Not only does this store have a great variety of products, the employees are an absolutely delight to interact with. They make the shopping experience there a joy and you’ll likely leave with one or two more items than you planned on walking into the store that day. Kristin was lovely to my husband and I and answered many questions for us. Not only that, but when a certain piece came available that they didn’t have in stock the day I shopped she called me to let me know when they had it in stock. Highly recommend this store. You don’t get customer service like this anymore and Le Creuset products will last a lifetime.

This is one of my favorite LC stores. The staff is so helpful! If you’re a frequent shopper, they remember you and the items you’re interested in! Always a great experience.

We are so lucky to have this store in Nashville. The staff is always incredibly friendly and they always remember me. The prices are much better than if you found a similar item at the TJ Max across the way. Make sure to sign up for their email list in the store. A couple times a year they send out 50% off coupons that work on everything in the store except for their salt & pepper mills. We got a 7 qt Dutch oven for $150 last sale.

I love le creuset products, but when I attempted to shop in this store we had to turn around and leave immediately. The salespeople were using the STRONGEST cinnamon scent I have ever experienced. I had a headache the entire rest of the day and even my husband who is never fazed by anything couldn’t breathe. What a bummer!
