We needed a new box spring for our new bedroom furniture so we stopped by the Brentwood location. We missed the next day delivery by a few minutes, as orders need to be in by 5pm. However 2 day delivery to our door was much better than expected. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Well definitely go there again.

The service was nice. The salesperson spoke very fast, but was polite and knowledgeable. They asked if we would like a drink of water. If Spanish is your first language ask if someone who speaks Spanish is available. My husband had a hard time understanding the salesperson because they spoke fast. But the service was good and I received the mattress the next day within the time window that I was given.

I was greeted immediately by Lisa as I walked into the store. I specifically went in to purchase a mattress for my guest room. However, five months prior, I purchased a mattress from a different location, which I had an issue with and the store manager from that location was a complete jerk and didn’t want to hear what I had to say about it, but I explained my situation to Lisa and she listened to what happened and was willing to help me fix my situation any way she could. I was so grateful for her help! After all that was taken care of, I ended up purchasing two mattresses and Lisa was so easy to work with. We went to Mattress Firm seeking a mattress for our spare bedroom. We wanted something of good quality but not too pricey as it was not going to be used regularly. Enrique was very helpful and did not attempt to up-sale us. He showed us a few brands within our price range and we were able to make a decision within minutes. It was a a pleasant experience. I wanted to find beds I could take home today, and while they only had two of the preferred beds in stock, she was able to locate the third in stock at a nearby location. The experience was incredibly easy, and painless. I think we were in the store for maybe 30 to 45 minutes, most of which was due to the POS system issues that Lisa unnecessarily apologized for. As someone with limited time, I appreciated her efforts and professionalism.

First time going into a mattress store to buy a new bed an awkward experience for most. I was greeted by Lisa and was given the upmost respect, I had something in mind I wanted but wasn’t sure, she was very knowledgeable and there wasn’t a question I had that I didn’t have the answer too. Time was never an issue and I wasn’t felt like I was being pushed out or rushed to buy, I was taken to all beds that might fit my criteria, and at the end I found the perfect bed. Mattress firm checked all the boxes and I can say with confidence that I would recommend anyone, family or friends If you’re looking for a new bed you know where to go.

If you visit Mattress Firm make sure you ask for Sean. Sean assisted me both when I purchased my original mattress and when I decided to exchange it for a softer one. In this day and age, selecting the right mattress has become a complicated chore so it was good to work with someone who was patient, personable and very knowledgeable. Especially, when I went in to exchange my original purchase, I spent a lot of time trying and retrying mattresses, Sean was the only salesperson on duty and it was even almost closing time. I never felt rushed or short changed. Sean took time with me to assist me in making my selection, making sure I got a good deal and to help me make sense of all of the confusing jargon manufacturers use these days when describing mattress composition. So again, not once but twice, he provided me with great service and made me feel valued as a customer.

Ok, my wife just had hip replacement surgery and we needed to get an adjustable king size bed. I went in and saw Juan and he was super helpful. I told him the reason for coming in and he was able show me several beds that would be perfect. After narrowing it down to three mattress. The unfortunate part was that two of the three were out of stock for a week to 1-1/2 weeks for delivery. We went with the three choice. We were super happy that it would be delivered the next day. The guys came and delivered and setup but they didn’t install the straps to secure the two adjustable bed frames together. I had to do it after the fact. We are very thankful Mattress Firm was able to help us in our time of need. We love the bed so far and it’s so helpful in my wife’s recovery. Thank you again Juan. This is now the second mattress we have bought and from Juan at Mattress Firm.
