DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. King Liquors is a criminal enterprise. First, King Liquors tried to bait and switch me on an housewarming gift I purchased through Drizly for my uncle, saying they did not have any more of the bottle I ordered and they then tried to sell me a bottle that they called better. When I said no they said they would refund me. They never did. After I asked where my refund was, they made up a story that they had actually found the bottle I ordered and had put it in an Uber and delivered it to my uncle. My uncle never received anything. Utter thieves.

Edit: After finally receiving my order 3.5 hours late, the order was wrong. Do not bother ordering from here.Drizly order was never received despite being marked as delivered. After multiple phone calls to the store to inquire (at half-hour intervals) and being told that the driver was almost there, they stopped answering the phone. Do not bother ordering from here on Drizly. Waste of time and money.

Ordered from them via Drizzly and they were supposed to deliver scotch to my dad for Father’s Day by noon. Then they completed the order in the app but never delivered. They stated the app erroneously marked order as delivered. They told my dad they were 35 minutes away. Over an hour later .. nada! No call, no text, no delivery. Unacceptable and they ruined a Father’s Day surprise.

These people are thieves. Do not order from this store. I ordered through Drizzly and not only did they not deliver my order but they dont even answer their phone when u call. I called over 10 times and no one answers the phone. They said it was delivered and it wasnt but still received my 50 bucks for the delivery.. Absolutely horrible customer service. You shouldnt post ur phonenumber if youre not going to answer ur phone. They use the excuse that its Uber or Door Dashs fault but then theyre the one that dont answer the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

They deliver too. Their delivery absolutely SUCKS. 2X fail! No need for a 3rd try!! NEVER AGAIN!! I may buy in store again but never order!

During these rough times, a sweet pick me up, at times is needed. Would love to share a sweet drink with my dad, my sister and her husband but since we are thousands of miles apart, the next best thing was to surprise them with a home delivery and so I contacted King Liquors (near their home) and they were wonderful! They immediately sent me their direct app and contacted me via call and text. Within the hour my family had received my gifts. Superb service!!! Thank you so much!

I called here five minutes before this place closed on a Saturday, I wanted to know what time they close. He told me listen if I want some thing I can order it on the app and have it delivered. So I did so. Turns out the delivery service wasn’t allowed to pick up the alcohol after 10 PM. The owner called me a few minutes later to tell me. Since I already placed the order, I figured that it would just be delivered to the house the next morning and I would be charged anyway, but the owner told me he can cancel the order. Very nice honest man. This was weeks ago but I still wanted to write this review. Would totally buy from here again. I know a good business when I see one.
