Excellent customer service! Great COVID19 procedures in place 👍🏾

Visited this store today, and I can honestly say the experience today is a clear demonstration of why these kinds of stores are closing and people are buying online.I went in to look for a specific item (a laptop fan) and thought it would be fairly simple to find. Having time to kill I browsed around the computers as well as other parts of the store, never seeing what a came in for, but figured I’d run across an employee eventually. Was in the store for about 30 minutes, and saw probably 5-6 employees and they could not have been less interested that I was walking around the store or might possibly need help.Needless to say I left without making a purchase or approaching an employee. I don’t support a business who’s employees cannot be bothered to ensure their own job security by actually waiting on customers.This store deserves 0 stars but it’s not an option.

They offer free laminations for covid vaccine card.

Store does not stand behind their recommendations nor their products. Lack of knowledge of products sold. I bought a couple chair mats to protect new hardwood floors following specific recommendation by customer rep. The mats had an adhesive that damaged floors. The only thing that I got from store manager was Sorry.

Needed to purchase some office supplies. Everyone is very kind. Store is well stocked and I would do business here again!

Decent selection but the dozen or so staff members just clump up around the store, talking to each other. I asked the guy at the checkout if they had something i was looking for and he just said No. Cool, thanks :/

Tim at Office Depot was so helpful . Helped look up a modem on their website and order it for me. Such great service at the Brentwood location always!! The other employees were helpful and kind also!! Always a pleasant experience in there .

Staff were friendly. One recent purchase and another almost purchase were over priced. I cancelled the last purchase as our company discount gave zero discount. Their retail price was 17.5% higher than another local major retail competitor for the exact same product. They dont have a way to price check for the in store only discount cards so you have to waste a trip to see if the product is actually discounted. Its no longer worth the hassle.

The set up of the store is awesome you can tell they really put in the work to make it look great. 😁

The service here reminds me of the 90s. The employees actually care about customer service. The manager Aj leads by example. He went way and above to help me out. I ordered an office chair online from Office Depot. Aj took it upon himself to show me the chair I ordered and found me a much better one for how I sit. Also it was less expensive than the one I ordered. He then called into office depot and canceled the order for me. I highly recommend this location. Aj is truly a great leader.

I have only used the printing service at this location and I was impressed by their customer service and just all around nice guys. Helpful, efficient and offered suggestions for my printing. Awesome service!!

Bought a laptop from Office Depot and have had nothing but trouble with it. I’ve been back 3 times and even paid $149 extra for the Platinum Plan sold to me for future service work. Each time I go I have to stand and wait 15 minutes for help despite no customers are even there. The 2 employees in the place are either on their phones or ignoring the only customer standing nearby. So,if you want a computer that performs poorly and expect subpar support after the sale, this is the place.

Friendly and helpful staff! prices are competitive but their inventory is slim on some common items, like binders.

I went into the Brentwood Office Depot close to closing time with a an unusual and time-consuming request for service at the business center. The associate who helped me out, whose name was Court, was courteous, extremely helpful, and un-flustered by my complicated needs. It was the most positive experience I have had at any office supply store ever. Whatever Court is getting paid, he deserves a raise IMO.

Great job Evan! Just had a print job done there and Evan worked quickly, did great finishing work, and was very pleasant. I even tried to tip him--but he wouldnt ler me!

Very good selection of office supplies and computer supplies...printing department is also on site for various printing jobs. Also variety of office furniture.

Tried to buy a chair here by ordering online. Online store said they had 3. Ordered it and got in my car to go get it. 5 mins down the road i get a text saying my order was cancelled due to lack of inventory. So i call the store and they tell me they dont have the chair. I tell them yes they do, its in their inventory. They look and say, oh, yeah, guess we shoulda looked, we do have the chair. So i say im on my way to go get it, and they say, well you need to pay again because we charged you for the chair we cancelled and we cant uncancel it or give you the chair, and we cant sell you a chair with the money we already took...so you have to pay again. Literally if you show up with the money and they have the product, they cant figure out how to sell it to you to save their lives. Online support didnt speak native English.

He listened carefully to my problem with a caring and compassionate heart, then made a decision that was fair to me (the customer) AND Office Depot.After a long and frustrating day, A.J.was my hero!THANKS A.J.!***He also answered my questions about computers, software, virus protection, and printers. He seemed very knowledgeable and helped me make an educated decision about what was best for MY situation.I will not be surprised if he is a store manager in 3 months. :)

Quality place. Just wish there was more than one cash register open during back to school season. Its almost laughable

Not sure how much longer their business model can possibly be viable. Amazon will ship you the same things, usually for less money, and with prime you can get same day shipping in Nashville.
