I have been regular and happy customer with my two(three) cars at this clean and grand sized office and service garages. Never making play deals, reasonable prices and some top expert technicians time by time and well accommodating staff. Trustworthy to me for around ten years so far thankfully, hoping Sunday open again by fast picking up business after pandemic. Today I at last could get a resolving answer from a pro technician after journeying through several other places for this rarely experienced fuel system circulation issue. Thank you πŸ˜ƒ

Hands down worst oil changing experience ever. Made an appointment on Saturday to come in Tuesday..they literally had my car for 3 hours and didn’t touch it. When I asked how much longer the girl told me β€œwhen a bay opens up” there were only 2 cars in the garage out of about 10 open bays. So I called her in her bs and then was given a different answer so then I just left. I’ll go spend $90 at jiffy lube just so I never have to go back there again. Get different people working the front, I’ve already read all the other reviews talking about a very similar experience. I’m honestly surprised people still go to this place.

I had one of worst experiences possible. they included a tire care package in my invoice that I did NOT ask for and was not quoted for it. ended up paying nearly 200$ for tires that cost 52$ each.I told the service rep that I wanted the 2 new tires put on the front of my car.. the new tires were put on the back.. I know they deliberately disobeyed my request bc the service rep said the manager requires the new tires to go to the rear, but Ill see what I can do. I told him no, I want them on the front.so when I was at the checkout counter I asked where were the tires put and he looked at the other service rep (embarrassed) and the other service rep said they put them on the rear. *long story short, they said theyd put the tires on the front whenever I wanted*terrible, terrible, customer service and experience.

Apparently having an appointment only means they will get to you on that day. Had an appointment at 12 pm for an alignment. Car was not touched for 1 hour. Went up to inquire, and was informed there was already a vehicle on the alignment machine that also had a 12 oclock appointment. No one had touched that vehicle since I had been there either.I used to be very loyal to this place. The tech could have cared less when I asked for my car back. I wont go back to this place.

Dropped my 13 Elantra in July for an a/c issue, hadn’t since Summer 19 pumped cool air. Advised the very groggy and disinterested β€œemployee” of the clicking sound from behind the passenger dash side and that it could be the compressor. They simply recharged the freon? So for $372 I got a Freon fill up and now 5 weeks later.....surprise!!! The whole system is down and won’t do anything (oh and the Freon started leaking within 7 days). Never take a car here, you will not get competent service. Visit Gateway, Moody’s or literally anywhere else.

Never using NTB again. First, the customer service of this store is terrible. We made an appointment to have a check engine light reviewed. The gentleman who welcomed us was rude, touching his face often and not wearing a mask correctly. He was short with us and verified our phone number incorrectly multiple times, and still had it in the computer incorrectly. They never called us to tel us what it was, because the phone number was incorrect. The shop was then closed the next day. Monday, we called and they said they had to order the parts which they ended up charging us 130 dollars for an oil pressure sensor for a Jeep Wrangler that costs 30 dollars at Auto Zone. We called again on Monday afternoon to see if the car was ready. They said it would be right before close. My wife an I arrived right before closing and they had β€œjust started on the car because the wrong part had been sent to them.” Once again no call to say that it may be longer. The manager, who’s name I don’t even remember, once again was extremely rude and short.We then spoke to the general manager Wes, who was nice and ensured that we had the vehicle finished the next day. 4 days later and 600 dollars later (Wes knocked off 100 dollars β€œfor our troubles”) we had the vehicle back. We had previously used NTB for oil changes and tires, but we will never be returning again. Such a disappointing experience, all revolving around a lack of communication.

Horrible service. Rude employees. Had an appointment. 90 min later was told nothing wrong with tire even though it definitely has a slow leak as we have filled it 4 times in last month. Employee says β€œwell had air in it”. Yeah of course it did. I filled it to get here and it’s a SLOW leak. I will never come back here! Oh and even though I told them I had appt and our name was on digital board upon check in, he says at end β€œoh I didn’t know you had appt” after we waited for them to do 3 other cars!

This morning on the way to work i got a big bolt lodged in one of my tires, i looked for a tire repair shop online and found quite a few in the area i was in. i chose NTB because the reviews seemed good and they had the most reasonable prices around. I went in and told the gentleman what had happened and that i would need a new tire (i figured the bolt was to big for them to be able to plug it). he went out and checked my car and then came back in and said your tire is in really good condition, there is no need to buy a new tire when we can just plug it for less than $25. he easily could have just said yes you need a new tire and i would not have known any different. It was such a great experience to go to an auto shop and have an employee be honest. NTB will now be my go to for my tire/battery needs.

