K for a house advertised for $127K over $200K for site prep (I dont think so). As a retired contractor I sent their floor plans to an independent contractor in Exeter, ME and got a stick built house in two weeks for $140k with an added garage, these guys wanted an additional $70k for which would have made the price $410K for an 1800 sq ft ranch.

Dave Dauphinee & Showcase Homes are ultimate professionals! Dave worked with my elderly mother & me to get her in a beautiful, quality made single wide. Dave knows his business & was spot on with all home details & time estimates. He is honest, kind & patient. Dave & Showcase have been quickly responsive to even the smallest tweak since delivery of the home. Thanks & highest regards Dave & Showcase!

I wouldnt recommend showcase homes to anyone . They have more excuses to not deliver our home and we have a veteran in togus that needs to come home, and here we sit still waiting ,they have had the home since October and we r still waiting. I think its time to go to the media with this because now he wont make it home for Christmas either he should have been home for Thanksgiving. This really makes me sad. They r all home with their familys for the holidays and we cant get our family home because of showcase homes. I blame all that work there. We have been told 3 different dates it would be here and its still not. Its time to take this to someone with a voice!!

Very nice, helpful salespeople with quite a large inventory.

Just went in to gather information and estimates about what the costs are to have land cleared, foundation made, heating systems, and such for a modular install. Spoke with Peter who was very helpful. We killed nearly an hour of his time and he was great. Even knowing upfront that we were not going to be pulling the trigger on anything for at least a year.

Going to get my new home there and great people work there too!!

I always thought these were nice homes. After watching the construction of one of your homes I would never recommend them to anyone. It was slapped together leaving a gap in between the two section that was filled with spray foam.The sliding was never finished. Leaving the partial board exposed for weeks though several rain storms. I gave this one star just so that it would post.

I really like this place, the employees are awesome and you dont have people hovering over you the whole time!

Nice homes. However the model we wanted to look at had its doors frozen shut. Salesmen couldnt get in the home to show us around.

Very poor customers support.do not buy from showcase homes .lam lousein hear out roof it cost me 741 for two months they say that it is normal to use that amount of oil. I Can see the heat coming out the roof they keep telling me it is normal please dont buy showcase homes. You will regret it. I will probably lose my house and land because I cant afford the oil 300 plus a month. So I have to call a law office today.
