Picked up some kids costumes and a work party hat. You definitely want to go off season if possible because it will be slammed before Halloween. But just those two isles. The prices are decent for what you need for the one costume day. The store is clean but cramped with a crowd. They will have special duty police during peak times so safe. The staff are funny and quick at check out. Parking is good. No issues there. Will go back for any holiday needs too, including birthdays.

I honestly dont know what to say about party city. They are useful SOMETIMES. They have what I need, and sometimes I just end up going to Walgreens.

Our service was a bit disorganized, requiring multiple trips for every request, but the patio was nice and the food was quickly prepared, though not tasty.We have no shortage of Mexican fare here, so most of you can do better.

Its a good place for your party supplies and great for Halloween. When someone is working at the kiosk and you tell them which costume and size you want, they give you a little ticket to take to the back, and the people in back usually have it ready in the minute it takes you to get there. That is fast service! Plus, they have LOTS of costume accessories and decorations. The store is laid out well and even the checkout line usually moves pretty quickly at the busiest times.

I was disappointed. The entire store seemed like branded items. I just wanted some fairly generic dinosaur stuff for my sons first birthday and all they had with dinosaurs was Jurassic Park garbage. Amazon was much better, cheaper, and I got exactly what I needed.

Visited the store in Brentwood, TN today looking for a magician cape and hat. Online said they had it, so I went to the store and asked where I could find it. The woman answered very rudely, I dont control whats posted online nor do I know if its accurate. Its not my job. If we have it, its on isle 3. I was surprised at how short, rude and disrespectful she was to me. I asked her again if she might be able to have someone assist me and she turned away and refused to speak with me. Two other store employees watched and did nothing. I asked her name and she refused to respond. I could describe her here, but that would be very unflattering and unprofessional. What I will say, she is a tall, thick, dark-haired woman with a nasty attitude and shouldnt be interacting with customers. We left our basket of items right there and told her there was no reason to be rude and disrespectful to me because I asked her for help. Isnt that her job! The manager should absolutely train the her and the rest of the staff what Customer Service is all about. First and LAST time in that awful store!

They had just about everything I needed. Not only do they have a variety of disposable plates cups etc, but party theme-ing is super easy for little kids with all the stuff they have. Unique helium balloons. . . They have TONS of costumes at Halloween time. If you want something specific though make sure to get in before the rush!

Today I encountered a woman who clearly does not want to work. I had returns and the employee who assisted me was Rude from the start and I presented the items and they were not eligible which threw me off guard because I was present just last week when a woman returned Easter Products AFTER Easter. Even so, I said then just this one item. and she said Do you even have a receipt and I had already gave it to her and said it s right here and scooted it to her and she accused me of throwing it at her!!! I just left because this woman honestly is not stable enough to work with public!! I asked for her name and she turned AWAY!! I will never go to this Party City Again!!

Great selection separated nicely by party themes. Many balloon choices. Ample parking. One not so good thing is that when you pay in line for order pickup you are charged again. Okay. So the first charge apparently does not go thorough it seems - but this defeats the purpose and ease of ordering ahead. And of using Ebates to do so! CSRs tell me they get lots of complaints in this. This policy needs to be changed.

Overpriced and Long lines.I went on Halloween, I would imagine that a better choice in date selection would have bettered my experience. They had a large variety of selections for costumes. The line wrapped around almost 4 angles. It would have taken over an hour almost 2.

Party City has a lot of party supplies for a variety of types of parties. Mainly themed childrens parties. Maybe it was the time of day I went or time of year. But the place was a mess and the employees seemed very bummed out and de-motivated. Didnt leave a great impression.