Three stars, heres why...The bad news. No matter what, expect it to take forever to get checked in for whatever you are there for. There might be someone at the front desk, but God help you if they are waiting on someone. Every single time Ive been there (a lot), it takes forever to do the simplest of check ins. All the mean while, someone will be sitting in the side office on the computer. We are talking about 5 to 10 minutes or more, just to talk with someone! Cmons, I got places to be!The good news is the work is done correctly. I dont ask them to do more than the standard oil change or alignment, but they do that without issues.Otherwise, Id never bother doing any other service there due to the high prices. You can go get a Costco membership + tires and still come out ahead (most times). Costco is next door, in case you havent been here. Thats not the employees fault, its just a chain thing.On a bright note, the employees here are usually friendly.

My experience was horrible, I went in for a simple Oil Change with questions about a couple of bulbs I needed replaced and thats when the nightmare began. I sat there watching the Tech change my oil, which now I find questionable. He never rotated my tires or even check the air pressure. When I arrived I noticed the low tire pressure light was on and assumed air would be added to the tire that was low. When I received the car back, I ask if the pressure was checked and was told yes. After getting into my car I saw that the light was still on and went back in to tell them, no my tire pressure wasnt checked, he ask the Tech and he said yes, yet when it was checked again and air added to the front driver side tire the indicator light went off immediately. The Manager Dan Roberts, said prior to the Tech adding air that I need to take my car to the dealership to have it reset. My question is why lie about such a simple task. The Tech had plenty of time to rotate and add air during my visit while he stood there biting his nails and turning around in circles. I will never visit this location again. Customer BEWARE, question if the services you requested and paid for are actually completed.

For all of you reading the old complaints, just know that there are new associates and managers at this location. NTB seems to recognize when there needs to be a change and tries to rotate management and make necessary promotions. When you go to this location, ask for Dan. Hes currently the service manager. He has all but his last mechanical certificates and works on his own cars.(He just lacks the electrical to be considered a master mechanic.) He is very knowledgeable and does not pressure you. He is happy to tell you how long each part has before you need to spend money, and if maybe theres a less expensive part that could extend the life of another and so on. Hes trained some associates that have been promoted to service manager in other stores as well. He can even give you advice on a car to buy, based on ease of maintenance and lack of time in the shop over the years. He also knows what car companies recommend for different makes. A problem could be as simple as not using Kroger/Costco gas!Dont write Brentwood NTB off if you havent been there in 2 or 3 years. Seriously... Just talk to Dan. Ive been taking my cars and recommending them for every location hes worked at for the past 2 years for a reason! (They move him around to help other stores out)

Their service was phenomenal even though they were about to close. I flew back into Nashville and was welcomed by a screw in my tire. I had the tire aired-up and was able to make it to NTB by 7:30pm when they close at 8. I knew it was inconvenient to ask them to patch my tire so close to closing, but they did it with a smile and really helped me out in a pinch!

This is a store that is difficult to rate. They are very pleasant, seemingly knowledgeable, but short on accepting responsibility and doing follow through. They dont call you back like they promise, they dont accept responsibility when they damage your car and have zero empathy for you when confronted with their failures (they never do anything wrong in their minds). They dont correct their mistakes without charging you to fix them and if you contact the corporate office, they are very generous in offering you a free oil change (instead of fixing the real problem).

