Love this store!!! Great selection and the ladies are always so helpful.

I drove to Brentwood to get makeup. First, the two ladies were so busy on their phones, I had to ask for help. Second, they were clueless where the products I wanted were stored and shrugged their shoulders and said “it looks like we are out”. Absolutely ridiculous! Never again!

Limited inventory of the brand I use; misleading pricetags.

This is the first store I’ve review in my life, in 39 years. My experience was that bad. The woman working today was horribly rude, condescending and not welcoming. She turned the other way when I spoke to her. Management should deal this employee promptly. Date, May 22nd, 11:00 am Brentwood Hill Center location.

I have shopped at The Cosmetic Market several times before we moved out of state. It was my first time here at the Brentwood store and my experience with them was beyond great customer service. I needed new products to replace. Kristina was not only helpful, but she was incredibly patient, especially since I had many questions that she was able to answer. This store also has By Terry, which is extremely hard for me to get unless I order it online. I will be sure to come back whenever we are in town and hoping they bring facial and wax services to this store.

Maybe they should post their new corona hours because I just drove to two locations thinking they were open because that’s what it says online terrible service
