My recent visit at Bradstreet was the same as all previous visits. Each time I am there, I am impressed by the products they carry, the way they stand behind their products, and their knowledgeable staff. I like doing business with these people. An honest, dependable place to purchase lawn and garden equipment/ supplies..

Very disappointed. We have gone for years; spent thousands of dollars. Never again. Took my chainsaw in for a simple tune up. I wore a mask but none of the three employees had a mask on. No sign on door. Came back and took my saw back and took it to RM Faulkner. They seemed to understand that this Country still has a pandemic going on. Wearing a mask is patriotic, truly patriotic. End of discussion. End of my business.

Bought a Toro lawnmower there. Stuttered from day one. Took it there three times for service with no improvement. Turns out this is an issue with these Toro Super Recyclers that many know about. I was also treated rudely by staff and owners son. I have bought mowers from them before and had my saw serviced there. No more for me. Stay away, their customer service has gone down hill. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Great place to buy equipment

My chainsaw guys! Get all my parts from these guys keeps my Echos running like a top. I love our 490 Echo. Great little saw. Nice weight so i can empty the tank.

Bradstreet has a good offering of equipment. Prices are high, considering the offerings at the big box stores. They have expressed to me a distaste for customers who buy from the big box stores and want them serviced at their facility. I felt that customers of this sort might get a little slower service. Having your equipment picked up and delivered by Bradstreet is very expensive. They do a decent job servicing the equipment and in a timely manner. If your serious about your equipment I would recommend Bradstreet, if your a homeowner just looking to cut his lawn, maybe not so much.

Very impressed with the help to select the right gift. Did not feel pressure to buy too much and helped me to make the right decision to purche a product for my needs...not bigger is better salesman. Going back for all our needs..keeping local!!

I called and was told they had the part in stock that I needed. Went to grab it and it wasnt there. Paid for it and was told 3-5 days. Stopped in 2 weeks later and was told it was shipped but they had not received it. I called today (20 days after ordering) and was told it was backordered from husqvarna and it would be almost another month. I drove up and got my money back. Amazon prime will have it on my porch in 2 days for less money. I have been in this store 3 times and I have witnessed upset customers every time.