Had a major oil leak issue on a road trip to Nashville and they not only squeezed us in but helped diagnose the issue when the dealership was closed. Very unprofessional. Go in for a simple oil change. Did not have an appointment, was dismissed immediately. No explanation of yes we generally go by appointment, no I understand but we have been very busy today. Simply told we can do it tomorrow with a straight face. Want us to put you in at x? No...not when you have an attitude like that BEFORE you get my money. How do you think they would act AFTER. Its an oil change, you can get one on every other corner. I scheduled an online appointment for the all inclusive oil change. This included regular oil change, rotation of fluids, battery and brake check, hoses checked. When I got there other customers had been waiting 2 hours, but I am unsure of their circumstances. They assured me they were running on time. My oil change and other items took one hour. I had to ask the check out person at the time of payment if everything check out, he said everything was great. I drove home, and didnt go anywhere Sunday. Monday when I was leaving for work I noticed a huge puddle draining down in my garage. When I got to work, one of the guys I work with said it is antifreeze. When I looked at the antifreeze levels it was very low. I purchased some antifreeze and filled it up. I took it back to NTB and they advised me that there was a leak in my hose. They were unable to get a hose, so I had to rent a car and leave mine there overnight. The next day they called and said everything was good. I came in and by the time I got to work there were some small spots of antifreeze, overnight just a few drips as well. When I called to advise Tony of this he said that it was probably just residual, but to keep an eye on it. Today after I drove to work, there is still drops of antifreeze and now a larger puddle of oil. I called again today and they me to bring it back in. So for a simple oil change, I have had to bring my vehicle back three times and instead of incurring $19.99 special, I have incurred over $100.00 in rental vehicle, gas, time away from work, antifreeze. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. IT IS HORRIBLE! I wish I had read the earlier reviews otherwise I would not have used them. There are many other reliable places to get your oil changed in Franklin.

Had 4 new tires mounted and balanced, alignment done, and one TPMS sensor replaced. Had made an appointment over the phone but when I got there they seemed surprised. After 2 hours the service was complete. However, they said I would need to come back the next day to have the lug nuts torqued to the right spec since there were no mechanics with a torque wrench available. The next morning my wife was driving our daughter to school and had a flat right front tire. When I went to pick her up I looked at the tire and wheel and felt the valve stem. It was about to fall out. I tightened it by hand and used some pliers to temporarily tighten it more. Aired up the tire and drove to NTB. Told them what happened. They checked the lug nuts and valve stems and sent me on my way. No apology or explanation was given. Totally unacceptable for a tire store to leave a stem loose and even more pathetic that not even an Im sorry for our mistake was given. Will never be back...

I ordered three tires online and had them shipped to NTB, an install partner for the retailer. I made an appointment to have the tires installed on a Friday at 3pm. Dropped the car off at 01:30 and paid for an alignment. At 04:45 I called and asked if I could get an update - we are just getting your can onto the lift sir, should hopefully be done before 06:00 At exactly 06:00 I got a call that the car was ready to be picked up. To be fair, I dont know what a reasonable time frame is for this work but, I do know that the appointment was for 03:00, not 04:45 when they started. I was disappointed that when I picked my car up, one of the brand new tires was missing the valve stem cap, my rims were covered in grease and dirt and my TPS monitoring sensor was registering an error that the tire pressure was wrong. I will say that the staff were very friendly and courteous at both drop off and pickup.

I am extremely displeased with the quality of this companys follow up. I sent in rebates totaling $150 that were promised to me by the service manager, Steve. I called three separate times after being declined for each of the rebates in succession, and happily re-submitted the documentation, assuming that I was in the wrong. I have now resubmitted forms for each of the three rebates of $50 a piece, and instead of putting this $150 towards the balance on my NTB card, like I was told I could, it looks like Ill be giving them as gift cards to my GRANDCHILDREN. My 2011 Chevrolet Silverado had the AFM unit go out (Advanced Fuel Management... the feature that switches from 8 cylinders to 4 for fuel economy... bad idea in my opinion)... when it malfunctions, it can sometimes leave a valve open and cause the engine to suck all the oil out of the engine. Steve and his crew correctly diagnosed the problem, tore the engine down on Friday, picked up the parts on Saturday, and had the truck fully repaired and back to me by Monday. New lifters, head gaskets, head bolts, and checked everything else while they had it apart (cam, cylinder walls, valve springs, serpentine belt, etc.). This is a major engine repair, but Steves crew handled it quickly, professionally, and earned my respect and future business. The truck is good for another 200k miles! If they can handle something this complex, they can surely handle the basic stuff... great job!

