Why does this location say they have a drive through thats open Friday and Saturday? I went Saturday night during drive through hours (before 11pm) and there is definitely not a drive through at this location 😒😔

They hook it up for bdays and some other holidays. Coming into work with these bad boys makes it seem like you should actually be there lol

This location doesnt make their donuts on site like they ise too-as I was told by one of the workers there. Its nit the same was disappointed with the quality and taste. I wont be back!

Ordered 2 pumpkin with cheesecake filling only to get home and there was no filling inside. Very disappointed.

Every donut here tastes SO good. They are well known for even having great glazed donuts. The donuts are light and fluffy and the filled donuts taste much better than other stores. Would definitely recommend stopping by here and getting a dozen because they taste so delicious.

I could not believe the taste of these donuts, I just love this place, these guys that work here give great service and the best donuts I´ve ever tasted.

Nice friendly people, i went their to eat the originals, my kids like assorted.I was there for fund raiser program, krispy kreme helps fund raisers too.

After a evening watching some Xmas lights. Thought I would take the family to get some Krispy Kreme doughnuts. When we got there they had none. The worker told me the receive there shipment from Concord and when there out thats it. It was like 6:30pm I do have to say this is a waste of a facility.

Wish they have drive thru but donuts here are awesome.

Having to place a order on line was weird! People are so use to being able to see all of the doughnuts, so you get variety. Selection is limited. But just getting that soft ,glazed doughnut...the smell...the mouth waters

Friendly and fast and usually have a nice selection of donuts to choose from. That said, the specialty donuts are trucked in, not made in-house so there is a definite quality difference between fresh off the truck and been there all day. For the price Id like to see greater taste consistency.

Unfortunately, only descent donut place in town! The worst part of their employees is they are rude, no knowledge, and cold costumer service.

I called at 11:00 and tried to place a order and the only donuts they had on a Saturday was glazed. Your a donut shop, you only sell donuts and you are out of everything. That doesnt make sense.

Went a couple weeks ago to grab 2 dozen with my girls. Got there the Donut store was Out of Donuts. Like Not ONE. No apologies no nada. Last time I go to this store.

Call me crazy but a donut shop with no donuts at 6:30 is an absolute failure. Second time this has happened. Don’t think I will be waiting around 20 minutes for those....or even making any more trips.

It has been a long time since a decade i have had krispy kreme and today im reminded again why Im not a big fan. They were over priced and donuts werent that good. I would rather return to my regular donut shop who has way more varietied and way more worth the taste plus it is even more affordable. Sorry krispy kreme you just dont do it for me and my wife.

Horrible customer service, Friday, June 19, 2020, unable to use coupon, three people inside, one talking and picking nose without face mask, no one would help me place order, they just pointed to sign. Why are you open? Left with no donuts.

Went into store this am to get a dozen donuts, and ended up getting 2 dozen. Was a very pleasant trip, store very clean, and staff was very friendly. Will recommend to all my friends.

If youre looking for a sweet treat you should go there.

They dont make the donuts on site at this particular location I prefer the option of being able to get my donuts hot but the staff was very polite and helpful.

Im pretty sure that every time I go there the donuts get smaller, and the filled ones get less filling and more dough. Im not kidding, I legitimately thought that they were doing mini donuts. Its ridiculous.They still taste good at least, but come on.

Wont go anymore.They opened a business sold doughnuts just baked still warm.Now THEY BRING THEM IN COLD BAKED SOMEWHERE ELSE.NO MORE FRESH WARM JUST BAKED DOUGHNUTS AT KRISPY KREME.BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.I WILL NOT BUY THEM ANYMORE.THEY TASTED STALE.

Good for the occasional I want donuts but not something I would do very often. Donuts are good but overly sugary. The Apple turnovers cost more than the standard ones; tried it and dont think its worth the extra cost.

Junk food is an impulse item, so when you say order in advance, then pick it up during covid, guess you dont want business because now that I thought about it, I dont want your unhealthy food.

Great doughnuts. The most important thing with chain food joints is consistently prepared food. This store fits that bill. The staff is friendly.

One of the better donuts in the area. Family likes enjoys a dozen at a time although we try to limit ourselves from having too much.

I dont know what the big deal is about these greasy little things. They tasted like old grease! I really do not like them.And they do not carry Soy for us lactose intolerance people. Really!

We buy a doz. filled doughnuts almost every week and for the last 3 weeks, it seems that the filling gets less and less. If that continues, We will be left with no other option but go elsewhere for Our sugar fix. We hope You can take care of this problem as Krispy Kremes are without a doubt the very best going, except with the cut down on the filling.
