I broke a phone screen. Took the phone to this store (about the 4th screen my family has taken there). Very courteous personnel first and foremost. Very welcoming. They listened to our concerns. The service was very quick and they had my phone screen changed out in less than 2 hours. Pricey but cheaper than a new phone and quickly resolved. I would recommend this store.

I got a new battery and screen for less than $300 for my iPhone X. My other option was Apple where just a screen would cost me that much.I dropped off my phone at a late lunch hour and they were ready for me 2 hours later. Super convenient and professional.Update. Screen had some issues and I took back to the location and they honored the 90 day limited warranty with no hassle.Replaced and back to 100% within 2 hours.

The guy working desk was nice, but he was also the one who repaired my iphone which now has problems that were never even the issue. I just needed a screen repair and now my phone randomly shuts off, I can only use speaker when making a call, the screen randomly turns all blue then goes back to normal and the volume button is wacky. I signed the paper knowing the risks that could happen, but was in a pinch and needed my phone fixed fast. For the price paid I just wish there werent any issues.

They fixed it quick and on demand. Were the only shop in Nashville with a pixel 4a 5g Screen. Just a bit pricy. About $170. Too bad my wife let our 18 month old throw the phone again since returning to NY and now it needs to be fixed again.

They took a look at some display problems with my Lenovo notebook computer. We determined that the repairs would be fairly expensive and so I passed on getting it fixed. There was no charge for their evaluation and I felt it was an honest and forthright conclusion to my visit. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable being in their shop.Would definitely recommend to others who have problems with their electronics.

I cracked my screen on Samsung note 20 ultra. I called uBreakifix and they were able to take it and have me back up and running within 2 hours. The price was a little steep, but I am pretty sure that was across the board pricing for the type of screen I have. Better than having to buy a new phone. They were very nice and professional. They were very helpful and saved me from a wasted trip. Basically to fix my Apple Watch would be the same price as a new one, and they let me know that over the phone. That is quality service and I will definitely be looking for an opportunity to give them my business in the future!

Ive had to have several repairs made at this location. They have always been quick and courteous with quality work.

The policies that this store has are not honest they changed my screen, barely days later I was texting and the LCD inside (not the actual screen) cracked.They decided not to change the screen again under warranty since they deemed it as accidental damage.Doing some research I found out that if the repairs was done incorrectly it can cause the screen to crack eventually, either due to pressure or just a bad repair.They will give you the fine print and deny covering the warranty.Is a total shame, I normally dont post a negative review even with bad experiences but this was plain dishonest.$120 wasted.

My Samsung battery was replaced quickly and for the price quoted. The phone looks great which means they took good care not to scratch it or abuse it while it was in their custody. It is essentially like having a new phone again

IPhone screens are $50 more than other places, and very poor quality. They break very easily and within 3 days after they installed new screen they won’t stand by their warranty when spots on the screen don’t work. “How do we know you didn’t drop it?” Two broken iPhone screens, paid $100 more than we should have for both. Two iPhone screens that are bad.

I took in an old phone to see if it could be fixed for my elderly dad. They worked diligently on it and didn’t charge me when the phone couldn’t be fixed. The techs were very nice and obviously knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this shop when the need arises again!

Hilarious edit**They woundd up refunding me for labor but they ended up putting the original screen, which they broke installing the battery, and told me the phone was now boot looping. Upon getting it to the car, the phone is now actually bricked. Worst. Company. Ever. I wouldnt let them fix a Fisher Price phone!** Read below for more inept hilarity.First time I went, instead of just telling me the truth, they told me it would take 30 more minutes for over two hours while I waited in the lobby. They gave me some cell helmet junk that Ive never opened as a consolation. The second time I went, they replaced a battery but my phone stopped recognizing my SIM card right after. The third time (to fix the problem from the second visit), they called and said my phone was ready and to come pick it up. When I got there, they said it was almost ready. After ten minutes, they came out to ask if it took a long time to boot up. I said no. So they disappeared and I could hear them calling someone to ask what to do. After another thirty minutes, I asked what time it was and they brought my phone, apologized, and it took a while to get the screen down and handed me my phone whos screen was clicking and popping; clearly not set. I showed them and they took it back again. After another ten minutes I asked if I should just come back later and they said, Sure, unless you want to just take it like this (with a messed up screen). So, here I sit with no phone. Every time this shop fixes a phone it gets worse. I will pick up my phone (which is basically a brick now) but never go back. Do not go to this shop!

My device couldnt be fixed but the tech spent a ton of time trying to solve the issue. The store could use a good cleaning, paint and sheet rock repair but the employees are professional.

I had a mishap with my phone and broke the uninsured display. I called them up and they were able to give me the exact price (excluding tax) to replace the glass. They accurately quoted me on how long it would take and were incredibly professional through the whole process. I highly recommend them if you have any issues not covered by standard warranties for your Apple, Windows, or Android devices.

This location showed as the nearest official Google repair center to replace the cracked screen on my practically-new Pixel 3a. I was able to drop the phone off around lunch and pick it up after work good as new. Ill admit that I was worried about having someone open up my new phone, as Ive never had to have one fixed before; would they get everything back together correctly? After using the phone for the weekend after the replacement, I couldnt tell it from brand new. Yes, it is a bit pricey to get devices professionally fixed, but in this case Im glad I did.

UBreakiFix is great! Took a little longer due to issues with the repair itself. This was not a problem. Anthony kept in touch during the entire process. Would have been 5 stars except for the fan blades were as dusty when I brought my computer home, as they were when I dropped it off. I was disappointed as I was told that they would clean them while they had the computer open. Nevertheless, I am happy with the service and the price. I will go back if there is a need.