When I took my company van in for brake repairs they tried to slip in parts and services that were not required.First, I was told that I would have an estimate in 45 minutes. Two and a half hours later I got a list of things that they would like to sell me.The front office staff just showed me a list of unreadable items that were recommended by the mechanic and asked for a blanket and blind authorization to proceed. When I asked for an explanation of each item and the associated costs, the service rep could not explain or price the items and took me back to talk to the mechanic and then walked away. I needed a new rotor on one rear wheel but they had a new one for the opposite wheel that was obviously not needed but they recommend replacing both. I was also told that I needed to rebuild by from steering linkage (but I had no tire wear indicating a problem). I told them to NOT install the second rotor but was charged anyway. I had to come back the next day because the person there could not authorize a credit. I did come back and did get the credit plus being told that I had told them to install it even though I knew I did not need it (I am a mechanical engineer and understand cars). I felt that they were pushing parts and services that the average person would have accepted as they were for my safety which is a scare tactic.I spent six hours there for a brake job after being told that my van would be on the rack within 30 minutes of my arrival.I have bought many tires, alignments, and brake services at this store in the past and felt that I was being treated honestly. I now know that the manager who I had worked with in the past, Jeremy, is not longer there. I will NOT be back as I no longer trust the people who work there to not push unnecessary work or to even understand what it is that their mechanics are telling them.

I had my front shocks and struts changed in April. Two huge failures on their part.1. My mail-in rebate was rejected. When I contacted NTB, they said the rebate was for shocks OR struts, and the part number on my receipt was the shock/strut combo so it was not eligible. They didnt tell me that in the store.2. By May, all my tires were bald and still had 25,000 miles left on their warranty. They looked fine before the work NTB did. Mark, the manager, said he would not honor the tire warranty because there was no record of them ever doing an alignment on my car. I asked them why they didnt align it when the replaced the front suspension. Did they just eyeball and say that looks straight when they put it back together? He just got rude and offered nothing, not even an apology.No response to the e-mail I sent to corporate on either issue. So their work cost me 4 new tires and no rebate. I will not be using this or any other NTB location ever again.

This isnt my first time Ive used NTB, but I was very disappointed in my experience last week. I called to inquire about appointment availability for an oil change. They had more availability on a specific day so that is what I chose. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told it would be about 45 minutes before they would take it in!!! Of course I voiced my concerns asking what the point of making an appt was and was told that only means that Ill be next in line when I arrive!!! That makes no sense because the day I wanted to come they didnt have any availability. I find it interesting that walk ins have a priority over scheduled appts. I understand if that pertained to people who were late for an appt, but not if I arrive before or on time. And if that is the policy it should be stated when the appt is made. Moving on ...while on the call to make the appt I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated. They said this was a free service and the always check the tread and make recommendations base on wear. Makes sense.. they sell tires. Upon finally finishing with my car, after upselling me on air filter replacement, Im paying the bill and realized they didnt mention the tire rotation so I asked. I was told it wasnt done because I hadnt asked to have it done & it wasnt noted anywhere!!! Well why would I have to ask for what is already included in your service???? Best part is that I so need tires, but since they werent concerned for the safety of me or my son (who was with me while we waited onsite), I certainly will not buy them from NTB!!!

Went in for their all inclusive oil change and tire rotation. Didnt have any issues with what they did (it took over two hours as well) but my vehicle sat up front next to the entrance for appox. 30 minutes before I had to walk into the service garage to get someone to help me. Ill not be returning here in the future, theyve lost my business and from the looks of this page, theyll keep driving customers away until they fix their customer service. Also, you know the little sticker that goes into the upper corner of your windshield? They put the current odometer reading instead of the mileage for the next oil change....math, itll get you everytime.

I will honestly never buy tires from NTB again. Especially their premium road hazard package. I had an issue this morning with the tires they just installed a month ago for over $1,000. They told me they couldnt patch the tire today that I would have to schedule an appointment. Garbage... why even have the road hazard if in the event of an issue you have to schedule an appointment to get something fixed. Not to mention the fact he stated it would take a hour or so to patch the tire? I should have known better seeing it took them over three hours to install the tires in the first place. Im giving them two stars because at least they gave me an estimate without charging way too much like the service I went there for. My brake lights were stuck on. I had just had my oil changed and was talking to the guy over at Jiffy Lube in Franklin about it and he mentioned that it might be this little switch underneath the dash which would cost me less than twenty bucks. I figured that I didnt have the technical knowledge to change the part myself so I went here for an estimate. The estimate was around 180$. I went to Advance Auto Parts in Franklin, where they even provide a military discount, got the part for about 10$, and changed it myself in less than ten minutes. Works great now, but Im glad that I didnt pay over 180$ for a ten dollar part and a few minutes of screwing/unscrewing a little part. I wont come here for anything now.

