This accolade is long overdue. Over the years, my husband, myself, and now our daughter have needed windshield replacements. We ALWAYS insist on using Sunrise Glass in Brewer, despite recommendations from the insurance companies to go a different route. Sunrise staff are so professional, supportive, accommodating, and perform top notch, quality work!!! We have had 2 showers installed, a sliding door replaced and various other jobs. Every time the preliminary estimates were done professionally and quickly. The workers were extremely knowledgeable and professional and most importantly this business is trustworthy! Cant say enough...would most definitely recommend to anyone. I had a chip in my windshield from a rock on the highway. They told me it may still be visible and it may break when they try to repair it. It didnt break, and you cant even see it anymore! Friendly staff, comfortable waiting room, fast and amazing service. Thanks guys!

Getting a quote and scheduling was easy peasy and affordable. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They did a great job and left things looking better than when they arrived!

Needed a replacement for a 240$ windshield not even a week later a PEBBLE cracked it and within a few hours had this massive crack. I had also called a few places and got quotes before speaking with them. They slandered other glass businesses in the area. Saying they fix other people’s mistakes. Brought it to another glass shop just to have them say this is cheapest windshield they could’ve possible put in for my 2014 VW. I also don’t live in Maine so I’m assuming they were just trying to take advantage of someone they thought they’d never see again. I guess they must stay in business from people needing a new windshield every week because they’ll break just looking at it according to her.

Walked in with a rock chip and got me right in. informed me to put a claim in with insurance and deductible would be waved which i had no clue. friendly team with outstanding customer and a very friendly furry friend that greeted me at the door! 100% recommend!

Sunrise Glass Co was extremely professional, fast, and all of their staff members were an absolute pleasure to work with. My car was hit by a flying chunk of ice, completely shattering my windshield. Sunrise Glass fixed my car within a few hours and had some of the best customer service Ive ever received! I would send anybody to them.

We just had the glass replaced in 9 of our windows due to the seals going bad and fogging up the glass. Sunrise was great all around. Great price, great service. It is nice to be able to look out our windows agian!

I was at the store trying to pick up brochures I was promised. No brochures were there as apparently they do not carry them for their shower glass anymore. That was a bit frustrating as a special trip was made to get them. I also learned from the owner that the conversation I had with the employee was recorded. (I was not aware of this but guess thats within her right.) However, what is not right was her demeanor in the phone call I received from her later that day. I would like to know what was in this recording that depicted me as the mean and intimidating person she told me I was. My wife and I rather liked their shower glass but needless to say, will shop elsewhere.
