My husband and I came into your store yesterday looking for an elliptical machine. You were on the phone when we arrived and did not acknowledge our presence (we were the only ones in the store). We waited for 15 minutes (you could have sold something yesterday) but I guess your phone call was more important. Had you acknowledged us we would have waited for your call to end. It seemed to us a customer in your store wasnt that important. Thank you for your time but we will look elsewhere.

Love PPP! Their customer service is outstanding. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to when I am delighted by a business. I have purchased a high end Precor treadmill and EFX from PPP in the past and I’ve used them for service work and parts as well. They have always been easy to deal with, knowledgeable and super helpful. Most recently I had an issue with a key treadmill part which is extremely difficult to find for an older treadmill. Stephanie went above and beyond normal customer service to help me out. I couldn’t be happier today. I will continue to give all my fitness equipment business to this company. All gyms closed around us in March 2020. After 2 knee replacements, I NEEDED my recumbent bike at least 3x/week so I hunted online. More affordable models werent sufficiently stable and did not provide enough pedal resistance, so I narrowed my search to the 200-lb model that I knew could do the job: Precor RBK 835. No, not cheap, but I really did not want a used or refurbished one. Stephanie Griffin at Push Pedal Pull in Brentwood, TN, had a floor model that I could come get in my van if I brought a little muscle and my husband volunteered. She also helped me ask for the right document from my doctor to get sales tax discounted. I confirmed a mid-April date/time to purchase & we made the 2 hour trip, got it packed in the van, paid, & got it home. The next day family helped get it in the house, I set up the console (yeah, that took a little trial-error/lookup manual & re-try time), and Ive been on it 3-4x/week ever since! Immediately legs got stronger! Back got stonger! Riding and adding arm cIrcles with stretching gives an all-around perfect workout! I could not be more pleased and I may even give up my gym membership! Stephanie Was Wonderful! I doubt I will need more equipment, but I will definitely call her again if I or family/friends ever need ANY exercise equipment! GREAT MACHINE! GREAT STORE! GREAT SERVICE!

Recently purchased a used Precor EFX 447 Elliptical from Lynn Fragetta the store manger she was very friendly and helpful, I emailed her and told her what I was looking for and my price range and she contacted me when she got something didnt try to pressure me to spend more. We made a deal had it delivered to my home and the delivery crew was on time, very polite, careful and professional. I did have some unexpected damage on the unit I contacted Lynn and she corrected the problem with no argument and in a timely manner. Great company to do business with and I have full confidence they will be there for me w/e I need down the road. Give Lynn a call!!