I went to this NTB for a full synthetic OIL change which runs about $80 and includes a tire rotation. It was almost closing time so they put 2 guys on my car. One of the guys came into the waiting room and said they didn’t have time to rotate my tires because my lug nuts were β€œswollen”. He said to come back another day so they could take their time getting them off and put some new lug nuts on. He described the lug nuts being deformed because of the cheap/soft metal used by the manafacturer. I asked how much for new lugs and he said they’d have to price them out. I left there and researched this β€œswollen” lug nut issue. It is true that the lugs do get deformed and need replaced but I also read how people spent $100-$200 for lug nuts!! So I went on Amazon and purchased some well reviewed lugs for $16.00 shipped to my home for all 20 that were needed. When I had time I returned to this NTB and asked for the tire rotation and asked that they put my new ones on ater taking off the old ones. After driving my vehicle into the service bay the guy came back and said they’d have to charge me an hours labor because they’d have to spend a long time on my old lugs and possibly drill them off. Obviously the weren’t happy that I brought my own lugs.I couldn’t believe this to be true and didn’t want to give them $75-$100 for a tire rotation that I already paid for. I left there and used a regualr 4-way tire to take off each old lug nut and put each new lug nut back on one at a time. No rotation could be done since I don’t have the jacks required. I need new tires now and will be going elsewhere for them because this isn’t the first time I have dealt with something that felt like a money grab at this NTB. No clue why I went back but I would think an oil change/ rotation wouldn’t turn into something like this.

I am extremely disappointed in this location. The guy helping me told me that I needed new rotors because they couldnt be resurfaced, I had a bad wheel bearing, and that my tie rod had to much play. Which would cost me around $1,100. This was after being told 5 weeks ago by the Murfreesboro NTB location that my car was fine even though it had vibration and they couldnt find anything wrong with it. After leaving I took the vehicle to get checked by other mechanics whom all told me the rotors could be resurfaced and their was no issue with the bearings nor the tie rod. My bills from the locations I went to for second and third opinions were under $200.00. I wouldnt recommend NTB for any services after what I experienced. Someone dropped the ball somewhere and it seems neither store wants to own up to it. Save yourself money and dont go here.

Dropped by today 9/27/18 because I couldn’t get air to go into my tire . The guy at the counter( I’m assuming the manager) seemed bothered when I ask about getting checked out. He swung his hand in the air and told me to pull around the side to the bay in a nonchalant way. I pulled around and he flagged with his hand in a rude way to stop my car. He walked over and told me that my stem was broken and that I needed to go to BMW. Never offered anything beyond that . Went immediately up the street to Carmax . They put air in my tire. Cancelled the low tire alert off my dashboard and set me up an appointment to come in and have it fixed . Real customer service !!

Left car for simple oil change, was told there was only a couple of cars there to work on and theres no way it would take longer than 2 hours. 3 hours later, I had to call back and was told that it was next in line and maybe another 40 mins. When I hadnt heard anything at the 5 1/2 hour mark, I just went back to find my car sitting there ready. I paid and got to car to find grease on the ceiling and the tires had not even been rotated! Extremely poor customer service, lazy attitudes, poor work. DO NOT GO HERE. I will never be back and will recommend the same to everyone I know. Embarrassing they are licensed to keep their doors open.

I went because I had a wheel bearing noise. I had to make appointment to get it fixed. When I brought it back in I could see it on the hoist. The service manager came in and said the wheel bearing was fine but needed to be greased. He wrote up both sides and I agreed figuring just get both sides done. They charged over $200 to grease bearings! After I left most of the noise was gone but Not all of it. It got worse. I also found grease all over my hubcap. I took it back and complained. The Boss did not believe me over his service manager. Said I only wanted it greased which was a lie! The Boss ageed to forgo the the labor on bearings for Both sides if I bought bearings for both sides. A set of 4 tires and a wheel alignment This guy is a real buthead. I know i have been ripped of by this but there are many who dont .

TLDR: NTB damaged my car, could not repair it, and would not refund me my money. I came in to have a tire replaced. I watched horrified as an NTB associate removed the balance weights from my wheel by hacking at them with a paint scraper. This scarred the inside of the wheel badly. They offered to repaint the wheel for me but were unable to match the color. I could see it from 5 feet away, not even close. They refused to refund me- a refund would cover the cost of a new wheel. Will be disputing credit card charges.
