Smog check $60.00 not bad. On the quick

I had made an appt with Victor to bring my Van in due to it stalling & engine light on, driving from Antioch dealing with it stalling getting there only to be told be told he couldnt see me because he was too busy, I told him that he made the appt why didnt he call me off. What he did next was discusting he just walked away no Im sorry, no anything just turned & walked away. Im sorry you dont treat people like this, specially since I had an appt & he just canceled it like I didnt matter. I will never go to JJ Automotive ever again.

The air conditioner on my 1997 Toyota Avalon stopped blowing cool air. After doing online research, I brought my car to JJ Auto Care. Victor , the owner, explained the process, the pricing schedule and his warranty. Satisfied, I left the car with him and came back after 4 hours. The air conditioner is now like new. Victor asked me to observe the air conditioning and to bring back the car if the cool air stopped blowing. Overall, a very satisfactory experience and he did not charge me any more than the basic fee. Highly recommended.

I was referred to JJ Auto Repair by my trusted mechanic, who is not currently set-up as a STAR smog station. They dont take appointments, but they were a joy to work with and were able to take care of me in 20 minutes. Victor was very pleasant, knew what he was doing, and impressed me as being another honest mechanic that I can bring my car in to. Its a pity that on Saturdays, the shop is only open until noon and only does smog inspections. Thats the only thing that would prevent me for coming in for a repair, as I can only do local errands on weekends.

Victor was honest with me and told me that his equipment for AC services isn’t designed for hybrid vehicles and that I should probably see the dealer for a better service for that particular problem. He could have charged me a bunch of money for a passable service, but had my interests in mind instead of his own. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
