Called the day of and they were able to come to our house and hang our Samsung frame tv same day and arrived on time. Very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. TV looks great! They made it happen when other companies could not!! Will be hiring them again in the future.

Even if I were to nitpick, I couldn’t find anything wrong with my experience with this company.Just got finished with moving to a new home and I must say, THIS was the smoothest part of it all.I had called for a possible time to schedule mounting services for my TVs and Kristen was very polite, helpful, and definitely made sure she did what she could to make it happen. She had me on schedule quicker than I thought was possible and sent out a very good team. Trevor and Jonah were not only helpful, but the job took no time at all. Everything I needed, they made it work! I would 100 PERCENT, call on this company again for future services!!

Anthony and team did an incredible job mounting my LG GX OLED. My particular situation was complex because it was above the fireplace, required a fully flush mount and needed a recessed wall-box installed to move the power outlet. The first time they came to my house to hang a new TV was Dec 4, 2020. I was informed that the sound bar I had would not be able to be connected to the new TV. Okay, I know the sound bar was close to 12 years old so I purchased a new sound bar and called them to hang it and get it connected to the TV and the receiver since I run the DVD as well as the cable service through the receiver. They came back on Dec 10, 2020 to change the sound bar. They decided they needed to move the TV and I would need a new bracket which they sold me for $80. They were not able to get everything working and said the HDMI cable was bad and they would need to order a new one to run from the receiver to the TV and that it would be probably after Christmas but they would have Kristen call me to set up an appointment. When I heard nothing for 2 weeks, I called and then I received a text from Kristen telling me that they dont normally come out to Hermitage, however, they had come out 2 times already. So after spending $240 for the 2 previous visits, I was left having to find another company to come out and complete the job.As I told Kristen, had they said this in November, I would have found another company from the beginning. They did recommend another company that when I checked them out had received 1 star ratings for the most part.

They did a great job. Mounted three TVs and soundbars for me. My tv was delivered cracked and Anthony even offered to use his truck to help my take the tv back to the store so I could make an exchange that night!!

Anthony and his team did an awesome job installing our TV in our new house. They mounted the TV beautifully and cleanly and were in and out in less than an hour. Anthony made sure to ask what we were using the TV for and made it easy to connect the TV to items we may use in the future. Will definitely have Triple7Media help us out in the future.

By far one of the best experiences ever when it comes to getting TVs, cabling and sound taken care of! I have all flush mounts and clean wiring (can’t even see them). They will run through the wall. This includes any new outlets or ports needed and even help set up networks and cable boxes as well. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!Another plus is no mess after install. Everything is cleaned up and looking nice when finished and will even show you how to use any new devices you may have gotten installed as well.

Needed a TV mounted and our houses Wi-Fi extended. These guys were great. They stoped by and we discussed the project and set a schedule for the work to be completed.