So I brought in my iphone 7 to get my cracked screen replaced. It was like $15 maybe $20 cheaper than the apple store so I thought what’s the worst that could happen. well..... they replaced the screen pretty quickly, I stayed while it was getting fixed. Leave and immediately notice the 3D touch is no longer working. I call back and they say to just bring it back in and they’ll replace it. A pretty huge inconvenience for me, but it’s better than no 3D Touch. So I plan on going in a few days when it’s not too terribly far out of my way. Within 2 days I drop my phone less than a foot with my case on onto a wood floor and the screen cracks...... not bad but just one little crack. I know they say they use the “same specs” as apple screens but not even apple screens would crack from that. I go to take it back in and they tell me that they can no longer replace the screen because they don’t know when the screen was actually cracked even though I had already called and they knew about the 3D Touch being broken beforehand

Great service! I only needed a new plastic screen cover but went by in case the screen itself was cracked and needed replacement. They fixed it on the spot, and I was in and out in 10min. I use my phone for everything, work and private, and would definitely go back if something breaks.

Great repair work at a reasonable price. They explained everything and fixed my phone the same day. After the repair, the microphone on my phone didnt pick up well, and everyone said I sounded muffled. We took it back, and they corrected the problem (adhesive over the microphone) at no charge, and even extended the warranty. One star off for having to take it back, but would definitely use their service again!

Apple told me they’d fix it for $149 plus tax. I go to UBREAKIFIX and they clean out the earphone for free and it works perfect!!! Very grateful!

Terrible. Called and advised a replacement battery for an iPhone 7 was 29.95 which was matching apple store. When picking up they advised 101.00. When questioned they advised the 19.95 wasOnly for an iPhone 6. Bait and switch at its best.They advised it would take 30-45 . Went back 2 times and it wasn’t ready. They said they were busy.Professionalism and responsiveness poor at best.Both experiences have had one person tell you one thing and then the next person something different. Will never go back

The day I went in to get my iPhone fixed my screen was broke. I called in first. There was a store next to me a different name store. They had a special going on. I asked if they would match it he said yes $55. A gentleman that had dark curly hair.I Told him I also needed a temper glass he said $19 and some change. Then when I got to the store he said he couldn’t give me the price for $55 he had to do it for $65 per his manager. But I would still get the tempered glass to make the amount of adjustment. I told him I didn’t care how he wrote it up as long as I received the tempered glass.I had to take my phone back to them because the phone was still acting up after I received my screen. The tempered glass of course was still not bothered. Then the phone still kept having issues. I took the phone in again the manager Anthony talked Disrespectful and unprofessional to me in front of customers. There was a new guy who gave me a wrong timeframe on fixing the phone. There was no need of Anthony talking to me the way that he did. But he replaced the digitalized screen. I dropped my phone yesterday on some grass come to find out I did not have tempered glass on it at all it was some kind of plastic. Do not go to the store to get your phone fixed. I was believed that I did had tempered glass when it was a piece of plastic. Now my phone is broke again. They offered me to fix it for half off. And put the tempered glass on. Why should I have to pay anything when the tempered glass was not on there like it was supposed to be. I Do not recommend this place.

Ive been there 3 times in a 2 month span (kids🙄) The prices were great, customer service great as well. For a 6PLUS it was $200 for new screen and extra protector, then 60 bucks for round two of the exact same things replaced on the same phone. Worked for me!

I had a phone battery replaced and theres always a risk of breaking the screen when you pull it apart, but this location has the right equipment to do it as safely as you can to minimize damage. Also, Anthony was very friendly, skilled, and got the job done (as well as manage the store)!

I shorted out the LCD circuits on my laptop screen right before I was headed back to college and brought it in to these guys based solely off Google ratings. They were super polite and efficient and 2 days later they called me and told me everything had been fixed up free of charge because the repair was so minor. Definitely have my business for any future technology problems.

Easy and affordable! I went to uBreakiFix in order to get my battery in my iPhone 6 replaced. I was constantly having to carry a portable charger. They price matched Apples price for the battery/installment and I was in and out with about an hour. Super happy!

Outstanding customer service! I was willing to pay to replace the headphone jack on my iPhone. They ran their free diagnostics first, discovered a tiny bit of plastic jammed in the jack, and promptly removed it for me. Phone works now. No charge and less than 10 minutes of my time invested. They could have cheated me, and I would have been none the wiser. Well done!

Great group of guys and I received wonderful service. Very thorough in evaluating the phone before allowing me to drop off my phone. I had condensation from a drink land square on the phone speaker so I could barely hear the other side when using the phone. They fixed the problem and was much much cheaper than any of the other stores I had talked with before dropping off my phone. Will be using them again if needing any repair work done on any of my devices.

My Sony laptop was brought in to be fixed. They spent many hours on it and recommended that I get a new laptop. They did not charge for the work on the laptop. They transferred all of the data and programs to my new Lenovo Think Pad for a very reasonable price.

Two issues. Took in an Apple mouse, and after one day was told the repair would cost more than repair. Then took in a very old Apple laptop with a screen issue. This one took a few days because they were trying to find repair parts. New parts not available from Apple, but used parts were available. Decided to scrap the old one, and bought a new one at the Apple store in Cool Springs. No charge from uBreakiFix for either service. Knowledgeable folks.

A few hiccups in the repair process, but overall things were good and the folks in the store worked courteously and quickly to resolve any issues. The only thing that would have made the experience better is if things had gone right the first time. In the end, I was definitely satisfied customer.
