I had a poor attempted purchase experience with this company. I called at least 3 times and emailed whom I was told to email (Adam, whom I believe is the owner) about whether I could directly purchase a whiskey cordovan shell belt.While a receptionist would pick up the phone for me, I wasn’t given anything other than a “you’ll need to talk to Adam,” who wouldn’t return my calls or email. I could’ve at least been told that they wouldn’t make me a belt instead of giving me the run around.I was very hopeful to purchase from them as it seems their reputation for quality is very good. However, it may be best suited that they apparently don’t focus on individual customers since they don’t wish to be reasonably responsive or attention to customer service.From this sour taste, I will avoid their products.
